Nice modern clean businesses trip hotel. incredibly comfy bed with long blanket and super soft bedsheet. That really was a highlight. Great money/value ratio.

They will sell you parking for 10 euros only for you to find out there is no parking space when you come back from dinner. They helped us figure out an ad hoc spot, plus I am sure it’s not the desk people fault, but why on Earth would you charge people for something you can’t deliver? I know it’s only 10 euros but it’s about the principle of it.

Hotel was great! Clean, comfortable and with a nice decoration.

The girl in reception was in complete bad mood. I had booked 2 rooms, also for my parents, and she kept saying that there was only 1 room booked. And that there was no additional room available at the hotel. My parents were super nervose and started to search for a different hotel. I then found the booking information and showed her that there was 2 rooms and 4 adults. She kept saying that there was only one. After a while she found the second and gave us the access cards. She was extremely rude, and also said that the parking was booked and we would need to find a parking place elsewhere. It was a bad experience unfortunately.

We enjoyed ourselves, relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was excellent, the staff pleasant, the room comfortable, but in particular we would like to commend Sam the Syrian Receptionist come barman for looking after us each night. Gerard & Cathy, Ireland.

* Great location, very well connected to bus, sbahn and ubahn, within a few mins walk * Rewe supermarket opposite, cafe opposite for breakfast * Clean, spacious, modern, well furnished rooms with microwave and fridge * Can get a drink coupon if you skip room cleaning * Nice common areas with snacks and drink machine * There is a restaurant and bar

* The room description as well as facilities mentioned that a stove would be present, but there was no stove. We got groceries that we couldn't use. Listing needs to be updated. * Need to pay a refundable 50 euro deposit for cutlery and dishes and a kettle and collect and return them at the reception. We were given a box with a kettle without the base, which we later asked for. But on checkout, there was some confusion saying that we have to return a kettle. The experience was inconvenient.

Nice modern hotel in an easy location. Nice room and bathroom, equipped with everything you need, comfortable bed. Big underground parking at site. We had a very good stay.

-excellent breakfast choices -room was decent sized and modern -heated bathroom floors and overall warm inside -blackout blinds and couldn't hear the road at all

-we didn't get our room cleaned for 3 consecutive days (by choice), and the hotel offers the choice of a free drink if you don't get it cleaned. We never got that, and even asked at reception who didn't seem particularly interested in this problem. So basically, the cleaning staff never left any card for us to claim these, which was cheeky and unfair -wifi was shockingly poor to try to chromecast to the TV or even watch YouTube on your phone -no cutlery and no kettle, absolutely empty

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is so so close to the ubahn Rothenburger strasse, opposite to a newly opened supermarket, which is very convenient! And the stuff can speak perfect english and are very efficient and friendly. The breakfast staff caught my eye. They work tirelessly in the morning to make breakfast for everyone in the morning a smooth ride. Nothing goes missing as they keep a very close eye to the stations to top them off and they regularly clear up the dishes from tables. Very clean breakfast area and the buffet breakfast per se was top notch; vast selection and delicious. Hotel is very modern, the rooms are well equipped, nicely decorated and the bed very comfy. Overall 10/10 Highly recommended.

I would add a telephone in the rooms for easy communication with the reception.

The room was perfect! Nice bed and decorations. The bathroom was also really good! Nice view from the fourth floor. If you go there by car there is a free public parking next to the metro station 100m away from the hotel which is nice if you try to save some money :)

The old town was not as close to the hotel as we thought. The beginning of the old towm is 15 minutes away by feet but the center of the old town is around 30 minutes. The TV was big and modern but we tried to steam Netflix from the phone to the TV since it had a streaming device but it took ages to load then it wouldn´t load the next episode at all. Probably that´s caused from the wifi but it´s a pitty to have a nice TV and not being able to watch.

The room was lovely and big, so so clean and well presented. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very fresh. The whole vibe is so nice, very relaxed. Sitting down in the bar/dining area with a beer and a book in the evening was so chilled. You can bring in food from the supermarket over the road and the hotel will loan cutlery and crockery, sometimes people sat and ate their food in the dining area so there was a friendly buzz of chat. I just felt so at home there. Lovely staff and other guests! I felt very safe there as a woman travelling alone with a child. The staff are so mellow and helpful, I really appreciated that. It's a 2 min walk to the U-bahn and bus, useful on a rainy day! There's a Rewe directly opposite which is perfect. Obviously it's not the same experience as staying inside the city walls, but Nuremberg is small and it's so easy to get around. The view from our room was nice. There's an outdoor gym/small park behind the hotel so a bit of green space. I'd definitely book again.

Honestly, can't think of anything! There were 2 days where the pain au chocolat didn't arrive in time for breakfast, that's literally it!
