hotel staff were excellent and very responsive. we were welcomed well. pretty fast billing. Initially they said it was self service but they provide all services we needed right from helping in moving our luggage to room and booking taxi for airport drop. i would recommend others to experience the hospitality of Ibis mumbai aiport.

the key card was not working and system on door seems not liking the card i was presenting. reception team did gave me different card to try. after nice hit and trial was able to enter room. Food was good Chef Sameer personally attended my query about the sabudana khichidi and provided me khichidi as per my taste.

The front desk, check-in etc were quite efficient and hassle-free, especially with my request for a late check-out. Generally the staff, and the place, felt efficient and an overall ambience that puts a guest at ease.

The restaurant/food. Made the mistake of ordering fried rice -- perhaps the worst meal I have had in recent months, possibly years. The service in the restaurant is also lacklustre -- especially the whole insistence on scanning a QR code to get a menu to make an order -- the network (and the scanning) does not even work in one entire section of the restaurant. It was farcical when the service staff insisted that they did not have a hard copy menu and the ordering can ONLY be done through a scanning/digital process, which doesn't work for the most part! This ludicrous situation, coupled with the terrible food, ensured that I stayed clear of the in-house restaurant for the rest of my stay.

I like the room and the location of the hotel, it is very accessible. The ambience in the room is also perfect for someone who's travelling alone.

The front desk staff should be more accommodating and friendly. I had 3 big baggage when I arrived in the hotel, and I asked if someone can assist me going to the room. The FD officer just gave me a push cart and mentioned that it's self service, with a very neutral facial expression. I had hard time bring my stuff inside the room, all by myself.

Was looking for a hotel during my Mumbai visit for 8 nights, finally settled booking ibis. My experience with hotel staff to rooms and other facilities was excellent. Hotel staff is very friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. Rooms were quiet big with comfortable bed. Location is just excellent to explore the city and very close to the airport so you don't have to waste time travelling. Overall great experience staying here and would love to be back whenever visiting Mumbai. Thanks IBIS staff making our stay comfortable.

Its very near the airport. We have a good view of the city. Staff were kind and helpful. The bed is really really soft and comfortable. The room is small but enough for 2 people to move around atleast (max 2). I suggest if you dont have much luggage better take rick shaw from and to the airport to save. The main city i believe is around 30mins by uber from the hotel.

For the price i just hope you have room slippers atleast. And a plastic for the trash bin.

Breakfast was great. Location was the highlight. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. They also have baggage storage service that I could keep it there for 4-5 hours post my checkout time as my flight time was post that.

Rooms were so compact. The bathroom looked like a capsule embedded into corner. There is no ventilation nor a proper exhaust fan in the bathroom because of which it takes longer to dry up.

It is just a stroll from the Domestic airport. That's the best part. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was clean.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was like it was plucked right out of a place and placed there in the room :) it's functional and clean though

Positive attitude of staff

All the things are on place, but minibar was not there probably due to covid but information need to provide to guest. We stay for almost a week and all the staff from Security team (temprature checking, luggage scanning, at entry gate) are good and alert, reception staff very supportive (Prachiti and team full female empowerment, happy to see that), F&B staff in all day dining during breakfast very good but feel they are less of man power (Aditya, Rishee and the tall boy with smily face we remember) & last but not least HK team - room always get clean with fresh amenities. My little one get surprised with towel elephant believe prepared by HK Hussian and Dilip). Many thanks to all of them which we interacated but I forget their names. Nav/Isa 👍

Clean, modern and comfortable. Good beds, entertainment system was good. Good location and we'll sound proofed from the Mumbai traffic.

Air conditioning not cold enough or fan powerful enough. May have just been the particular room we were in. Fridge was not running cold.
