Ambience, staff, foods and facilities all are superb so comfy really enjoyed are trip 😊

Need to include some toiletries item. Little late room services(night time) is annoying that's it.

Very short ride from the main airport, tranquil beach location, amazing onsite restaurants catering to all tastes. Fab water activities and awesome recently opened adventure park! The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, housekeeping always ensured my room was spotless. The attention to detail truly made me feel valued as a guest. Have to shout out to; Majid in reception, you did a great job when I checked out early by mistake, overall your team were super helpful. Sri Lankan housekeeping man (so sorry I forgot your name) you were so nice and made sure my room was spotless and comfortable which, made all the difference when we came back from a day of back-to-back activities. All the boys who operate the buggy’s deserve a mention (Habibullah you are a credit to the resort, Yiga you always made us laugh and all the others whose names I don’t remember, thank you. The adventure park team, you guys deserve a special mention standing out there in the blistering heat helping us create wonderful memories, thank you. Ruth, thank you for a seamless check in, Ken you kitted us out and settled our nerves, you waited for us patiently on the third level, thank you. Zeinab, Victoria, Josh thank you for teaching me a little bit of your language. Thank you to the manager and the supervisor your gentle coaxing and can-do attitude helped alay our fears and we experienced the most exhilarating rides especially the free fall and tubby! Team in the Q lounge thank you for your food recommendations and taking the spice level down a notch for the little ones in our group. Breakfast team thank you for remembering how I like my eggs and green tea with a pastry on the side. We had nice conversations about holiday destinations/football you really took the time to chat to us, thank you. Gardening team you are overlooked but, without you the resort wouldn’t look as pristine. Not a leaf out of place and beautifully manicured green areas.

Women’s section steam/sauna need a little TLC.

I don’t really write reviews, this is the first time I’ve felt a place is worthy of a review. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Majid, duty manager ensured the accommodation met our expectations! Dodi and his team at adventure park were so supportive and encouraging during every activity! The staff, waiters and the valet and reception so warm and welcoming. The boarding ticket instructors were so friendly. Caddy drivers round the island were amazing and always had a smile on their face. Gardeners and engineers, again, despite the heat; were still smiling. Overall, staff were fantastic and made it a pleasant stay. Food was lovely, views were exceptional and plenty of facilities for all ages to enjoy!

The breakfast at Azraq was nice. Dinner at the Arabic restaurant was stunning with gorgeous views of Doha. The accommodation was beautiful- the tub was lovely and a nice hot shower. High praise for the housekeeping team who were very helpful and attentive- our room was spotless. The buggy drivers and staff at the Adventure park (Jamila, Josh, Mubarak) were polite helpful and ensured we had a great time. Thank you. Our room had an excellent ocean view. I highly recommend.

The beach advertised as "adults only" had children running around and making noise. Otherwise, everything was lovely :)

The peaceful and secluded environment of the island, it was great and important for my family The room was comfortable, clean and good size. The food quality during lunch and dinner time at restaurants were great. The services at the spa were great. Overall helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff at all facilities were good. The selections of activities with family and kids were good.

Tv was very small compare to room. Room furniture and overall texture Some snacks would be good at minibar for kids at least. The breakfast could have more variety

Nice variety at breakfast , large selection of juices etc at breakfast, waiter/waitresses attentetive and very friendly , most staff are smiling and give salaams as you pass them on island , room gets tended to twice a day . overall I would highly recommend , arabian restaurant delicious , Italian one as well , massive portions although to big for UK residents , location is lovely and calm ,

on busy days locals do litter but this is a tiny amount , but as the island is so clean 95% off time even just one wrapper seen on floor you will notice .

Bad food quality.. the Italian restaurant was poor quality and the indian and the room dine in food was bad. I had to go to doha to eat because of it

My family and myself were very happy about everything about this hotel.firstly the day we arrived, we were tired and reached early. They managed to give us 2x rooms out of 4 early Chek in as we were extremely tired. Suthinan at the front desk was THE BEST. She was competent to another level. She is recommended to take managerial posts with her aftercare and she was on the ball with everything. It's like having your personal PA...the staff in every dept was amazing. The Manger of the Indian restaurant Banu and his team were superb.i got very sick on the island and couldn't manage to go to eat.He sent a meal to my room and I was very grateful as I couldn't manage. They went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. The cleaning team for the rooms were tops... the entire staff compliment were extremely friendly .food was superb..the service was excellent. The rooms were clean.a highly recommended place to go to. Just a little bit too expensive. Worth every penny ... keep up the great service Banana Island...

There was nothing that I could tell you that I didn't like. Well the weather was coldddd not expected, but we went into Doha and bought some warm clothes.just see temp before leaving esp in December.

Our stay has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the Port lounge, the staff have been incredibly attentive. The room was spacious, the bathroom well-appointed, and it had all the amenities we needed. The hammam and massage at the spa were incredibly soothing and relaxing. A special thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable with their warm hospitality. We’d like to mention a few names that stood out and made our stay even more memorable: - Tania from Guest services and Yigar/Louis who drive the karts, who ensured we were comfortable and took great care driving us around the resort. - The breakfast team: Vipin, Samuel, and Zeni, Sumeira, Basanta, Fattah, Mohammad. - Hammam: Kaung - And ofcourse the kind gentleman Lambardstar for ensuring our room is clean and tidy for us every day. My only criticism would be, I wish there was an 11am and 12pm boat out of the island. Currently they run 9am and 1pm onwards - which is not ideal for international flights at 3pm. But… they do have an option to use the staff boat at 10am if required. Would I return? Absolutely - it’s a nice getaway from the busy city and makes a great escape when transiting through Doha. 10/10 in all categories. From Room 2205 (17th to 22nd Sep 24)

Calm, relaxing, good location to the beach, staff very welcoming and friendly.

Would have been better to have proper paths to places not just sand as the pushchairs wouldn’t push on it. Outdoor area of deluxe sea view room was just gravel could be a lot nicer. Under beds were really dusty and not cleaned. One window didn’t have black out blind so got woken by bright sunlight at 5 am every day. Very poor pillows Lack of baby change facilities in all of the restaurants. Teds diner staff very good and food food, other restaurants food not quite up to scratch.
