In San Pedro which is the nicest area in MTY. Modern actually brand new when I arrived. It has all the facilities I needed ( working space etc ... ). Breakfast is good with omelettes that you can order, chilaquiles etc ...

Only a slight confusion as I one of the waiter wanted me to pay the breakfast but told him was already included in my price. The problem was sorted but just a slight detail.

I loved the hotel. it was very clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. i love the gym and the view from the terrace.

Great hotel, rooms great. Some Staff members at front desk without any care about the customer. A men in the front desk staff was very rude and never offers me the parking service fee. There is another girl at front desk with superior customer service care. She help us with the parking fee and offers us a late check out.

the hotel is brand new, modern facilities look nice and chic. located inside a new plaza full of restaurants, coffee shops and places to hang around.

Breakfast was included on my rate and staff didn’t believe me, food was bad and limited options. Booking was made on usd rate, they used 19.20 mxp/usd vs 17.80 that was the official rate (company policies they explained) pillows smelled very bad, we asked for a change and they still smelled bad. by the 3rd time they changed them smell was still present but tolerable
