The location is great, right at the heart of the city. Kenroku-en, Kanazawa Castle and Omicho Market are all within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes walk). Department stores, restaurants, convenience stores etc are all close by. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from Kanazawa Station, and the driver I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean and quiet.

Close to Kenrokuen park and other sightseeing spots. Supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and shopping malls close by. Since it's a little bit far from the station, the hotel offers a shuttle service. There was a clothes line in the bathroom to dry clothes that can not be put in the dryer.

The ventilation appliance in the room was very noisy and there was a sign that explained that it should not be turned off.

Very clean. The layout of furniture in the room was nice and it felt spacious. Shuttle bus service between Kanazawa station and the hotel was great.

Power sockets were limited. There were only 2 sockets in our room (2 people) when both of us wanted to charge smart phones, smart watches, laptops, an electronic toothbrush, a mobile charge, etc… If there were more vegetarian options for breakfast, that’d be great.

The buffet breakfast has many choices, and you can set yourself up for a busy day, after enjoy the buffet breakfast. The free courtesy shuttle back to Kanazawa station, meant it was easy to travel back to the station it’s my luggage.

If I had known about the free courtesy shuttle bus, I would have tried to use it, and therefore I would not have needed to navigate the Kanazawa local bus, which have steps.

Very good location. Breakfast sufficient, but fully Japanese - just acroissant, not even a toast with jam. Good for me, but i Think you should know.

Breakfast (seeabove). We had a family room for three (3 beds) and they did not provide a towel for a 11 years old kid. They said it is extra paid :O

Located close to Kenrokuen and other popular sights in Kanazawa. A courtesy shuttle is provided for the 10 min trip between Kanazawa station & the accommodation. Lawson (convenience store) is only 2-3 mins walk from reception. Coin laundry is reasonable in price. Shower is hot, bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is EXCEPTIONAL.

There was some works happening on the building so there was a little bit of noise but maintenance is important so it didn’t bother us too much.

Central location, near all the shops, conbinis and restaurants. Was able to check-in early and had them store my luggage while I went for early lunch & sightseeing thereafter. This was important in hindsight as the evening check-in queues were horrendous, being a Friday. Good spread of breakfast. There was a long queue even at 7am! Be sure to go early though the staff did refilled the dishes.

The walls are pretty thin. Could hear what's going on in the rooms near me.

There was a free shuttle service from an to Kanazawa station. Breakfast at no additional cost was appreciated . Overall it was a good stay.

Other than the pillow being uncomfortable and view of wall from your window on the 10th floor all else worked well.

Breakfast was VERY good, great variety and quality!! Locations very practical for touristic visit of Kanazawa, walking distance to all critical areas. Room reasonable size and all very clean!!

Eating area is a bit simple, but very practical for many people, so, all good, specially with good breakfast!!
