The rooms were clean and comfy. Located near the Haneda airport. Hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. Friendly staff. Complimentary light breakfast!

A bit out of the way from Tokyo city hub. But the nearby (a mere 5 min walk) from Tokyo mono rail compensated for this downside. A JR pass covers for rides on the mono rail.

The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The listing stated that there was a free shuttle service to the airport that wasn't true it only operated in the in the morning. Our departure in the evening when I complained the manager finally agreed to pay for a taxi to the airport. The listing has now been changed to exclude a shuttle service however it still contains the statement that the hotel is only a few steps from the airport that is not true either it actually takes 25 minutes to walk to the airport and six minutes to the train station

Super convenient location for anything Haneda, especially with the shuttle service if you have a lot of luggage and just one stop on the train otherwise. Clean and quiet room.

Breakfast was very basic and there was no option there to upgrade. The AC was one unit in the room that didn't work indirect but blew cold air directly onto two of the beds. While that might be great for when its murderously hot, it was too cold for us and we had to turn it off. There is absolutely nothing in the neighborhood as far as we could see - no convenience stores or restaurants - so come prepared. There are some vending machines but still, you'll want to have thought ahead and stocked up before getting here...

It was really close to Haneda Airport. The staff were welcoming. The light breakfast only goes until 9.30am (signs in the elevator). It was a nice way to start our day. Taxi was easy to get to as we arrived late and couldn't get the free shuttle. Cost about 12,000Y equivalent to $12 AUD.

The self check in wasn't clear. We had some trouble checking in, but it was fine after the 2nd attempt. Just had to put your passport name exactly as it was on your passport. Surname, first name, middle name.

Comfortable place to stay nearby of Haneda airport. Perfect for transit with convenience store nearby. Also near a river which makes for a nice morning stroll. Rooms are small as per normal Japan rooms but we did manage to fit in 2 big luggages 2 carry on and ourselves, just have to do a bit of manouvering going around the room. I like the added tech of the elevator automatically reading your floor when you touch the card.

The bus to airport schedule is very limited. Only available from 4 AM to 9:30 AM. The auto check in machine ended up not able to check me in after a lenghty process of keying in details and ended up having to call the front staff to manually check in.

Friendly and helpful staff, super close to the airport.

I dislike the idea that they do not offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, even for a minimum fee. (Adding this service would give the hotel a Plus) i also didn't like the room size, this is a very small size jotel rooms, i would recommend it for a one night stay or two the most, very, very small room. Also, the taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel was ridiculously expensive.

I liked the breakfast options

Due to language barriers, a hotel employee called & placed the order for us which was appreciated, but, we had to pay a small charge to call them. We do not have international calling on our cell phones & the pizza employee hung up on me because of the language barrier! A wonderful hotel employee assisted us. (Note:The female employee, who assisted us, worked on the night of April 27th through the morning of the 28th). Please extend our appreciation!!

I liked the location, it is within walking distance of a convenience store. They also had luggage carts in the lobby, and a free shuttle service.

I don't know if it is protocol, but the man operating the shuttle bus saw me struggling with my very heavy bags and didn't offer to help. I was struggling really bad with how heavy they were and I would have appreciated help. Besides that, it was a really good stay!

Easy check-in, person was friendly. The free light breakfast was delicious! It's in an area near the check-in lobby. Lobby also has free tea and coffee and amenities (such as hairbrush, toothbrush) you can take up to your room if needed. The bed was comfortable and firm. The room is not super big but it's very efficiently designed space in my opinion! I found it good enough since I did not have big luggage.

Everything was fine; clean & comfortable for the night before an early flight out of Haneda Airport. It was nice that breakfast was included & the shuttle bus to the airport. It's a short walk to town for dining & shop experiences.

I was not able to turn on the TV where some information was available like the Wi-fi passwords & the shuttle bus schedule. Some staff did not speak or understand enough English ( although understandable)
