It is near Haneda Airport, the free shuttle service takes about 10 mins to ferry passengers between the hotel and the airport. The taxi fare would cost about 2000 yen.

The place to take the shuttle service from Haneda airport was unclear and the staff was not able to explain that effectively. Please refer to this link https://www.haneda-hotel.com/english/shuttlebus The breakfast place is not in the West Wing, guest will have to walk over to the main building (about 50m).

GREAT LOCATION: The hotel was easy to locate (at the end of the street to the left) from the Anamori-inari Train Station. The Anamori-inari Station is just two stops away from Haneda airport on the Keikyu train. We arrived in the early morning, waited for the trains to open, and bought a Pasmo card at Haneda to ride the airport train line during our Tokyo stay. Everything was quick and easy, even with limited English. We used google translate when needed with train station and hotel personnel. Everyone we met in Tokyo were kind and accustomed to speaking into the google translate, if needed. Trains were always on time and easy to navigate using google maps. The JAL West has a coffee sitting area with delicious corn tea (like corn chowder) and a variety of complimentary teas/coffees/juices/sodas. We enjoyed shopping with locals at the nearby family market, Tokyu grocery stores in the train stations, and eating our small breakfast or snack bites to feel more like home in the hotel coffee room. A few delicious restaurants were nearby as well. We particularly enjoyed The Book Cafe. The hotel is modern and clean with Japanese style bathrooms. Our room was very small, a bit smaller than a cruise ship room, with little room for luggage; but, it contained everything we needed. The airport shuttle back to the airport was also quick and easy at the end of our Tokyo stay en route to our Japan/S Korea/Alaska cruise. All in all, we loved staying at this clean, modern, quiet, efficient hotel. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to family/friends visiting Tokyo. Domo Arigato, JAL employees!

The bed would be better if it were on a platform with room for extra suitcases underneath. The elevator could use frequent vacuuming.

A return booking as my last night before an early flight - this hotel has everything you could need. Great rooms, quiet spot and free shuttle bus that runs from 4am to the airport. Many local places to try for dinner within easy 2 block walk. Comfortable beds and great showers, the kettle and coffee in the room were very welcome for my early start.

Disappointed that one of the local yakatori bars locally no longer welcomes non Japanese clients - signs on the door which I was shown to after being met with a firm NO when I tried to enter. Having previously had a wonderful night there earlier this year, this was the low point of my week in Japan. Happy to report that another locally run bar was more than happy to welcome my business for my final night.

Very handy location, close to shops (mainly supermarkets) and the airport. There is an excellent shuttle service to the airport. The hotel room was comfortable, although we found it quite warm and could not turn the air con on at first. There was coffee and tea making in the room and we could take our own drinks in. We ate at the restaurant in the sister hotel, which was about 100m down the road. We were advised to book a table, which proved to be a good idea. The staff at the Haneda West wing were all,very helpful and friendly.

Everything, it was very smooth to check in and out, you get everything that you need, a comfy bed, and the layout of the room was great the distribution of space was well used and it felt big compared to other hotels in Japan. I got sick and got help around 3 in the morning, it is a shame I can't recall the name of the lady who helped me but the service mind set was great regardless we communicated with Google translate. Please congratulate your staff (especially the lady on the Wednesday 9 early morning shift) The cherry on the cake is the great shuttle service, I would come back again without any doubt. Ah there are some welcome drinks and also bread is offered in the morning

A convenient hotel for Haneda stop over. It is about 100 metres from the main JAL Hotel, which has a restaurant and shuttle bus to / from Haneda (no bookings first come first served). It is less than a 5 minute walk to the subway which is only two stops from Terminal 3 and three stops from Terminal 1/2. The rooms are small but not tiny,air conditioned and comfy Queen side bed. There is a bar fridge. There is a Family Mart directory across the road for milk and provisions ( pretty good coffee from their machine too).

I think this hotel is perfectly located for those who want to be close to the Haneda Airport and would benefit from an easy airport shuttle ride ahead of their flight. It is also conveniently located across the street from a train station that can get you to the main train stations (Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc.) fairly quickly and has good food and convenience stores nearby as well.

There is a large gap in airport shuttle rides from 11:00 to 16:00... which is weird. It made us have to get to the airport four hours ahead of our flight instead of the usual two hours. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for us.

Perfect location near Haneda airport and also near a train station, so travelling here by train and walking to the hotel is easy. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious with comfortable beds. Very clean. Very modern. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the airport, which was so convenient and appreciated. It only took about 10 minutes to arrive at Terminal 3. The bus left on time and the bus driver was very helpful with bags. The breakfast, which is located inside the main hotel next door, was very delicious and there was many options for food. Would definitely recommend staying here and choosing the option with breakfast at the hotel.

Airport - great Shuttle was great, once on it. I didn't find it well marked at my arrival terminal, and asked at an very helpful information counter. Breakfast - great.

The very helpful lady at my arrival terminal information had a time table for shuttle services. Our next shuttle was from another terminal, so we had to take an initial shuttle there, before finding the required hotel shuttle, the departure location of which was not obvious, although would be easy to find in future. The room was slightly on the small side for 2 international travellers and their cases.

The staff were great, the rooms well-designed, quiet and clean. The communal areas in the lobby are a bonus. It is a lovely local neighbourhood - and the hotel’s printed map a gem for finding food outlets, a supermarket, a temple, bank and post office. Thank you.

The hotel bus pick up from terminal 3 is sparse. We took a taxi. Almost too close for a taxi - so a reasonable tip probably is required.
