A little disappointing that there in no shuttle bus between 12:00 and 16:00.

1. Location- Very near to Haneda International Airport 2. Staff can speak Japanese and English 3. Check in process very smooth 4. Many restaurants including Indian restaurant are nearby. 5. Family mart is just opposite the hotel. 7/11 and Fuji mart is also nearby. 6. Free shuttle bus, The drivers were very nice persons who helped everybody to load the luggage. Every half an hour there is a bus. 7. Microwave oven in the floor where you can heat your own meal. 8. Coin laundry was also there.

Shuttle bus to/from hotel. Arrived and was guided through the check-in process. The hotel was located near a train station, food store and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and had light controls in the headboard so you did not have to get up to turn off the lights. They have heated bathroom mirrors so the part above the sink does not fog up when you take a shower.

Price was a little high for the location being well outside the main part of the city. There is nothing more that I didn't like but I wanted to get the green line to be completed so my review will be informative.

Great, clean hotel for a short layover near the airport. Free shuttle service after arriving at Haneda and back to Haneda the following day. Be mindful of the shuttle schedule though as if you arrive later in the night, you will have to take the airport shuttle over to T1 (if you are arriving in T3) to catch the hotel shuttle. The commute was less than 10 minutes away. The room was big enough as we had expectations that hotels in Japan are small. It was clean and the washroom was clean. A Family Mart is directly across the street for some quick snacks and food. We only spent barely half a day as we used this hotel as a place to freshen up and get a proper rest before flying out again.

Nothing - it was a very short stay so based on the time and areas that we went to, everything went great.

Early Check-In and late Check-Out was allowed for a small fee. The staff were very polite and helpful. The Wi-Fi was really good, never had a hotel with such speedy Wi-Fi. The hotel isn't far from the Train Station, Buss Stop and Airport so transport is easy to get to. We were also close to loads of Family Marts, 711 Stores and Shrines which were very easy to get to. If we were to visit Japan again in the same area, we'd book the same hotel

The room was rather dusty, mainly the shelves and the top of the TV. There was also water marks on the mirror, sink taps, bath taps and shower head. Besides that, the room was spotless and great

The hotel was clean. I liked the breakfast buffet, but I think some dishes could have been altered. For example., perhaps instead of mackerel everyday. It would had been nice if they had substituted salmon on some days. The dinner menu was good. I especially enjoyed the seafood salad and chicken dishes I had. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful..Although the hotel is not in a very busy section of town, there was a subway close by to take you easily into central Tokyo or other surrounding areas you wanted to connect to. There are also a few other restaurants in the area within walking distance from the hotel too.

I have no complaints.

We arrived about 4 hours before check-in time. We asked if we could leave our luggage & the reception very kindly took care of it for us. There are several shops nearby, including places to buy food. We went across the road to Swan Bakery for lunch. When it was time, we checked in and went to our room, which was clean & comfortable. For dinner we went to the hotel's restaurant which was nice, clean & had good service. It is also where breakfast is served. Breakfast was amazing - there was so much choice that even the fussiest of people would have found something to eat & drink!

Like most guested, I stayed here the night before my flight home. The staff were super friendly and, even though the young lady I spoke to was a fluent English speaker, she entertained my wish to speak in broken Japanese too. The location is obviously perfect if you are catching an early/late flight or arriving early/late from the airport. The early morning shuttle bus is extremely convenient and very well run. The room was much larger than most similarly priced hotels and the facilities were very good. The shower in particular was really nice with good pressure. The bed was also nice and comfortable.

The laundry wasn't amazing, but I guess how many people on their 1st/last night in Japan need to do laundry? Otherwise it really is hard to criticise.

Superb hotel for the main Haneda airport in Tokyo and the regular FREE shuttle bus service is a major bonus to staying here. The breakfast was exceptional, a vast amount to choose from, with Japanese and Western style food. The room was larger than most Tokyo hotel rooms and had a great supply of essentials/cosmetics. Highly recommend it and widely used by the professionals in he airline industry.

You have to make a choice here, do you want to be near the airport or closer to the city centre? I wanted to know I was near the airport for the final 2 nights/very early start of my trip to fly home, flying in from Nagasaki, having toured Japan. So it did mean it was quite a trek to the main parts of Tokyo. That's no fault of the hotel - their offering is superb for an airport hotel, but you are limited with what is around the location of the hotel.

A comfortable free shuttle bus from Haneda airport was so nice. A driver helped our big luggages with nice care. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Family mart were just downstairs across from the street and some nice izakaya and Bento box place was reasonable and great! A lot of food choices right by the train station. If you’re looking at just to stay one night before move center area in downtown, it’s a good place to stay.

Our room was bit small. It barely had room to open our suitcases by the bed but managed to do so since our visit was only a few days.
