The hotel is very close to Haneda airport and since we landed pretty late it was convenient to not travel far for the hotel. The rooms are well equipped for movie night and it looks like a lot of effort has bin put for that

The room code has stopped working in our time there, but the hotel staff have found a solution for us.

Close to airport. Simple room with fridge and kettle. High-tech toilet with heated seat! Huge projector tv linked to streaming apps. The hotel is a few doors away from a mini-market that does some hot food and drinks. Tip: slap the door handle with the flat of your hand to access the entry keyboard to get in. Use the video call in reception to fully check in and get your room code. They speak good English.

For the price point, nothing.

I loved how close this place was to the airport, I got into a taxi was 8 minute drive. Use the code they send me. The staff spoke English and was super helpful to me as I was overtired ! Clean room, good shower/water pressure ! Easy check out and was close to a train station I just walked over and a 7/11!

Good location for a quick stay straight from the airport. Quick and easy access - there is no staff there is an iPad instead that you can call on and self service to get in and out.

Small apartment and far from main city center, not much around for a longer stay. The rooms are all key code locked with the code being long it gets annoying constantly having to type in.

The home theater setup was great. Getting it setup was a little bit tricky, but we figured it out. Also, the staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process is a little bit cumbersome, but the staff was able to walk us through it. Other than that, nothing else wasn't to like.

Value for money, minimal environmental impact.

The alarm clock's alarm function wasnt working - seems minor, but people staying here maybe need to go to the airport in the morning and might rely on the alarm :) Lucky I checked rather than assuming it would work. Everything else was great. Double bed seemed a bit smaller than a normal double bed but maybe its the standard size.

It was easy to get to the hotel by train from Haneda Airport. The automated check-in (no staff) was easy. The room was actually pretty roomy, and the projection TV and shower were great. It was a great deal for the price.

We could hear people in the hall, and we could also hear loud guests from another room late at night.

The hotel is really easy to get to, just a short walk from Anamori Inari Station on the Keikyu Airport Line. It's a staffless hotel, so check in is all done digitally, which can make the whole process quick and simple. The room I was in had a nice vaulted ceiling (the first time I've ever seen that in any hotel I've stayed at in Japan), as well as a projector screen for streaming TV/Movies from various apps like Disney+ or Twitch. The internet is good, and it's really close to Anamori Inari Shrine, a beautiful Shinto Shrine that visitors to the area might want to check out.

Since the hotel is staffless, if there's any random issue with your check in process, you might have to contact the off-site office for the hotel, either via the tablet in the entryway (which might not manage to connect), or via your own personal device (if you have internet available). Something to be aware of.

new and modern update or new build. clean and comfy bed. no staff onside but helpful via conf call from the main entrance tablet device also via booking text system.

the sofa bed sheet was not clean. got instructions to get diff bed sheet at a diff I used room and it was not really clean either. gave feed back to them via booking text system. Hope they will take note and make it better for future guests.

It was about a 5-10 minute walk, super close to Haneda airport and easy to spot. We had trouble with our flight times being rescheduled, but Theatel Haneda was very understanding. although we arrived at 5am they had staff available over the phone and front desk through the iPad which was really helpful!!

it was comfortable for a one night stay, maybe not long term for a couple as it is a smallish space
