We booked this hotel for one night near the airport as a one-night stopover because we're expecting to arrive around 10pm and might miss the train/bus to the the city. Our flight got really delayed and we didn't arrive till 2am. We're expecting the taxi from Hanade Airport to he hotel to cost a bomb but it only cost us about 1,600 yen for a total of 4 people. Hotel checking was hassle-free and paid upfront. Breakfast was included and reasonably good. Checkout was just returning the card key via an automated machine. We had a double room, one double bed, firm mattress, really clean, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom all provided. It was end autumn/early winter but we didn't have to turn on the heater (which also doubles up as an air conditioner if needed). Our room was 1 door away from the lift but we weren't disturbed. Room was small though, 2 opened medium-sized suitcases on the floor and we're basically tiptoeing.

The hotel was hacked and I received many phishing threatening cancellation if I didn't provide credit card details. The hackers were very good as the emails looked exactly like the hotel/booking.com genuine emails (thank goodness I'm IT-savvy). I called the hotel twice to verify, was quite a hassle as the staff didn't speak English.

Breakfast was very good and the rooms are clean.

Shuttle sevice was poor. They DO NOT offer airport shuttle buses at all times. ONLY SHUTTLES IN THE MORNING AND AFTER 6PM. From 11am - 6pm you have to find your own way to and from the airport despite advertising free airport shuttle. We had to take a 3000yen taxi from the airport and we were not offered any compensation. Nowhere on our room reservation confirmation did it say that there isn't a shuttle available at all times of the day. We would not stay here again because of this.

A great location close to the airport and a very short walk from Otorii KK13 on the Keikyu line. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel has fairly small rooms, but bigger than I had expected and at a competitive price.

The only issue with the shuttle was at the airport. It was difficult to recognise it at Tokyo Inn's shuttle as the only word not in Japanese script was INN.

A wonderful stay at Toyoko Inn Haneda airport 2. There are two branches at the same location but went with airport 2. It is literally right next to the Otorii subway station with escalators. I needed to drop my luggage before check in and staff was at hand to do some checks and let me use the lockers provided. You can lock them up yourself and set your own pin. I was very happy with my room the hotel is more modern, clean and spacious than the one I stayed in Osaka. I only used the room for 5 hours as I had an early morning flight, bed was comfortable. Coin laundry was cheap at 300 yen to wash and 100 yen to use the dryers. Unfortunately I only could have the bread service from 5am, as the breakfast buffet starts at 6am. Toyoko Inn Haneda airport 2 has Western food, where as Toyoko Inn Haneda airport 1 has onigiri options. The main reason for booking this hotel was the free shuttle bus and 10 mins distance from the Haneda airport.

I needed to us the shuttle bus, however the driver did not stop at terminal 3 and I had to tell him I needed it when he stopped at terminal 2. I had to do a detour to the other terminals before being dropped off. It is best to tell the driver before hand which terminal you need. Lucky I was not in hurry and had time, otherwise could have missed my flight.

I always like the breakfast at Toyoko Inn. The hotel is almost next to the train station and there is a 7-11 across the road. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient as well. The room was a nice size for one person though might have been a bit cramped for two. Their Eco policy for not having the room cleaned every day is also a good option as well as having the toiletries in Reception where you can take just what you need for your stay.

I though I had seen that breakfast was served from 5am-9am but then found out it started at 6am and went until 10am. At 6am there was a long queue for breakfast which made breakfast a bit rushed to get the shuttle to the airport at 6.30am.

We stayed at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Haneda Airport No.2 on our last night as it’s conveniently located near Haneda Airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminals. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was quite busy with a lot of guests, so we opted to head to the airport instead. The staff was very friendly, assisting us with both check-in and check-out procedures when we had some difficulties with the self check-in machines. The hotel offers lockers for luggage storage before you check in. The room was comfortable, and although the bathroom was a bit small, it was still functional. There was no microwave or fridge in the room, but a microwave was available in a common area along with a vending machine and coffee. The surrounding area was peaceful and non-touristic, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing walk on our last day in Japan. We still discovered interesting places like the Haneda Peace Torii, Kon-Chan statue, and several Inari shrines, including the Anamori Inari Shrine that replicated in a small scale the Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine ascent.

Location is very convenient for Haneda airport. The hotel offered free lockers which were greatly appreciated. The room met our expectations.

Location : It is only 3 metro stops and the hotel is almost next to the station. Price : reasonably priced Breakfast : all you can eat breakfast. There is enough varieties with eggs, sausages, bread, soup, etc. Room set up : functional WiFi Good Coffee and tea available at all hours by the front door. Lockers available to keep your luggages. On Alltrails app, there are a couple of suggested trails nearby if you have long layover like me. There is a 7/11 across the street but the pharmacy next to it, which also sells food and offers slightly lower price closes at 10:00 pm. I had lunch at the fried chicken restaurant 2 minutes away and it was quite delicious. If you are in Haneda Airport, this will be a good place to spend the night.

Check out time is 10:00 am and the earliest hotel check out time that I know. Airport Shuttle : I arrived at 9:30 pm. I went to the help desk at the airport. She said the next shuttle is 10:30 pm. In the morning, the last shuttle leaves at 10:10 am. My flight leaves at 5:00 pm. I took the metro for 200 yens and I didn’t have to wait. The airport station is very close to the airport. The hotel might as well not offer shuttle because of lack of frequency and the poor hours of operation. Just gave the guests 400 yens . Bathroom : Those prefabricated modular plastic molded bathrooms that I had used before. The bathtub is so high that you are a short person, you need a small stool to climb into it. If you are a tall person, the toilet will be a bit cramp.

Has shuttle service to/from airport. Good hot breakfast is included after 6 am.

From 5-6 am, hotel only provides plain, white bread buns and coffee. They can surely throw in some danish pastries, muffins, juice.

Great location... so close to the station. Free transfer to the airport at 5am! Plenty of food available nearby. Room was compact but functional. Fridge worked well, kettle provided, enough space for a short stay. Despite difficulties listed below... we would book again!

I don't usually post negative comments, but need to warn travelers that this is a business hotel. 4pm check in. We had an uninformed staff member who told us we could not check in earlier. (Other staff members called people as their rooms became available) We also asked her about free airport transfer & she handed us a metro map! Another staff member helped us to check in & asked us if we would like to book an airport transfer. Check in is only electronic, no opportunity to have a staff member check you in.
