Great location, just a short flat walk to the local train station and about 10 mins from Haneda Airport. Very convenient when flying in/out either early or late. The bunk rooms were small but tidy, with blankets to keep you warm and an A/C unit for airflow. Showers were clean and spacious, the communal kitchen and fridge were very handy, and the hostel had an overall cozy vibe. The hostel's host was incredibly kind and hospitable. I accidentally left a valuable item behind, and she not only found it but also shipped it back to me. I’m very grateful and highly recommend 328 Hostel & Lounge.

The landlady/owner is very accommodating. I also like the distance to the train station (less than 10 mins walk) and the train going to haneda airport only takes around 5mins. There are a lot of convenience store nearby. The property itself is clean and comfy and the staff provides everything such as water, tea, coffee and the kitchen facilities is complete

There is no room or storage for the luggage. But its not a problem if you are only staying there for 1 night or 2 since you can leave it at the living area downstairs which is very safe

Taxi costs about 2000 yen one-way. can walk to Keikyu line stop, Anamori Inari station (connects directly to Haneda airport). very friendly and hospitable host. separate rooms for males and females, mainly 2 double-decker beds per room. has common kitchen with microwave oven and jug kettle. Common shower and toilet is separate, outside rooms. narrow staircase. has 2 floors, with room on 1st floor. Clean and comfy beds with towel and toiletries provided. free coffee as well.

walls between rooms are thin - can hear other guests snoring in room beside mine. Males room is located right beside females room.

Hosts were incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming. I was greeted on a very hot day by an ice block waiting for me - can’t beat that! Had a lovely chat. Like coming home after a long day. Facilities are impeccably clean. Felt really comfortable and safe - especially as a solo female traveller. Appreciated the charger, toothbrush and fan by the bed too - thank you! Really impressed with this place. So close to Haneda Airport - very handy for early flights!

Had a bit of rustling/noise quite early from my bunk mate who hadn’t sorted themselves out the night before, but that’s probably to be expected in shaded rooms and no reflection on the premises!

This hostel is perfect for people who want to explore Yokohama and Haneda area. It is very peaceful and quiet. This is not a party hostel though so it is for people who want to relax and chill. This hostel is a stop away from Haneda Airport. In total, it would take only less than 10 mins to get there. This is perfect for people who has to get the morning flight from Haneda. The host has the really great service mind. She helped me with my bag. She also helped me picking my bed. I can see that the house is recently renovated in the minimalistic way. I love the kitchen. The bed is wide enough for me to turn and move around unlike other hostels.

The bathroom can be a bit too small but it’s not that big deal for me though. I also don’t like the noise from walking upstairs. I have to walk in “Ninja style”, which I still need to practice more. 😆 Regardless, all of these are minor issues.

The location is very convenient if you fly from Haneda airport, just two hundred meters from the KK line and two stops to go there. The hostess is a kind person, really trying to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. However, one shouldn't forget that it is a hostel, not a hotel, so don't expect a rich breakfast (just a coffee). Nevertheless some small complementary things (like a warmer with hot water in your bad) are touching!

This is a great one night hostel. This is the second time I've stayed here in over 8 years (2015?). For early morning departures or evening arrivals, you can't beat it. I love the little things like usb charging cables, personal lights, padlocks, a very detailed explanation of all the facilities. I was lucky enough to be given delicious fruit after checking in. The kitchen is much better (facilities) than I remember.

Watch your head on the low beams. Also check in can be very late, compared to other accommodation. It is unlikely you will make many friends here as the best use case is coming from or going to the airport. Not a lot to do in the area other than a few food options.

It was the most beautiful experience I have had in recent years in my multiple travels around the world map. Everything is superlative. The host is particularly hospitable and always with a smile on her face. The atmosphere in the hotel is particularly warm, with guests having the opportunity to socialize in the living room on the ground floor. Strict rules regarding quietness and cleanliness are kept, which is very good. The cleanliness is exceptional and everything at a great price. You have at your disposal a refrigerator and a kitchen equipped with everything for serving and heating your own food. The location is also privileged. The hostel was perfect but the lady who runs the hostel was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond when I realized I was flying out of Narita and told me how to get there as quickly as possible. I made my flight in the end all thanks to her. She even messaged to make sure I’d made it on time. Thanks a million times over for her kindness. The hostel was clean, comfy and had excellent amenities.

It was a wonderful hostel: the hosts welcomed us late at night with big smiles and helped us make sure we’d arrive on time for our flight the next morning. The place was incredibly cosy and well arranged, with a shared kitchen, where you could serve yourself fresh tea and milk for free. We were welcomed in the room with hot water bottles to keep us warm and charging cables, in case anyone had forgotten their adaptator. I’ve never been to such a nice hostel, I completely recommend, and we were sad to not have discovered it earlier!
