Nice garden with barbecue and close to the airport with shuttle

No chance to drink a beer in the groundfloor outside restaurant, even there are tables and chairs.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Narita Airport (a quick, approximately 15-min free shuttle ride.) The room was very clean including the bathroom and toilet areas which was pleasing to see. It had a very comfortable bed and was quiet, with a nice view of the airport’s departing aircraft without the sound. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are English-speaking staff which helps if required. It has a Family Mart on the premises which is very convenient; along with a pool area which is great. The buffet breakfast (we paid extra to include this in our room rate and recommend this) was very good value for money with delicious food and sufficient variety including Western and Japanese cuisine and freshly baked croissants on the hour. Overall, great value for money if you need a quality hotel experience worth everything you need, closer to the airport; we’d definitely stay again. Kind regards, Theresa Carter

The hotel is great if you have a transit at Narita. There is an airport shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel and Narita (about 25 minute ride). The hotel is in the middle of nowhere otherwise. The rooms are large and comfortable (relative to what you get in cities like Tokyo downtown) and there is a Family Mart convenience store in the lobby where you can get drinks, snacks, or other essentials any time of day at reasonable prices.

There's nothing, in particular, I didn't like. Check-out was relatively late at 11:00 am which worked well for us. Again, this works best as a transit hotel and even the front desk employees know this and gear their check-in procedure to you flying the next day. We would stay here again if we needed to transit in Narita.

We had an early morning flight. Found this to be an affordable and comfortable option for our family close to the airport. The shuttle bus took us to the airport and staff were helpful and welcoming.

Didn’t realise there were trundle beds under each bed (we shared the beds with the kids). Others mentioned the bathroom was a bit outdated, which I can see, although it was clean, so wasn’t too much of an issue for such a short stay.

Airport shuttle to Narita worked well in the morning. Very clean. Nice to have the Family Mart there. Nice-smelling toiletries in the bathroom. Room quiet with good curtains for making the room dark for sleep. If I were using Narita Airport again I would choose this hotel again!

There was some confusion at the bus stop at the airport and we could not easily communicate with the bus driver. I don't expect the whole world to speak English, but I would expect shuttle bus and hotel-related vocabulary for someone working on a bus between an int't hotel and airport. Restaurant food there was way too expensive!!!!!!!!!

Pool a bit in disrepair chipped paint etc and bugs in water Expensive - doubled in price from one day to next Asked for a late check out so I could use the sauna and pool. We then got asked to leave the sauna and “hurry” as id missed check out, it hadn’t been logged on the system.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and my little boy really liked the kid goodie bag. Room was super spacious. Breakfast was good with large variety of choices.

I booked the room with airport view, but turned out it was quite far and the floor (12/F) was not high enough for us to really see planes taking off / landing. Kid enjoyed seeing planes in the Museum of Aeronautical Sciences nearby more than in the room. Don't think it's necessary to upgrade the room if it's for the view.

Location was very convenient, between Narita airport and Narita city, and the shuttle bus was very helpful to move between workplace, hotel and city. Also, the breakfast was awesome. Great selection of Japanese and international foods.

It isn't big issue but there wasn't any water bottle at the room when I arrived. I considered it for granted and didn't buy any water bottle at the convenience store so maybe it was my fault. Anyways and as I said before it wasn't big issue because there is a convenience store on the 1st floor.

Pick up from and to Narita airport was efficient and convenient. The room was complimentarily upgraded and was very clean and comfortable. Staff in reception and restaurant were friendly, welcoming and professional. Quality of restaurant food was of a high standard and nicely presented.

There were no areas where I felt were unacceptable. As previous reviewers have stated ( I feel unfairly) the building fixtures and fittings are a few years old compared to other airport hotels in the area, however it is clear that staff and management are working hard to maintain the facilities and maximise the hotels features to keep it competitive with newer build hotels.

Efficient shuttle service between the hotel and terminals 1&2. Clean hotel with a convenience store located in the lobby. Easy check in and check out. Used the gym during my stay and it was very good for a hotel gym. Breakfast buffet was very good with an omelet/egg station.

The shuttle bus does not go to terminal 3. You have to go to terminal 2 and walk to terminal 3. Not a problem for me but if you have a lot of luggage it can be a trek.
