It's a very good choice for overnight near the airport. The shuttle bus is easy to find, and the drivers help with the suitcases. It takes only 5 minutes from the airport (not rush hours). The room is clean and big enough. There's a Lawson store at the lobby, and the clerk there was also nice. The hotel receptionists are warm and helpful, I read some old comments on google saying that the staff were unwilling to help, but it wasn't like that in my case, so I assume the management solve the matter, which it good to know. There's a scale at the lobby free to use, which is very useful. And Lawson store sell a cheap carry-on bag with wheels for travelers who need more space to pack souvenirs. The help-yourself breakfast offers a various choice of food, it's not super delicious but cost-worthy.

Great amenities and easy use of the shuttle bus to the airport. Area was quiet and has a paid parking lot at the back which was walking distance from the hotel. Mr Kubayashi that was working reception when I checked in was amazing. He was really helpful and kind when helping my group to check in.

Ms Yoshino that was working reception when I tried to check out was extremely rude. She looked very annoyed when we told her we wanted to extend our stay as our flight had been delayed. She made it seemed as if it was our fault for the delayed flight. She also made no effort to help a guy that was struggling to check out as she just stood there watching the guy struggle. Clearly seems that she did not want to be there.

Excellent amenities- toothbrush, razers, skin care. Lovely shower and toilet facilities. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. It felt much more luxurious than we expected for an airport hotel.

Shuttle bus didn't run early enough for our flight (7am), but it's possible to walk to airport when necessary (20-30mins). We also found it slightly difficult to locate from the airport, as we arrived late at night.

Free breakfast was lovely.. stuff needed upon checkin like toothbrush, comb, skincare, were all available in the lobby. Spa was also free. Shuttle service esp the driver was very polite & helpful, the staff as well. Would stay here again.

Free shuttle service every 20 minutes, a 10 or 15 min. ride to the airport. Free breakfast (Japanese-style buffet with some continental options, opens 6.30 on the dot.). Convenience store in the hotel, including ready-made meals. There is a microwave. Restaurant at 300 meter.

If you had an early flight via Narita Airport, Toyoko Inn Narita Shinkan is ideal place to stay. Just 5 minutes from Terminal 3/2. They have free shuttle from/to Airport which is really convenient. Checkin/out is easy, just use an automated machine. Although a staff can guide but you can do it on your own. I stayed for a night on double room non-smoking. The room had decent space and good view of Narita T3. The bed is comfy and had decent sleep. . The bathroom had compact space with bathtub, smart toilet and classic lavatory basin. Amenities, had typical standard in business hotel, flat tv fridge, closet. There is working station/ table that you can do your business. You can grab your own toiletries at the lobby and sleeping wear. Breakfast had a typical Japanese buffet selection with few choices for western food. It was ok. There is Lawson convenience store on the 1F which is really nice when you crave something late at night. The staffs are helpful despite they look so busy especially when a big batch of guests comes in. Overall, its a nice place to stay if you want to get closer to the airport.

It’s basic and simple. It’s good if you just want something close to the airport for a night. Room is small so if you have large suitcase, it can be difficult to open it up. Hotel is very clean, has all amenities provided in the lobby. Easy to check in and out via kiosks. It’s about 10-15 mins walk from Narita terminal 3. They provide free shuttle to terminal 2 and 1. Time table is at the reception and it is fairly frequent. There’s no shops other than a Lawson downstairs, so that’s the only food option of walking distance.

Hotel is extremely busy. There’s no food option other than Lawson and they are really busy too. There’s bed is really hard, quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus running every 20 minutes. However, you have to go to the bus platform to get information on the time schedule. During cold nights, missing a bus can be troublesome. Maybe the hotel could post the bus timetable and the platform location to help guests. There is also a 24/7 convenience store, which is quite helpful.

The shower was the most complicated thing I ever saw in my life. Having a "rain" shower alongside a hand shower is quite confusing, and the switch from the sink to the shower is not very clear. There is a sign, but can only be read if you seat on the bathtub. The water takes forever to get warm, so you don't want to have the switch turned on to rain shower during winter.

I’m always amazed when I stay at Toyoko Narita Shinkan because they are so efficient in checking in, serving food and then checking out hundreds of guests every day. Truly a model of efficiency and motivated staff, who are also friendly and patient with guests at front desk. Breakfast is substantial with numerous options. I appreciate this hotel a great deal.

The buses are really crowded in morning and evening going to the airport—They wait until everyone can be squeezed in before leaving.

Very friendly and helpful staff that knew enough English at the entrance. Check in was simple and easy as well as check out I used the shuttle buses and I heavily recommend anyone who comes here to do the same, as they run a few times per hour and proved to be necessary The room was very clean, everything was as expected, provided things like shampoo conditioner and shower gel. The lobby also provided other items like disposable toothbrushes which is helpful. As a solo traveller I really can't ask for much more than this. The morning food was filling and had a wide variety of choices. Finally there is a convenience store within the building, so you're only an elevator away from being able to pick up a few bits and pieces if necessary.

It seems very difficult to walk to and from the airport if you don't take the shuttle buses, so you have to rely on them.
