Very accessible to the airport with free airport shuttle. The facilities are excellent, it's everything you need. The hotel ensure always the cleanliness for hygienic purposes by providing new towels every day. I will always patronize Toyoko inn whenever i visit Japan especially their free breakfast.

I almost like everything, maybe the only thing i didn't like are the pillows, very thin,

- you can take the shuttle to the airport, it takes 10 minutes to terminal 2. The shuttle is easy to find at terminal 2 arrival. - large breakfast

- breakfast room is not so cosy - beds were not very confortable

I liked the location in particular but the price, which included breakfast and free transportation to and from airport was a great deal. The room was comfortable with amenities that made it much better. The fact of having a convenience store at the lobby, with reasonable prices, was a plus. Self check in was very easy and quick. I also liked the fact that it really seems that they care for the environment.

Breakfast was a little complicated due to the amount of people. The shower temperature control was difficult to handle, hot and cold water kept coming out at intervals so at one minute water was freezing and the next it was boiling.

Everything. The room though small is fully equipped with lots of facilities tucked in the small space ... clock, mirrors, desk, chair, kettle, cups, safe, hair dryer, slippers, shoe horn, hangers, hooks on the wall for hanging clothes, luggage rack, bedside lights ... and even have books. Very impressed as soon as we entered the room as the TV is showing lots of info and even asked us to indicate if we are having breakfast there!! Shuttles to the airport is very helpful. Marvelous buffet breakfast with fruits, salad, sausage, eggs, soup other than bread, noodles and rice.

Easy to find from airport, very nice staff who helped with check in. Felt very safe, good security and 24 hour reception. The shop on site is just brilliant with super tasty food and cute gifts. Complimentary toiletries were nice too. Didn’t try the breakfast. Nice and clean room fab Wi-Fi. Got Uber to Narita, well worth a few visits, much cheaper than taxi. Perfect for a few nights stay, I was stuck in Japan after the Microsoft’s outage, waiting for a flight to Thailand!

Air conditioning isn’t very effective

I really enjoyed several aspects of the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, which made for a great start to each day. The free shuttle service provided easy and convenient access to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I also appreciated the assistance from the staff in arranging a taxi at the national rate, ensuring a hassle-free trip to my destination. The hotel’s cleanliness and the safe environment were noticeable, adding to my comfort. Additionally, having a mini-mart on-site was convenient for any last-minute needs.

Pros: • Very convenient if you have an early flight from Narita. Free shuttle takes 15 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 1. • Check-in was very smooth and the staff spoke excellent English. • WiFi worked well. • Clean rooms and hotel, if a bit dated. • There is a Lawson in the lobby of the hotel that’s open 24hrs. As per usual for Japanese convenience stores, it has a great selection of food.

• Bed and pillows were very hard and thin, even by Japanese standards of Western-style rooms. • Rooms were quite small, again even by Japanese standards. Not that you’ll be hanging out in this one but maneuvering our suitcases was an involved procedure.

When i saw this hotel, i didn't have very high expectations. The room was $50, a smoking room was the only room available when I did a same day booking. I walked into the room and it was so small. But then I had a chance to sit down and get acclimated to the room. It was clean, it had a comfortable bed. I love firm mattresses. I there was a television, plenty of outlets l, a place for your clothes. Good sized shower with handheld and rainshower shower head, heated toilet seat and bidet. There was a desk, refrigerator, complementary slippers, a shoe horn (I love those). The room had everything you would get in a higher class room, but in a smaller package. There's a convenience store in the lobby, and breakfast that was complementary until 9am. Plus they had complementary airport shuttle to Narita. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I liked the fact that there is a Lawson store right outside the main lobby. The breakfast was very good as it maintained a traditional style and was not Americanized.

I did not like the staff upon greeting; they were not helpful at all and just pointed to the machine for check-in and check-out. My understanding is that pointing is considered rude in Japan. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and say hello, and to guide guests by saying, “Please check in using the machine. Let us know if you have any questions.” You essentially have to figure it out yourself.
