This hotel is in the most perfect location in Ginza (a very nice area!). The staff were attentive and responsive. It is literally right next to Koyabashi metro stop and very close to Tokyo central station for the Shinkansen connections. At night it was lovely to stroll down the streets window shopping or normal shopping as it’s also near to the famous stationery store (Ginza Itoya) and the Ginza Mitsukoshi department store. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast good, varied and plentiful. Worth adding it also has tv that connects to not just Japanese tv which is a plus if you’re travelling alone. All in all this is a real gem of a place. (I only gave it 9 as I never give 10 ratings!).

I was travelling alone and had the economy double single use. This was fine but might have been a little bit cramped for two people. This is a tiny niggle though - you’re out all day anyway. For Tokyo this is normal.

The hotel is amazing: I am literally copying and pasting what I shared on my personal social media Tokyo to all my friends: Remm Kyobashi - Brand new - Location:11/10 direct connection from Haneda airport via subway Keikyu line, 8mins walk to Tokyo station (it’s like central station in Sydney but much bigger and more connections) if there is a Shinkansen transfer to other region on the itinerary one station away or 10 mins walk from Ginza which is one of the three CBDs in Tokyo, and the shopping paradise. Amenities 10/10 - the rain shower is like a waterfall, there is a massage chair in the room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️such a thoughtful idea/ USB charging ports ; two choices of pillows on the standard setup - memory foam and normal; the soundproof and light blocks are fabulous for light sleepers like me. ❤️Luggage same day delivery: if you are changing hotels in during your stay in Tokyo (within the 23 Tokyo districts)you could organize the luggage to be delivered rather than dragging them along as there are a lot of stairs in Tokyo. - Great value for money - Room Size is Tokyo Standard - Very friendly staff who speaks fluent English and very helpful

Great location - only 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station for day trips/Shinkansen/Airport transfer, but also has plenty of other lines stops within a 10-min walk. It’s basically in Ginza, but away from the noise. You’re in the middle of shopping and restaurants streets in less than 5 mins. The room was bigger than expected, always spotless and the Smart TV was a plus. They have free razors/combs/teas and water is provided every day after room cleaning! There are also plenty of convenience stores around, which is handy if you want to have a quick breakfast.

Nothing I didn’t really like. The laundry service is extremely expensive, but it’s a proper dry cleaning so I guess that’s fair. There’s a coin laundry less that 10-min walk, which made our trip so much easier!

Close to Kyobashi station which was on the central Ginza line, a short walk to Tokyo Station and Ginza area. Close to many 7-Eleven convenience stores. Water bottles provided in room everyday. New and modern hotel, lots of hooks in room convenient for hanging things. Chromecast available on the TV. Massage chair in room (quite small in size though).

No ice machine and breakfast options were limited.

Exit 6 of the Kyobashi station of the Ginza line is 5 steps from the hotel entrance. It’s walking distance to several tourist attractions.

No on-site laundry.

Location, just in the heart of Giza, easy walk to Tokyo station even with luggage. 10 min drive to Fish market, walking distance to all Ginza shops, restaurants. Easy transfers to other parts of Tokyo. Clean, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Staff is great. Highly recommend if you planning to stay in Ginza. Massage chair in room is a bonus after long day.

Nothing.

July 2024

We were travelling from Kyoto on the Shinkansen, with a group of 6 all with large bags. We were a bit nervous about needing to travel on the Tokyo metro with so many bags, so I looked for a place close to Tokyo station which we could walk to. The Remm turned out to be an excellent choice. Only a few minutes walk from Tokyo station and right outside Kyobashi station which is on the super convenient Ginza line which connects a lot of touristy spots without needing to change trains For eg. Shibuya, Ginza, Omotesando ( which is a short walk to Harajuku), Akiharbara and Asakusa. It also stopped at Shimbashi where the monorail connects to Odiaba island. We booked 3 x double rooms which were spacious enough to be able to walk around freely with 2 x large cases on the floor, while keeping the couch and table free and also having the massage chair in the room. (Which we used regularly after we worked it out....tip: use google translate.) We bought the buffet breakfast once and for 1830 Yen we thought it was very good value with a wide selections and a lot of western options. We were very happy with this choice.

Nothing I can think of.

Great location

1 of the front desk staff is subtle rude to foreign tourist. Didn’t get his name, his an old man in his 50s to 60s, about 160-165cm tall, quite skinny. Grey hair.

The rooms are very clean and modern, quiet, and the room had a massage chair! Comfortable firm mattress, rain shower was great. The large windows made the room bright and well lit. The room would feel spacious for one person, but would fit two for a short stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, it made my stay much more lovely. The hotel has a lot of facilities, currency exchange machine, vending machine, microwave in the lobby, nice selection of teas, great restaurant, and optional massage services you could order to do in your room. I don't think the location could have been any better! Kyobashi station exit is right in front of the hotel entrance, used it almost every day to get around. Two 7-Elevens right by the hotel, and very close to shopping area in Ginza. You're also staying in front of Kyobashi edogrand and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. 10/10 for me, would stay there again.

Nothing to note except that the room may be small to fit two people comfortably, but it's average for japan.
