Very silent rooms. Good sound insulation of windows. Powerful AC. The floors are not cardboard thickness, so sound insulation between rooms are really awesome. Nice, tidy atmosphere, great for recharging after a busy day.

Air ventilation. There is constant sucking of air in rooms, and that is managed from the corridorm under the door. Which in good weather is fine. However, each day from around 6pm till 10pm, there is extra strong food smell coming from a restaurant next to it. Hence the whole building is open sided and has no roof, it directly gets into the corridors then into room. If I werent to sleep only after 11pm, I might not have been able to, due to strong odour. One thing might help, I have not tried, that AC can deliver fresh air into room.

Hotel - modern and clean. Some pictures on the internet do not do it justice. Room - modern and clean. Bed - comfortable Toilet - clean, good size in proportion to the whole room. Lighting - good, not too bright or dim Facilities - air purifier, charging cables (didn't use), internet (speed and connection were stable during my stay) Staff - welcoming, helpful, professional Location - short distance from station, surrounding by restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance from Tokyo Dome (I went to watch a concert there) Jimbocho is known for its bookstore/ bookstore cafes. On the Shinjuku subway line (green) so easy to get to Shinjuku and back.

Room/bed - although typical of many rooms in Tokyo, it is fine for 2 people. Maybe a bit of a squeeze if you have lots of/large luggage. Ideally it is suited to 1 person in my opinion. Due to room size, one side of the bed was up against the wall. Smell - I think there is a bar/restaurant downstairs and the smell of cooking from the kitchen can make its way into the room. I was on the 4th floor I think. However, after turning on the air purifier, this was not an issue. Toilet/bathroom - no fan ventilation if I remember correctly

Really close to multiple stations on both JR and metro lines. The size of the room is actually comparable with much more expensive locations across Tokyo. All in all totally worth it. Would happily come back.

I would have liked them to change the cups and glasses provided with the room. Ours were difficult to wash in the small bathroom sink. Minor criticism though.

clean, convenient to tokyo dome and train stations. staff were incredibly nice. check-in was super easy. 7-11 across the street and coin laundry came in super clutch! bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. no real complaints!

Great location. The location is near the metro-station, convenient to travel. There is a convenience store nearby and there is an ATM in it, making it convenient to withdraw cash. The staff are very cute and friendly. Provide full assistance.

The only thing I don't like is the small size of the room. But it wasn't too difficult to stay.😅

Really conveniently located and well connected, within walking distance from Kudanshita station, Jimbocho station and Suidobashi station. My room was spacious and attractively furnished. It was quiet at night and I had a really comfortable stay. Staff were also friendly and helpful. I had a great stay here, I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo.

The hotel is really beatiful. It’s situated close to metro station. In front of the hotel is 7eleven. The rooms are smaller, but that’s normal in Japan. The staff is really nice and the have many amenities and the hotel just smells really nice.

It was clean, nice facilities and good selection of amenities The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s a good central location.

The rooms were a bit small, especially for the price. We had trouble finding a place for our suitcases (international travel size) and moving around with them.

How great the location is. Fantasic places to eat a 5 minute walk away, hotel was super clean, staff were friendly and it had a 7-11 over the road for breakfast. Perfect place to stay on a Tokyo trip.

Twin bed room was a little small but completely fine for 2 single beds. Breakfast had to be paid for separately but the 7-11 over the road was all we needed.

Room so clean, amenities you can take from first floor is soo complete even they have shaver, lotion, ear buds you can take to your room, front staff good with english and helpfull, just little walk from station and to tokyo dome
