Considering the price paid, this was an excellent choice. The apartment is located on a quiet street, approximately 7-10 minutes of a walk from 2 train stations with 3 different lines in total, so it is convenient to transport all around the city. Accommodation also was inclusive of all necessary amenities such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes etc.

The hotel has a policy of "no room clean-up", so you need to clean on your own. This includes no towel changing, no bed-sheets changing and no one entering the room in general, so I wouldn't recommend this for long stays. Also, at least for the 3 bed apartment that I booked, photos were not detailed enough for me to understand what the room is like, although at the end it was better than I expected. In any case, more photos should be added, for the guests to have a clear understanding.

Only 30mins close to HND Airport (including walking and train. It’s best for the first or the last day of the trip in Tokyo.

There’s no washing machine in hotel. But there are 24hr self-service laundry near the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I booked a smoking room because it was the only one available, but they were able to change it weeks before our check-in to nonsmoking. The location is near Sensoji, SkyTree and other sightseeing spots. The free private car from Narita airport to the hotel was amazing as the driver was also very friendly and talked about what to do during New Year's in Tokyo. We're also near groceries, 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart. They have tons of toiletries available including skincare, too! They have microwave, free ice, and you can do your laundry for a fee near the check-in area. Decent WiFi speed, too. We will definitely book this hotel again! Thank you so much!

Spacious and has all the amenities, near to stations! This can reach disney resort (2transfer) thru tokyo subway pass and icoca card of 270yen for the 3rd transfer. I liked the laundry area with 300yen wash for 30mins and 100yen per 15mins drying! The room has all the amenities too, ref, water heater, induction cooker, microwave and to include a bath tub! Luggages can be stored earlier than check in!

Far from airport! I overlooked the travel from hotel to Narita (our flight was 7:15am, I was worried that the earliest available subway will reach the airport at around 6:17 with two transfer(i am not confident and the possibility of getting lost at the subway and will fail to board the next connecting train). The next possible will be thru taxi which cost me another 17kyen thru Booking.com discounted at 10%, other means of taxi cost 30k yen!😭

We got their biggest room and it’s very spacious. I can open 2 oversized luggages at the same time. It has its own mini kitchen with microwave and sink. Toiletries and slippers are available 24/7 at the lobby. Ice, drinking water, washing machine and Dryer were also available in the lobby pantry. 10-15mins walk to the train station. 10mins walk to the to main road which family mart, 7:11 and restos are located. They have luggage delivery service in the conceirge.

Not soundproof. You can hear the voices of other guests in the next room.

For tokyo the room is very spacious !! Everything was great, walking distance to metro station, and the metro station is the same line with shibuya station. Familly Mart is allso walking distance. The night receptionist was very helpfull, he waited untill we arrive fron the airport, because i contacted earlier that we would not be able to make it before midnight amd he waited till we arrive at 1 am, check in was very smooth. Will definetly comeback when visiting Tokyo !! Ps : Maybe tea and green tea can be added daily or maybe have a refill station near the receptionist, that would be lovely.

I stayed here for more then week, it was very quiet and I had very good night sleep. Walking distance to all famous and chic cafes.. Hotel located in between Morishita and Kiyosumi Shinagawa metro station,easily access different areas within Tokyo. There are supermarkets, pharmacy,100yen stores ,discount foodmarket , reman , izakaya, yakitori,sushi, burgers, Chinese,French and Italian restaurants around the area.

Not that I don’t like , just different from traditional hotel: No housekeeping , room guests required to take garbage to basement. Pls separate combustible from non -combustible items.

The room is clean and tidy, and there is self paid laundry, which is very useful for our long stay in the hotel (12 days), the surrounding area is quiet and the staff is very helpful (willing to collect the delivery for us).

The car park needs to be booked in advance as there are only 1-2 parking spaces, but you can still found some hourly car park in the surrounding area, which may not be that near to the hotel. And no convenience store nearby.

Excellent room which quite spacious compared to other hotel for my family with 2 kids and 4 big luggage. walking distance to nearest subway station and the surrounding very quite and calm. near to family mart where we can grab our quick breakfast before exploring Tokyo. There is laundry room and a vending machine to buy drinks. Definitely will repeat again.

Overall it is comfortable stay. The hotel not really very close to MRT station, is about few minutes walk. But, it was not the boring walk, even the location is out from famous tourist spot, but the subway at Kiyosumi Station will able to reach most of the places with subway transit. With the price paid, it is value for money. The reception staffs are helpful. Many good food and cafe around the neighborhood, our family would like to stopby the mart to grab some light snack and beverage on the way from subway station to hotel.
