The hotel is clean and room is provided with all comforts. It is possible to use laundry services and to buy breakfast if required. The size of the room is standard for Japanese hotels. Hotel is halfway from many different metro lines (hibiya, akasuka, toei, shinjuku and hanzomon) but all approximately 10/15 min walk. Nearest kombini is also 10 minutes walk. From the Ningyo-Cho station (15 min walk) you can take the tube to both Narita and Haneda airports which cost 1500 Yen (saves time and money trust me!)

There is only one elevator so usually it takes sometimes to get in. The area is very residential and there are no restaurants or cafes nearby, but if you walk 15/20 min to Ningyo-Cho there are plenty of great places

What I really like about this property is the variety of convenient options it offers. The breakfast has plenty of choices, there’s a laundry room, vending machines, and even an ice machine. The room size is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It really makes the stay comfortable and easy.

One thing I didn’t like about the property is that there’s only one washing machine available for clothes having more than one would really help save time for guests. I was also a bit disappointed that this location doesn’t have a sauna, which I’ve enjoyed at other APA Hotels.

It’s a bit small but there is everything you need. Iron and ironing board are at the reception. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but you can ask to clean it every day. The towels were exchanged at a pace that I’ve never seen anywhere else. Location is good too, close to nearby metro and bus stations.

It would be nice if the restaurant offered also a dinner or if there was a bar too.l, but plenty of other places around the hotel so no big issue

Only one washing machine available and it is constantly in use. Had to walk to the nearby coin laundry

I like how it provides you a good view at the bridge and lake. The cleanliness of the room is excellent. Budget wise to stay in if booked very earlier.

A bit further from the train stations. Although it gives me a lot of exercise walking back and forth. A laundromat machine is provided, but I would recommend adding another one since a lot of people line up for just one machine sometimes. And please provide your vending machine with some soft drinks like Coke or Mountain dew as it does not provide it.

10 minutes walk to the City Air Terminal where direct shuttle buses to Haneda & Narita airport available every hour. And nearest metro station for 2 lines is 5 minutes walk away. And also 24 hours open middle sized supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. Plus if you really love to walk then the Tokyo Train Station is 35 minutes walk away and it’s very easy road as only 2 turns from the Hotel.google map it! :)

Very nice and helpful staff, we got a relatively large double room that finally had enough storage space for the luggage, which is a rarity in this chain of hotels.

The location is not perfect, within at least 15 min walk from the nearest subway station, no JR stations nearby at all. In addition, there is a highway located directly next to the hotel, elevated to the level of ~5-7 floor, and heavy trucks are passing throughout the night non-stop, creating a noise. It's not that bad, just something to take a note of.

The hotel is built good location around residential area. This area is very clean and there are three subway stations near the hotel. Local people do not speak English very well but the most of sigh are written in English. There are restaurants, supermarkets, Sunny Shinkyuin Acupuncture, ( I highly recommend you to go there. If you have body pain. I hurt my back long time ago while working then I went to Sunny Shinkyuin Acupuncture and the doctor explained me how bad it is and fixed my issue within two weeks. ) It is perfect place to stay.

There is only 1 washing machine.

Everything. Good stay for its price. Reasonable breakfast with choice. Lobby is a little bit tidy, but room is more spacious than overall in Japan. So, I'm satisfied.

I suppose to put garbage bin for guests on the floor on the hours 08.00-11.00 for wasting the garbage from room if it was not made this day. Actually, it is not the problem, and it can be left outside the door, but putting the bin for 2-3 hours may looks like more comfortable option. The second thing, staying during some days may require a changing an options for breakfast menu, but mine it not critical, so not decreased the rating.

Good location, friendly staff. Shout out to the reception - went to local laundrette to wash clothes (unfortunately hotel only has one and was in use) and accidentally left plastic bottle with tea in it. Did not have Japanese number to call - reception spoke with company and stopped my clothes from getting ruined.

More/ better pillows, more washing facilities and longer than anticipated walk to nearest metro.
