Great location, within walking distance to lots of shops. Subway access right outside the hotel made it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious for 2. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Also the lobby smelled INCREDIBLE. I wish I could bottle up that scent.

The pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on in my entire life.

Excellent location, in the heart of Ginza. Amazing breakfast.

Small room, but that's true for all Tokyo hotel.s

Fantastic location - few minutes walk to Ginza 6 and convenience stores. Right next to metro station. The bathroom layout is thoughtfully designed with separate shower & bath and toilet area. The sink is conveniently located in the bedroom. Complete range of amenities including PJs, face wash / skin care etc. Overall stay experience was enjoyable! Friendly and helpful staff who went all the way to find a taxi large enough to carry all our big luggages upon our check out.

The room size is rather small - could hardly have one suitcase open fully in a double room.

Location is very strategic to Ginza area, dept stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Tsukiji fish market. Plenty of eateries, including those open till late night. Bonus is the Higashi Ginza station lift access is right in front of the hotel! Room is small, similar to other Tokyo hotels I previously stayed, need to be very organised esp if you have big suitcases. The upside, room is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and nice; they assisted with booking restaurants and taxi. Taxi stand right outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. The bathroom products were excellent.

The location was amazing, just a couple of blocks away from a main shopping area and next to a major train line so getting to other areas in Japan was very easy! The reception was amazing and at my request they even called a business for me since I had questions about a business’s return policy.

There was only one microwave for the whole hotel in the 3ed floor, it’s definitely not a big deal but sometimes after a long day I would have wished there was a microwave on our floor so we wouldn’t have to take an elevator to heat up our convince food.

Hotel is in excellent location. Close proximity to convenience stores, department stores, Ginza subway line. Yet it has sufficient privacy. Breakfast was excellent with good quality food and selection. It would be helpful to have a bento box take-away option for those who don't want to go down for the buffet breakfast.

The size of the room was smaller than expected. But overall a good layout and had the amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is not on the stop point for the airport limousine pickup so you will have to go to another hotel. Staff are unable to help book the airport limousine so make your own arrangements.

The location is prime. In the center of Tokyo with most tourist sites within subway reach without transfers. Shopping and food is everywhere around the hotel. The room is small but every efficient, clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs are polite and very tentative.

The breakfast provides many varieties and is fresh and tasty. But I have stomach upset almost after every meal. I tried to avoid things that are likely the cause (eg. cold fish, tune, egg salad etc). Did not suffer stomach issues during the last two meals. I think it was either the beef stew or the chicken. Maybe it was not thawed or cooked thoroughly? This should not have happened at a 4-star hotel.

It is located at the heart of Ginza, along the main road that leads to both tsukiji market in one direction and the royal palace in the other. In either direction are all the stores and malls Ginza is known for. Yet despite all this, the price is super reasonable yet the quality is fantastic. It made me wonder if these were still "pandemic rates" but it seems like it wasn't!

The room is quite small for my standards. The bathroom walls were glass so privacy is pretty much nil. But if you and your roomie have no qualms about playing toilet orchestra, then you're all set!

Very polite, helpful, approachable staff with excellent customer service. The front desk receptionist (female) helped me bring my luggage up and noticed and helped me switched to another room after noticing unusual smell in the room. All done with self initiative without having to be asked. Excellent customer experience so I will always chose this hotel when visiting Tokyo in the future.

Nothing.

The staff were excellent. It was adequate in terms of size for Tokyo Ginza. The breakfast was reasonable. The staff assisted us in providing materials to protect goods that we were sending back home.

The room smelt of smoke when we first came in but disappeared after a few hours with the air purifier was set to work.
