Second stay this year and we absolutely love this hotel! Staff is always helpful and polite. Room is always clean and neat. The location is just excellent - around 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station. The property is closest to Yaesu North exit (next to Daimaru department store) with a Shinkansen ticket office in front of it. There is also a good size JR East ticket office near this exit. Super convenient to catch the Shinkansen first thing in the morning! We will be back again!

Lack of breakfast options but we are close to many restaurants so this is not a problem.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from Tokyo station and other metro station. It is also near to restaurants and Takashimya and Daimaru is within walking distance. There is also 7-11 and family mart nearby. Room is a good size and there were enough space for 2 large luggages. Do note that the hotel only provide basic housekeeping - throwing out of rubbish and changing of towels. If you would like a full housekeeping service, you would need to inform the front desk accordingly. The hotel also provides free snacks and drinks at the lobby until 10pm daily.

There was no wardrobe and hanging rack for clothes. Therefore, it's a little challenging. Breakfast was very cheap but it was also very basic. Therefore, would not recommend to buy the breakfast as there are many options available around the hotel.

I stayed here for the first two and last two nights of my 12-day trip, and my experience was consistent throughout. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station, providing easy access to all train lines. The station itself houses two major shopping areas and numerous shops. The hotel is surrounded by many eateries, and a Lawson convenience store is just a 5-minute walk away.

Housekeeping appears to be lacking. The bed was made, but basic upkeep was overlooked. For instance, the cups were not washed, and the basin was left with dried drink stains when I returned in the evening. Maybe this is their policy.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel in late March 2023 for vacation in Japan. The hotel’s location is very convenient to access Tokyo JR train station within 5 minutes walk. There’re plenty of Izakaya places and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very quick check-in and -out, our room is very clean, functioning and have a good size with separate in-room shower and toilet. Staff are very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I lost my iPhone along the way and realized more than an hour after checked-in. After informed the hotel staff, they checked the hotel’s cctv immediately and found that I didn’t have a phone in my hand while I checked-in and after. I probably lost it on taxi on the way to hotel. Fortunately, I still kept receipt with taxi company’s phone number printed on it. The hotel staff kindly called taxi company for me. My phone was found in the taxi and returned to the taxi company headquarter, somewhere in Shinjuku. They told me that they could not deliver my phone to the hotel but I needed to pick-up the phone at taxi center which is quite far from hotel, by myself. I can’t speak and understand Japanese language. One of the hotel staff who is fluent in English, Mr Hirono, stepped-in , called round-trip taxi for me. He kindly explained the situation and asked the taxi driver to accompany me (as a translator) to pick the phone at Taxi company office where they speak only Japanese. Thanks to Hirono San and the taxi driver, I got my phone back. Without their help beyond their normal duties, I would not get my iPhone back. Thankssss a lottt !! I was very fortunate that it happened in Japan where people are very honest and helpful. If I lost my phone somewhere else, we would lose it forever.

The location was excellent. It was about 4 mins walk from Tokyo station and across the street from the limousine bus that would take you directly to Haneda Airport. The facilities were clean and there was complimentary coffee, water, juice and some small snacks in the lobby. The room was quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards and very clean and comfortable. I arrived early and left my luggage in their storage. It was very nice that the luggage was already waiting in my room when I came back later to check in.

There was no view from the window.

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station so easy coming and going from the Narita Express. Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The young lady who organised my suitcase to be forwarded to our next hotel in Kyoto was very nice and made the whole process stress free. Having the free drinks and snacks in the lobby for guests is fantastic after a long day exploring Tokyo. The rooms are very clean, quiet and well appointed. Not a lot of space but this is not unusual for Tokyo so I can’t really complain.

Was nice having a laundry on the 3rd floor but a few more washer dryers would be helpful as only 2 for the whole hotel means a wait for other guests is inevitable.

Stayed a total of around 9 nights here and did not regret my choice. Loved the close proximity to Tokyo station and the Nihombashi subway station which gives you access to Shinkansen and JR lines and the Ginza metro line which we used extensively. Major food outlets and Daimaru shopping centre in Tokyo station with a massive underground shopping and food streets. 7-11 and family mart both within walking distance. Excellent staff and cleaners. Free drinks and snacks from 10am to midnight. Self service laundry with washer and dryers. Stayed over Christmas and New Year - they gave a nice Christmas present with chocolate and cookies and a special breakfast for those days.

Fairly expensive for a 3 star hotel - probably did to its location . Breakfast area cramped. Not much variety of food at breakfast. Some rooms we got during the stay were smaller and had the toilet and shower together while other rooms were bigger with separate showers and toilets. Would recommend getting a double bed room which are bigger.

Location is fantastic near Tokyo Station and the Airport Limousine bus station for both Tokyo Airports is just across the main road. Area is fairly commercial on the outset but once you walk one street away from the station, there's a whole host of food options and there are 3 convenience stores within 2 mins of the hotel. There's also a huge underground mall connected to Tokyo Station just a block away with a huge variety of food and shopping options.

The room I had didn't have a bathtub (not a deal breaker but my kids were a bit sad as most of our other hotels had one and they find it a little luxury)

Excellent hotel as we need adjoining rooms. Right next to Tokyo station and walking distant to Ginza. Staff was excellent and helpful. I would stay there again. But no views from the rooms.

The breakfast wasn't that great, pretty basic offerings. Better to skip their breakfast as plenty to find nearby.

Wonderful location. I loved that there were connecting rooms so i could be close to my kids without sharing a small space. We had a good amount of space for Luggage (which was important as we had ski gear with us) and still had room to move around. The proximity to multiple different train lines was perfect and allowed us to get around Tokyo with ease. We were even able to get a straight non-stop train to Haneda Airport. The staff was courteous and friendly.

I wish there would have been an american full size bed so I could sleep next to my husband but the large twins are just a bit too small to sleep comfortably next to him. He is 6 foot and although we are both trim people we still like a bit more space when sleeping. That being said it wasn't a big problem.
