Location is excellent! the subway ''東銀座駅／ひがしぎんざえき Higashi-ginza station'' A7 exit is right in front of the hotel. (but please noted, this exit is stairs only!) Haneda airport express directly from airport to Higashi-ginza station(no transfer) Reception is very helpful and friendly, (Helena speaks perfect English which is super helpful for tourists, thank you) Hotel staffs are really friendly and polite and cheerful. Lobby is small but has everything, restroom, common area with complimentary water/ coffee/ many different non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage. After check in, you can select your own pillow and grab pretty yukata(bathrobe) which you can wear them to Onsen(hot spring). and also there's an area with toilette you can choose what you need. Room is perfect, we booked twin room, the mattress is nice (hard) and comfortable, there's a seating area and a good size table that you can enjoy food and drinks in the room. bathroom is nice with bidet and a perfect bathtub size. The curtain/window blind is absolutely perfect!! perfectly dark, its really nice for good night sleep. the lights are cool in the room, there's a tablet that you can control the light. USB A sockets (outlets). Onsen/public bath is the best!!!! never miss this!!! real natural hot spring. The hotel receive package/parcels for guests (not included frozen or other refrigerated items.) Staffs will put a magnet on the room door to let you know when it arrives during your stay. I have a friend sent a gift for me before I arrive the hotel, the staff placed the gift in the room for me even before I check in. RELLY appreciate the service. :)

love everything !! will definitely stay here next time i visit here. if really need to address, maybe is, there's only one elevator in the hotel, need to pay attention if you are in a hurry.

The hotel is right in front of Higashi-ginza station exit A7, very convenience taking the train from Narita airport to the hotel. The hotel staff are super friendly. The room was comfy, other than the shower shampoos in the room, other amenities and the Yukata (pyjamas) can be self pick-up from Lobby. The inhouse Onsen (included with room) is bonus & is my favorite. The congestion status of the onsen can be checked from in-room tv before you head to the onsen which i find it very useful. Will definitely revisit.

I was checking for a english map on recommendation on what do to around, unfortunately there were only japanese pamphlet available. Which is not so bad as google is so common on mobile nowdays.

Literally provide everything and there’s a train exit right in front of the building. Couldnt ask for more. The best were spa, washing machine and dryer. They’re very easy to operate and you can leave your clothes spinning while you enjoy spa. Front desk staffs are very attentive, friendly and helpful.

I wish they have more lift because there’s only one for all 14 floors of customers. It’s painful to wait for lift every single time. Also the room is cramped and I wish they would get rid of the huge table to make more space for luggages. It’s quite inconvenient.

Wonderful stay! The onsen was a life saver after a long day of walking and in the morning before I headed out. The building and the room was clean and well maintained. Each room has an ipad to control the heating and lighting which was very handy. It also let you know how busy the onsen was. The room was small, but for Tokyo it is understandable and wasn’t a detriment for a solo traveler with one carry-on bag. Staff were wonderful and kept my bags at the hotel for a few hours after checkout while I waited for the Shinkansen.

Fantastic like cation right in the heart of Ginza. Higashi ginza subway is literally at the doorstep of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are typically small but spotless and includes everything you need. Choose from a fantastic selection of amenities after you check in. You can even choose your pillow and a yukata. Free coffee in the lobby to start your day (ice coffee in the afternoon). Great simple accommodation and lovely service.

Nice lobby, good location. Pleasantly surprised that there was an onsen, used it every day.

Room is smaller/more cramped than some other rooms in Tokyo I’ve stayed in (I had a single room). Same with bathroom. The tablet controlling things in the room was a bit annoying - I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the lights for a while as I was getting ready to sleep, air conditioning was confusing sometimes, etc. Would have rather just done this all manually.

Location was great and so are the facilities. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed as well. I like that the amenities are centralized - you have the option to get the amount you only needed (maybe even great for guests who are hoarders :)). I also liked that there is available flat iron which can be requested at the reception. Also super close to good restaurants (Yoshinoya along the street on the left of the hotel and a super nice ramen resto on the street at the right of the hotel) and convenience store (7-11 and Lawson).

While the Metro station is really close, there should be a more detailed guide on how to get out of exit A8 if coming from the airport. I got lost actually :( Downside is the station master is not as helpful as the other station masters I've encountered in the Tokyo metro stations.

The location is great and loving how the staff members always greet the guests everytime they come back or leaving the hotel. The use of keypad for the hotel rooms is brilliant as it is no fuss and you dont have to worry about loosing your hotel key card ever again.

The room was very clean overall but just a small little detail being missed in the bathroom. There were stain marks left at the base of the toilet’s base.

location is perfect for quick access via Higashi Ginza metro station. easy to get to and from both Narita and Haneda airports. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Limited but adequate English speaking staff. Rooms were small and luggage space is limited, but manageable. Onsen is small but had long hours so really wonderful!

Rate including breakfast was not as satisfying as what I am accustomed to. Pre-order each night prior a soup and a jam flavor for a roll that crisps up nicely when placed in the toaster oven. Salad, OJ and coffee are also provided for breakfast.

Great location. Easy access to two Tokyo Metro lines, and it’s only 10-min walk to JR too. Many popular department stores, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on Showa-dori, so it can be a bit noisy at night. It’s also next to the Asakusa Subway Line, so you’ll hear the sound of trains passing by. For those who are sensitive to noises, it can be a little disturbing.
