The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier they tried their best to help us. On arrival we asked for a sea facing room, if available, and our receptionist was kind enough to accommodate our request. The Hotel is on a quiet road, a short distance to the mononrail which services the Disney resorts. There is also a bus service from the hotel to the monorail station. If you are departing Tokyo from Haneda airport, there is a regular, efficient and inexpensive bus service directly from the hotel to the airport. Best to book in advance with the help of the front desk staff.

It was so easy to get too and from Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea thanks to the free offical Disney shuttle bus service and the frequency ment we never had to wait long before a shuttle arrived. There was an option to take an additional cost bus to the airport which was so easy with all the luggage. The hotel also has a handy convenience store with bits and pieces you might need, a few gift items to take home and some food items. There's also a separate Disney park item store to give you a taste of what you can get in the parks. There are separate restaurants which had good looking menus

The only thing this hotel is lacking was a safe to store your valuables in your room. Space to store luggage was minimal, could be improved by having storage space under the beds to slot suitcases.

With the exception of the small issues and confusion in the areas that we didn't like, it was our very first experience in Japan. We did enjoy the hotel, the amenities and the luggage service. The onsite convenience store was awesome.

The airport shuttle dropped us at the Disney shuttle area so we had to figure out where was the hotel stop and if it was OK to bring on our luggage on to the hotel shuttle. We had to assume everything at first. This should be entered into the web site unless it is already there. Lining up for the shuttle was confusing and riders did not remain in line upon boarding. The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The rooms were running hot. Lobby was a little too sterile looking. It needs to be more warm and inviting. A little more Disney.

Location was perfect. The room was big, seemed newly renovated and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were excellent and super helpful. The bag drop after check out was super helpful as we were doing a second day in the parks. We were able to go back to the hotel to collect our luggage at any time.

The shuttle that runs from Narita airport stops at 6:05pm. We did not know this therefore was expecting that we would be able to get the shuttle to the hotel after we landed only to be told at 6:30pm that the last shuttle had already left.

Great place to stay if you are planning to go to Disney Sea or Disneyland. It was a simple free bus ride and then a quick ride on the monorail which you did have to pay for which wasn't much but wasn't expected either. The theme of the room was if you were on a cruise ship which was cute but the rooms are quite small. We are a family of 5 so we had to book 2 rooms and we appreciated the hotel being able to accommodate us and put our rooms next to each other. The one issue I had was the temperature in the room and I blasted the air in the room and it was still pretty hot. We were there in January so it was cold outside but inside the room itself it was pretty hot which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. Aside from that, the hotel was nice, we even got to see Mt Fuji from afar and the staff were all so friendly.

The hotel is really good for the price. They have a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and to the station that goes to Disney Sea. If you don't want to take a bus you can walk around 10 minutes.They also have a huge parking lot. The walls are decorated with princess accessories and it's lovely and the room was big and clean. But the better part is about the hotel and California restaurant staff, all courteous and gentle. The food was also amazing. I didn't have breakfast there but I had dinner and I loved it..

The shuttle buses to Disneyland and to the JR station were convenient and comes at a regular interval. There were convenient stalls that sells food, snacks, bags and even shoes. The variety was amazing. We went for the dinner at one the restaurants and was amazed at how good the food was.

The room was spacious enough but looks a little dull and carpet feels a little dirty. There can be more Disney ‘feel’ with the decor. One of the receptionists who served us wasn’t too friendly at first perhaps due to language barrier. It was slightly better when one of us spoke to her in Japanese. Since the hotel is catering to international group I thought the receptionist should be better trained in English.

The location is stellar. The shuttles to the parks are great; easy to understand routes, large capacity, frequent. The hotel also has a convenient little mart and Disney store, and they will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early or need to pick it up after checkout. Breakfast was also super good.

The ship themed rooms are dated, you can see the wear and tear. But overall they are clean, still fun and cute, and comfortable.

Breakfast was great. The rooms are small, but we didn't need a lot of space! Our shoes got soaking wet in the rain and the hotel even provided a shoe dryer. The shuttle was very quick and great, but the Disney monorail line was also within walking distance (about 7 minutes away!) This was much more affordable than the on-site Disney hotels and just about as close.

Great Location for a travelling family of four (with two young kids) with great accessibility to both Disneyland and DisneySea. There's a free shuttle that runs frequently to Disneyland and another shuttle to Bayside station, which you then take the monorail to DisneySea. Our room was comfortable for the 4 of us with heaps of space for luggage and pram.
