Our stay started with a great shuttle bus from the Disney monorail station. There was also a regular shuttle bus from the main JR station at Maihama. The family room was extremely large and comfortable. We also had a triple room with a park view so a perfect view of the fireworks from Disneyland. The children were well catered for and loved the breakfast buffet that catered for them and the free lollipops in the foyer. A nice touch. We ate at the restaurant because we were tired on arrival, but there is plenty of choice of food at Maihama station. There is a tiny 7/11 in the hotel with all the basics, some small gifts, and an international ATM. It was super easy to get to Disneyland and our stay at this hotel added greatly to our Disney experience. The bathroom was great and the pyjamas were very comfy. The noon check out was very useful.. the children were exhausted after their day at Disneyland and the slow morning was great. We also used the very efficient airport limo service. Just to point out that the limo service doesn’t go to the international terminal and you need to transfer to a free shuttle bus to get there. (Not that this is any reflection on the hotel)

The location was perfect to get to Disneyland and Disney Sea. I loved how magical it looked with all the fairy lights and water feature - it felt like an expensive European resort. The room was comfortable and we could actually see Mt Fuji from our balcony! I like that the toilet was in it's own room separate from the bath/shower. The buffet breakfast is an event in itself - allow plenty of time because there's a lot to choose from - it had the best runny omelette and although a little pricy, the handmade sushi and other gourmet dishes are what you're paying for. Although I travelled with my husband, the kid's buffet was on a separate table and super cute. Staff were really patient and friendly. They gave us directions and there were free shuttle busses from the hotel to the main train station to get to Tokyo's city centre and another shuttle that went to the Disney monorail. Also found the convenience store at the hotel really helpful for snacks and quick breakfast options. There's also their very own Disney Store at the hotel.

I wish the bed was queen size instead of double. We were in a two double bed room and ended up moving the beds together. Honestly, we were so tired from walking all over Disneyland it didn't really matter.

The staff worked hard and they still have a smile on their faces at 11pm with a long line for checking in. Super polite.. Our renovated room was clean and had many amenities such as pajamas, bath wash towels, face lotion, moisture, razer, bath salt etc... and of course coffee and tea. A air purifier machine has fumidifier option. their Breakfast is a must when you stay here. This hotel is great value with their price compare to other hotels around this area. shuttle service is very convenient.

All front desk wondows opened and staff are fully attended but still there was a long que around 10;30pm when many guests arrive after Disneyland closes. Entering for Breakfast, there is longest line around 9-9;30am.

This hotel is most definitely very "Grand". When you walk into the main foyer it is truly spectacular and it added to our magical trip to Disneyland. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities in the room (toothbrushes, toothpaste, wash cloths and bodywash, lotions and hair products). The staff were nice and friendly. We loved the convenience store and Disney shop in the foyer which was very handy for snacks, a late dinner and merchandise. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included in the price. The buffet had many food options that we enjoyed. The Disney monorail across the road was very convenient for us to get to Disneyland each day early while still allowing us to have breakfast before we left. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future. We highly recommend it.

There was mis-understanding about the amount of beds in each room. We booked for 6 people (all adults) which required us to book 2 rooms but the details of the rooms once booked said that there would only be 2 single beds in each room. So I then proceeded to add 2 extra adults to the booking so that we would have 2 extra single beds in each room however when we arrived there were actually 4 beds in each room which meant that we paid extra for no reason. We felt that the description of the beds should have been made more clearer on Booking.com.

The room was spacious and clean. It has lots of facilities like a money exchange, a cold store and restaurants. The design looks like an empire that follows much the design of Disneyland. It felt we are a part of a fairy tale. They offer free shuttle services to Maihama station (Disney Land) and to Bayside station (Disney Sea). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and has loads of options for vegetarians. The view from the balcony was amazing (sea view). They had a small corner and representatives for the company that ships bags to different hotels within Japan. It was our first time to use such a service and they were very helpful.

Highly recommend, exactly as advertised. The entire hotel is very clean and lovely. Perfect for the parks, the hotel adds to the Disney experience. Staff are exceptionally lovely from check in to checkout. We arrived early and bag storage was no issue, very organised and our bags were even delivered to our room for us! The breakfast buffet is 10/10, highly worth it, it’s huge. Everything you can think of is in the room, drip coffee bags right down to a shoe drying machine. Room serviced daily, tea coffee and water bottles in room each day. Beds comfortable. Balcony with slight park view and you can watch the fireworks from the room, rooms are very big. Convenience store in the lobby open til 11pm. Easy to navigate to the Disney monorail, highly recommend staying on the Disney resort line makes life a lot easier especially after very big days at the parks and battling the crowds. Hotel is 4min walk from bayside station, you can see the hotel from the station, there are also free shuttle busses just for the hotel that take you to and from.

There was nothing we didn’t like! Only negative I could think of is the rooms are a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel but it’s only minor. Long cue to breakfast but wasn’t terrible.

Looks exactly like it does in the photos. Wow factor when you walk in. Staff lovely. Room comfortable and clean.

Not many options for food. Appeared only one restaurant on site for dinner with minimal options on menu and a convenience store. No swimming pool, the pools in the foyer are decorative only. Buses to Disneyland didn’t run often enough, we lined up for a bus for about 10 minutes then the bus was full and the next one didn’t come for half an hour. We found ourselves either walking to Disney in the freezing cold or to the monorail because the wait times were too long for next bus.

Fantastic location for a Tokyo Disney visit, just an easy walk from the Bayside resort line station. The room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and high quality toiletries and complementary items. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to after check out. The shuttle bus to and from Maihama station or Bayside station was incredibly helpful, allowing us to easily move on to our next hotel. A more affordable option, minutes from Tokyo Disney using the resort line, I would highly recommend Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay and would return again.

The queue for the breakfast buffet was rather long, even at 6:30am when it first opened. It would be nice to have an outdoor dining option for the buffet.

Executive suite had a great view. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Good location for Ikspiari and the Disney parks. Hotel has free busses that will take you to a rail station.

Shower stall had black spots on the ceiling. Not sure if it could have been developing black mold. Door handle to the full bathroom was stuck in open position. The bathroom doors need some maintenance or at least a touch up on paint. Floor tile was cracked and loose. Also noticed loose or missing tiles in the elevators.

Breakfast took about 30mins to get us seated, there was a queue system and too many people wanting to enter, and not enough space. By the time I entered, it was past 10am and they had to close the station soon so some of the food were not available. But must say, the buffet was really a spread and worth the money. I was allocated a higher floor room and was pleasantly surprised to know we were able to use the lounge as well, which served some light refreshments and drinks.

Not much shops around the area, not much food choices only the main restaurant and the convenient store. No room service also.
