Staff so polite and they have a free shuttle bus to Maihama station.. the hotel room so cute and magical for little one.. magic mirror and big toy key to make some effect . My child love to play it all the time . The bed so comfy and the view from the window is so beautifull.. sea view and you can see the Fuji Mountain if the weather is clear

Altough im already booking for include breakfast.. they said that my kid not include for breakfast! So i have to pay 2600 Yen per day for my kid breakfast.. my kid is 5 years old and they still charge for full prize.. i already argue with them that i should get include breakfast even for my kid (exactly like my booking). but they insist that its booking.com fault.. well that quite ruin the mood for breakfast.. oh and the breakfast food have a lot of variant but none of them really have good taste.. its so so taste only.

Affordable spacious family room. Location is within walking distance to Bayside station. They have complimentary shuttle buses to both Bayside & Maihama stations. Can book airport express bus from the hotel. The sea view from our room is perfect! We could see Mt Fuji. Excellent customer service prior to our stay. They replied emails promptly, good command of English. There is a cafe, bakery and Lawson. Easily can find food within the hotel. Didn’t try their restaurants though

The room is quite old. We had to wait very long to take the lifts during peak timings as the hotel is very big & crowded during our stay in Dec.

services on-site free shuttle bus and in-house stores and staff were amazing thank you for your hospitality

buffet was overpriced restaurant wish we knew how much it was before we ate. We booked our stay at the wrong time if your gonna have 4 different school groups make sure you put them in rooms away from regular guest both nights we had to listen to giggling teenagers / thumps and bumps through the walls obviously making tiktok atleast I hope 👀 up until 3am in the morning and the lines for the lifts are absolutely chaos no matter what time you try to go up surely another lift. also definitely pack ear plugs they sell some downstairs at Lawson

Very nice hotel with good features. Super convenient for Disneyland. Hotel shuttle to/ from station and also Monorail super close by. Great themed rooms and good restaurants. Lawson on site (24 hours) which is convenient.

All about the hotel was great - no complaints. One tip: When the people come back from Disneyland (7-9 pm), the facilities (esp the Lawson) get super busy. ie stock sell outs or lengthy queues. Suggest to buy your things earlier to avoid the rush.

The location is perfect if visiting the Disney parks. Free shuttle to Disneyland or a $2.60 monoride ride to Disneysea. The hotel has a couple of restaurants. Night buffet was just ok but the Italian restaurant was very good and not over priced. There's 2 small Lawsons convenient stores, coffee shop that sells proper coffee like Latte cappuccino etc alcohol shop, small disney store and a quick food shop. There's also a black cat delivery counter that opens certain hours during the day. Bedrooms were very clean and a great size with comfy beds and pillows. Staff were excellent especially a young lady on the service counter who spoke very good English ( think her name was Suzanne??) She organised a hired car for us. Taxi there and back to pick it up and drop off. Easy.... All in all we had a very enjoyable 5 night stay

The charge for the pool. Should be free

Location is great! Breakfast spread was good too, and we liked that there is a Lawson convenience store.

Carpet in the room was quite stained and dirty. Bedsheets and comforter covers not changed at all during the 3 nights we were there. The Lawson convenience store was great, but it was very crowded with students and guests on the evenings we were there, around 8-9pm. Queues in the store and queues at the lifts to the hotel rooms as well in the evenings.

We booked the family Happy Magic room facing Park for 4 nights. Managed to see the 8.30pm fireworks a couple of times when we're not in the theme parks ourselves so that was fantastic.. Room was wonderful and roomy, lots of areas to pack/repack my luggages. Loved the 2 Lawsons convenience stores downstairs, so handy after a long day at the parks and grab quick snacks like onigiri. Lots of handy shops too in the hotel Location was also great, short walk to the disney train line.

Breakfast was pretty boring for a hotel this size, the Japanese selection especially wasn't that great. Toilet is in the same room as bathroom, would've been better if separated.

We caught the train to Maihama Station and there is a free bus to the hotel. Free hotel buses run frequently between the train station (Maihama) and monorail station (Bayside). Joined to Maihama is Ikspiari Mall great for shopping, lots of food options. We got a Bayview room which was amazing, great sized room for 2 adults/2 teens - 1 double bed, 2 singles. Rooms serviced daily and buffet breakfast offers a lot of options. Lawsons/Disney merch store downstairs. And a luggage forwarding desk so we were able to send our luggage on to our next hotel in Kyoto. You can take the free bus to Maihama station and walk across the bridge to Disneyland, and take the mono rail to Disneysea. Clean, comfortable and really lovely hotel and rooms.

Very convenient location for the Tokyo Disney parks, 5 minutes away on the monorail. Great staff and lots of food options. Staff got me checked in upon my 9:30am arrival and got my bags up to my room for me while I was in the park. I stayed in the Celebrio Ocean View room and the theming could not have been more beautiful! I loved the little sparkly lights on the headboard and the "warm" or "ocean" lighting options in the bathtub. I love the bathrobe and slippers provided, and the Crabtree bulk toiletries were so nice that I kind of wished they provided little ones to take home but it is more eco-friendly so I liked that aspect. The mod blue couch by the window is the single coolest piece of furniture I've ever seen in a hotel. The view of Tokyo Bay is fabulous and you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day - I highly recommend it over the "Park" view rooms especially because that view is now mostly obstructed by the new Fantasy Springs hotel. This is my second stay here and the classically themed rooms are also very nice but not as unique.

Very minor, but as gorgeous as the Celebrio room is, some of the furnishings are starting to look a little worn.

As you would expect for a Disney resort partner hotel, it's very well located (and is one of the closest to the monorail stop), and is suitably well equipped. There are two Lawsons tucked into a corner on the ground floor which are very useful to grab snacks/drinks/breakfast. We were actually granted free upgrades to our two rooms which was very kind of the staff, and were presented with a wonderful Tokyo Bay view from our 12th floor windows. The rooms themselves were very spacious (even by non-Japanese standards) and the bathroom/toilet were also spotless and well equipped. There were also a variety of electrical sockets and plugs everywhere, including some USB and multi-adapter ones so no need to worry about charger points! We had also requested two rooms adjacent or near to each other as we were a group of 5, and this was accommodated. The price was also pretty good, we booked 5 months in advance and as we were sharing 2 and 3 to a room, the price averaged out to be well worth it for the location and presumed availability.

My only reason to minus a review score is we had to wait quite a while for check-in. It was the middle of the week in early December so I wasn't expecting it to be particularly busy, but there was a long line and a 10-15 minute wait before I was able to check-in. The line moved quickly and the staff were very helpful and apologetic for the wait, but it could have been managed a little better.
