This is my second time of staying here. Overall services are still impressive as well as the hotel location / access that is superb because we can use both on-ground and underground walkway from train station to access the hotel. Japanese and international (buffet) breakfast is also good and fit for me. The room facilities are fit for my needs too. Surely, I will repeat to use the services of this hotel in the next time of coming.

There was an excellent buffet breakfast 😋. Located a little west of the JR station, staff were very helpful and friendly, connected to the station via an underground shopping mall which had a variety of restaurants. The underground mall connects with other malls, and you can walk to various destinations like Ordori Park via this network.

I can't say that I didn't like anything as it was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent with direct basement connection to Apia and Sapporo train station. Reception counter staff were helpful.

There is no proper loading/unloading area. Our van had to stop at the entrance to the carpark in an unsheltered area in heavy snowfall and we were not allowed to bring our luggage in by the nearer side door.

Great Location, The hotel have direct access to subway and can connect to the JR Line. It is surrounded with many shop, malls, food, and restaurants.

During our stay, the elevators were closed for renovation, causing all guests to wait for a longer period of time.

I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet, it seemed very crowded, in both the dining area and food area. People were bumping into me as i was getting food on my plate. Seating tables were very close to one another too.

location next to Sapporo Station. good breakfast. clean and comfort room. helpful nice front desk staffs.

checking in took a bit too long. not blaming the staff though, we arrived late and booked 4 rooms so everything consumed time.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is near to the train station and many of the tourist attractions. The reception staff communicated well.

The hotel was under renovation and the signage was not obvious for us to identify the place.

Self check in cumbersome but there was staff assistance. Room was tight for triple sharing.
