I really liked the communication between my self and the BW before arriving. I had questions about bringing a pet, local restaurants, and breakfast and they were very prompt answering. Check in was great. There were two ladies and they were both very friendly and made me feel welcome. The property is very well kept and is really nice. The area where you eat breakfast is very nice as well

I didn't like the beds. They were advertised as queens and they were a lot smaller then a queen. The room felt small because there isn't a hallway as you walk in like many other hotels. You walk in the door and there was our first bed. Also, it seemed like we couldn't control our room heat. I prefer to sleep at cooler temps but couldn't seem to get the room below 71 degrees. I went t o the local Walmart and bought a fan for this purpose.

Great little condos and so easy to get to Killington for the day from here. Very quiet, and larger than my first one bedroom apartment! Always enjoy a stay here, but let's face it, there are only maybe 3 places to stay in the Rutland area any longer. This place does not house homeless for the state, which is a reason we keep coming back. Too scary and downright filthy at many other places in Rutland with frequent police visits and drug deals in the open. Best Western is my go to place.

Location was convenient to the Spartan Race and to shopping to pick up a few last minute things, and plenty of dining options in the area. Hotel room was clean, smelled fine, and felt spacious enough for our needs. Breakfast was hot and had lots of options for different tastes, and the coffee was actually decent. Our mini fridge did not work so we called the front desk and within 30 minutes we had a working fridge to replace the broken one, great response time. Also appreciated the layout as multiple townhouse-looking complexes as opposed to a straight hotel building, it gave it a little different/nicer look and feel to the stay.

The AC in the room had to options: Off and hot/stuffy, or ON and ARCTIC BLAST. There was no setting on the thermostat to have just a low fan/cool that would keep the room comfortable (we tried for a while) so we chose arctic but it would be nice to be able to have some middle ground on the temp. Had a hard time getting comfortable on the bed, and the pillows were just too fluffy for me (I don't like when my head sinks into pillows, but that's probably just a personal preference). The wifi, especially on Saturday night, was really spotty - maybe they could use a signal booster in each building. I know, I know, 21st century problems but it is the 21st century so it'd be nice to have that handled.

The hotel is conveniently located for our needs and considering the other guests I believe it was same for them. We were in the area to attend a wedding. Our room was clean, roomy and neat having everything a guest would need. However, and most importantly, the staff was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable of the area and kind.

There really wasn't anything not to like about our stay, except for the temperature of the unit. Both my husband and I felt it was a little too warm (hot).

Breakfast variety was great. Beds were very comfortable. Proximity to downtown Rutland, supermarket, and pharmacies were convenient. 20-minute drive to Killington!

Wifi was very weak. Took 20 minutes to connect. Clean towel was hung with hairs all over on the first night of arrival. Rest of the nights after housekeeping cleaned up the room were fine. Wish we could get to the lobby and breakfast area without having to walk outside.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with exceptionally comfy beds. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including the make-your-own waffle bar, always a hit! My 15-year-old son and I were on the road sightseeing most of the time, but when we weren't, we had a lot of fun in the pool and on the basketball court. (We always have a ball in our car.) The guest laundry was very handy!

The listing said the pool was heated. It sure didn't seem to be. It took some effort to get into the cool water, but, once we did, we had hours of fun.

Clean and well maintained property. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast had a good variety of selections and it was constantly replenished. Close to Pico and Killington ski resorts.

There was no water pitcher in the breakfast area. You have to go into the gym to get water and one of the days the gym was out of water as well and we were directed to the bathroom sink.

The staff was great. The room was great. Love the breakfasts and the the person who was working the dining room.

The WiFi that was included in with the room has a somewhat weak signal overall. We had issues connecting with it and even when connected it went in and out for periods of time.

Checkin and breakfast

Called several times during the day and front desk person said she would call back in 15 minutes. I received a phone call and called back in 30 minutes. The same person said she was still busy talking to guest and will call me back shortly. I never received a call back. I had to call late that evening. Spoke to the gentleman is more than helpful.

Loved the breakfast buffet! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location was just a few minutes from the people we came to visit and was convenient to the downtown area. Accommidations were easy to book and were as advertised.

Rooms showed wear with some discoloration in the tile near the shower.
