Evening/ afternoon check in staff ( both women) were very pleasant and professional

Breakfast staff need to take food service lessons!!!!! Opened juice container for dispensing machine with mouth! Hand a guest reach into bag of bread for a slice. Emptied trash and then went to setting up food without washing hands!! Waffle machine not working properly and had to go to front desk for assistance, gentleman behind desk rude and acted like I was bothering him as he was playing on his cell phone, told me to tell guy sitting watching TV about it. His response was we needed more muscle, even though two men had a problem before and after us

I really like this hotel because it was clean and the staff were so kind and professional and accommodating. My bed was comfortable and the breakfast attendant, Jennie made an excellent and different breakfast everyday. Freshly made and it was piping hot. The heated swimming pool and hot tub were clean.

The only thing I didn't like was not having easier access from the back parking lot. Because the parking lot is so small and it filled up so fast on a Friday, I had to park in the back and then walk around to the front of the building. Let alone taking 3 flights of stairs up. There's one elevator and it's in the middle of the hotel.

The pool was nice and it was in a good location. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

The room wasn’t very clean, the coffee pot still had an old filter in it. They could definitely use some updates like paint. Things were dingy and chipped and scratched up. There are no usb plugs in the room either. We had to go buy one as we haven’t stayed in a hotel without them in years. This would definitely be an opportunity to upgrade some light fixtures with them.

Loved the King Suite. The Staff was great. Clean Hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was awesome.

We were in room 206. It was lit up all night. It's like a Stadium Light was outside our room with no darkening blinds, which made it a little hard to sleep. Every Hotel should have darkening curtains. So we were a little disappointed in that.

Breakfast was good for people without allergies. Room was spacious. Good location with travelling by car. Staff was friendly. A pool was a nice additioin even though we did not use it.

Pillows were too big and high for sleeping. Having gluten and lactose free diet, I missed gluten free bread and non daily milk for coffee at breakfast.

Everything was updated and modern. The pool was awesome!!

When you entered the lobby, the chlorine was overwhelming. It was worse when you actually entered the pool. I was watching my granddaughter while she was swimming and my eyes were burning. That was the only bad thing.

The girl at the front desk was amazing. Very professional. Very quick. Gave a clear concise rundown of everything. Very pleasant. I wish I had remembered her name to give her some recognition. She's very good at her job. The room itself was large. We liked that. No complaints about the room. The shower pressure could have been stronger though.

The continental breakfast wasn't all that great.

Bed was comfy despite the wrinkled and kind of worn bedding, room was spacious and they had a nicely laid out breakfast consisting of hot and cold items, everything was kept stocked all the way up to the closing time. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and shopping as well as food places.

Only drawbacks were: I tried to order in the first night and the restaurant they used wasn't serving that evening. And unfortunately the toilet backed up but it was serviced promptly. Oh yes , the sauna wasn't working.

the cleanliness because I am also a Wyndham rewards member and their hotels and facilities have been horrible and the member services number is less than up to par I am not satisfied with the customer assistance or many different hotels not allowing their customers to use or take advantage of their many rewards opportunities, but I digress this Hilton Rewards program and hotels were very much appreciated services and amenities in those set hotels are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. love my stay and will book directly with their Hilton website next time to get my dually qualified rewards for stays in the future thank u.

The cleanliness, Hot Breakfast, open pool and hot tub and equally comfortable rooms that were very spacious. Kind and professional service desk attendants and honest customer accommodations. everything made me feel safe with the camera’s all around the property and hallways to keep their customers safety a high security is a plus thanks nothing to complain about

everything was great. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Building is in good shape. They were very accommodating for anything. Great location everything was really really good.

A couple little minor things in the room. The sink didn’t drain real good and one of the lightbulbs went out other than that everything is great.
