I stayed at this airport hotel as all the hotels in central Sydney were outrageously priced. Easy walking distance from the domestic airport with great rooms and spectacular views from the bar on the top floor. Mascot train station is a 15 minute walk away and we used Sydney's much improved public transport system every day. Rooms cleaned every second day but staff happy to provide tea bags or whatever is needed in between. Secure fast Wifi which was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast options in the cafe were pretty limited and quite expensive, so we went elsewhere. 10am checkout is also pretty early and you can't check in early without paying a fee which is childish.

The hotel is between 2 metro stops, one of which is at the domestic airport - if you don't have a lot of luggage (say you only have a carry-on and a personal item) you could walk about 15-20 minutes to the hotel (weather permitting). If you have more luggage, then rideshare companies are also available. (Quick tip - if you're traveling internationally, you can take a free shuttle to the domestic terminal and determine how to get to the hotel from there; the fare from the domestic terminal is markedly *higher* than at other metro stops) It takes about 40-50 minutes to get to CBD from the hotel using the metro. The room was clean and small enough for me (solo traveling). There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but the facility also offers a food bar situation near the reception desk where you can buy some quick meals, if you prefer.

Great facilities, the room is actually very nicely decorated and feels modern It is 7min walk from the domestic terminal so perfect for a layover or a short stay

The male staff at the reception used my bank card without telling me what it was for (tapped my card on the machine), very unprofessional. You need to tell what is being charged if you use someone's card. All in all the check in process was clumsy and as a traveler who checks in around midnight you just want to get to bed, not start spelling your email address (which is already on the reservation). The USB socket didn't work in my room

- It was confusing that the front desk was on the top floor. The elevator wasn't marked clearly. - I messaged the hotel twice in advance to inquire about a shuttle from the domestic terminal, but I only received an automated irrelevant message about the check-in time.

Great location, very clean room and nice staff (which helped us quickly when we had problem with room). You can go to hotel by foot from the airport.

i arrived around 23:30 as I arrived on a International flight. the staff were accommodating and they were generally helpful in ensuring that i had a comfortable stay to me this was important as i had a stressful international flight - airport closures in Brisbane due to a cyclone meant rerouting via Sydney! the hotel is within walking distance to Sydney Domestic Airport which was perfect for my connection the rooms were clean and comfortable -- the bed was huge being close to the airport i expected some aircraft noise but this was not the case it would have been good to try out the other facilities at the hotel but i had an early morning domestic flight i travel a lot and the hotel was on par with the the other major hotel chains I would not hesitate in staying here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Staff were friendly from the time I arrived after a long international flight. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area and the bed really comfortable. Probably one of the nicest beds I have stayed in at a hotel. Everything was clean and looked lovely. Bathroom was very clean and I was very impressed. The room was quiet and I had a good night's rest. Great stay to be close to Sydney airport.

I went to the 24/7 cafe to get something to eat after a long international flight, but there were no vegan options. I would have liked a sandwich (at minimum). Room is very small but very comfortable. It was cheaper to get Uber than their in -house shuttle to the airport.

Excellent location, a fairly easy walk from the SYD domestic terminal. I arrive late, so did not get to experience much check-in is on the top floor, which because I arrive late was a little bit of a hassle as, without a key, I couldn’t get the elevator. Fortunately an employee was coming to work and called it. I also was surprised, since this is not a budget hotel, to learn the shuttle cost $15 to the international terminal, which is not walkable. But for convenience and comfort it’s a fine place to stay.

It advertised an airport shuttle, but did not alert travelers to a $15 fee to use it.

Clean, good staff (able to check in an hour early), excellent view of the airport, comfortable bed, strong AC, good shower and towels, mini fridge in room, food and drinks for purchase in reception/bar.

You have to take the shuttle bus or taxi/ride share to get to the airport. Both cost around AZ$30 for two depending on the time of day. The check-in clerk told us the shuttle bus also picks up at other hotels along the way. We decided to take an Uber so we could decide for ourselves the time we left for the airport. This is an observation, NOT a problem. The reception is on the top floor of the hotel....a very confused young man, who was a non-native English speaker, was wandering around with his phone in his hand looking distressed until we showed him the sign inside the lift/elevator to the reception. Better signage....with diagrams? (Have a chat with the Ikea folks for ideas.)

My room overlooked the airport runway but had excellent soundproofing as it was so quiet. The bar areas were funky - loved the swinging egg chairs - and checking in on the top floor was original! The bed was incredibly comfortable, loved the bathroom The offered an airport shuttle for AUD 15, which meant you didn't have to stress about a taxi or walk to Mascot Station (a good 20 minutes away) Mascot has a good little shopping centre with a big Woolworths and some restaurants

The TV offered a movie night which they have not held since Covid - it could use updating!
