I stayed at this airport hotel as all the hotels in central Sydney were outrageously priced. Easy walking distance from the domestic airport with great rooms and spectacular views from the bar on the top floor. Mascot train station is a 15 minute walk away and we used Sydney's much improved public transport system every day. Rooms cleaned every second day but staff happy to provide tea bags or whatever is needed in between. Secure fast Wifi which was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast options in the cafe were pretty limited and quite expensive, so we went elsewhere. 10am checkout is also pretty early and you can't check in early without paying a fee which is childish.

Great facilities, the room is actually very nicely decorated and feels modern It is 7min walk from the domestic terminal so perfect for a layover or a short stay

The male staff at the reception used my bank card without telling me what it was for (tapped my card on the machine), very unprofessional. You need to tell what is being charged if you use someone's card. All in all the check in process was clumsy and as a traveler who checks in around midnight you just want to get to bed, not start spelling your email address (which is already on the reservation). The USB socket didn't work in my room

Use Mascot Station for a A$5 train ride to the city center, whereas the fare from Domestic Terminal Station costs A$22.70! + Walking distance (though a bit far, especially with luggage) to/from the domestic terminal + Airport shuttle to the international terminal

- It was confusing that the front desk was on the top floor. The elevator wasn't marked clearly. - I messaged the hotel twice in advance to inquire about a shuttle from the domestic terminal, but I only received an automated irrelevant message about the check-in time.

Great location, very clean room and nice staff (which helped us quickly when we had problem with room). You can go to hotel by foot from the airport.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Staff were friendly from the time I arrived after a long international flight. The price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area and the bed really comfortable. Probably one of the nicest beds I have stayed in at a hotel. Everything was clean and looked lovely. Bathroom was very clean and I was very impressed. The room was quiet and I had a good night's rest. Great stay to be close to Sydney airport.

I went to the 24/7 cafe to get something to eat after a long international flight, but there were no vegan options. I would have liked a sandwich (at minimum). Room is very small but very comfortable. It was cheaper to get Uber than their in -house shuttle to the airport.

My room overlooked the airport runway but had excellent soundproofing as it was so quiet. The bar areas were funky - loved the swinging egg chairs - and checking in on the top floor was original! The bed was incredibly comfortable, loved the bathroom The offered an airport shuttle for AUD 15, which meant you didn't have to stress about a taxi or walk to Mascot Station (a good 20 minutes away) Mascot has a good little shopping centre with a big Woolworths and some restaurants

The TV offered a movie night which they have not held since Covid - it could use updating!

Staff were so unbelievably lovely and helpful to my baby and I, they allowed us to check in early because of the heat, they helped me with my bags, they had lovely little chats with my baby making him smile, carried my food and drinks to my room for me.. basically helped me in every aspect that they could to make it easier on me whilst traveling alone with a 5 month old baby. I’ve recommended this hotel to many people now, and I will definitely be staying again next year when I travel back to the USA with a then 1 year old. The bed was so comfortable, the city view was lovely and my son thoroughly enjoyed watching the planes take off (you can’t hear them at all), the showers water pressure was perfect, I was provided with a free cot to use, and the amenities were good too. The little roof top cafe and bar is gorgeous too, the decor of this hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. 20/10 hotel. <3

Staff at the front desk are genuinely and sincerely wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and they were one of the reasons I booked in 3 different times over the span of my stay in Sydney. Rooms are comfoy and have tea/coffee making facilities. Has secured covered parking on-site.

No real dine-in restaurant but they do have a café where they sell hot pies and microwable food in single-use PLASTIC containers which while offering recycled bamboo cutlery for use doesn't quite fit in with a 'green' image that other hotels around the world are more conscious about. As there's little in the way of restaurants or nightlife after 6pm around the hotel I would have thought the local cable channels would offer more than "Neighbours", games shows and TV shopping channels. While the TV is stream ready, the Netflix and other streaming services were not available unlike the other hotels I stayed in during my 2 week stay in Australia.

Very close to airport domestic terminal (walking is ok if you have small amount of luggage). Great views of airport - planes and runway. Beds were very comfortable, room was nice and cool in Sydney's humid summer weather. 24hr foodery area was good - prices were comparable to the airport terminal.

The guy in the foodery area was rude when asked if there are any danish pastries - "Danish?" NO!" It was only a simple question. I didn't buy anything then. The TV in the room had not been set-up - still thought it was 2012 - date time wrong, no apps worked - poor in this day and age of technology.

About 15min to 20min walk from Mascot Train Station (1.3km). Great views of the airport from the reception area. Room was small but functional with nice view of airport from the 6th floor. Fairly quiet. Coat-hangers and face washers were a nice addition. The on-site cafe served a decent decaf coffee. Paid $147 for one night as booked in advance. We stayed here for a concert in the city, not a flight. Short trip to Central Station on the train. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops near mascot station. Fast food options and krispy kreme closer to hotel. Did not use the food options at the hotel apart from a hot drink.

Some of the fittings in the bathroom looked worn but that may be the aesthetic. Was told on check in (at 3pm) that check out was 10am even though it was 11am when we booked. They changed our check out time to 11am but made out they were doing us a favour even though that was the correct time. The wooden swipe key card struggled to work in the lift and the door to get into the building which was frustrating. We saw other guests also having issues. Would not pay more than $200 for the room we stayed in unless we were flying and needed to be close to the airport.
