Location was great and staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms are a good size and the gym was one of the bigger sized ones I’ve come across. Hotel underground parking was good too with no issues. Rooms were a good size and it’s nice and quiet for sleeping. We loved the outdoor pool as it was a very hot weekend we were there. The breakfast was good too with a decent enough option of offerings. For the price it’s good for families.

The pool flooring got very hot on a sunny day. The hotel rooms and especially the bathrooms need renovating which I believe will be sometime later this year which I think is going to really help make this a great hotel to match its service. Cocktails keen work to bring them up to standard.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. The location is great, not too close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough walking distance. The breakfast is great. Although very busy in the lead up to Christmas, the staff did a great job managing food flying off the service table. It's a great place for an overnight stop, especially considering the price.

It is a family friendly hotel, so it'd be great if there were more suitable facilities for the kids - an activity pack on arrival, an all weather pool, games room. Cleanliness isn't perfect, you could see that cleaners hadn't vacuumed under the furniture for weeks.

The property is in a good location and there was plenty of underground parking. Breakfast was a standard but nice buffet. The room was clean and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower had limited water pressure and was either very hot or cold. The bathroom as a whole was clean but old. We arrived on Friday night & despite them saying you could get good until 9pm the staff were very reluctant to serve us at 8.30pm making us feel a bit uncomfortable. Friends who paid for less expensive rooms complained about the noise on the lower floors.

Location is great and close to centre,, good facilities,staff are friendly, Breakfast was ok, no choice of sausage though. Room was a good size and clean.Breakfast was well organised.

Bathroom needs updating especially the shower, they need a bigger pool and would be better heated indoors. Our double bed had missing leg which we reported to reception..Staff attended to it quickly with a temporary fix Breakfast prices should be advertised to include children. We were told when we arrived that we only have adults included so had to pay extra. Car park was also expensive as a daily rate.

The location is spectacular, the city center, close to a park Rooms are clean and tidy. Not too big though Children entertainment is very good. 24h kids room with a ping-pong and interactive game, also an arcade video console in the lobby. It's great to have other parking options than just on-site parking

Would be good to have an indoors swimming pool Breakfast wasn't great. Too many pork options. Would be better to have some variation in cheeses. There was mashed avocado once out of 4 days of our stay. Would be cool to have it every day.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The room was big and comfortable, with good amenities. Their secure parking was reasonably priced, and the kids also enjoyed the pool and the games room.

The only downside was not being able to book a table for breakfast. I put in a request before arriving and it was confirmed, but when I arrived they told me it can't be done during busy times to avoid disappointing other guests. I can understand the rationale, but they should have mentioned this when I requested the table booking.

I love your staff! Every one I deal with is excellent. I've worked customer service and always appreciate good service. Of particular note is the chap who checked me in, and the lady overseeing breakfast on the Sunday morning (both of whose names I've forgotten, sorry) and Damian, who checked me out on Sunday morning - I've dealt with him before, so we remembered each other. All the other staff were great, but these three were just a bit better.

No issues. The venue is great, and all the staff are terrific.

The location was just great, center of CBD, within walking distance to all major entertainment food, and shopping areas. The room was well laid out and could be a shade better, as the seating below the TV was a bit of a hazard. The breakfast was well presented. Though the food items were just enough in variety, the attending staff, the F&B supervisor were exceptionally great, and courteous and assisted everyone going out of their way.

Nothing as such, seems to capture all the needs for a guest.

Location is great. Near the CBD shopping area and close to many restaurants. All walking distance. Buffet Breakfast was great, lots of options and gluten free is available. There’s a chef cooking the eggs your way. The gym is ok, there are some cardio pieces (rowers, bikes, treatmills and a crosstrainer) and a handful of weighted machines, a dumbbell tower and some fixed bars. There’s also a sauna in the gym/pool area.

The rooms are small, with double beds. The rooms were not serviced properly, with rubbish being left from one day to another, and beds not being made. They come in and change towels.

I liked the staff's attitude, above all else. They have a "can do!" attitude and were friendly and courteous without exception, similar to my last experience in December 2023. I also liked the buffet breakfast, which is of high quality and has lots of variety,

The room was made available for both early check-in and late check-out, so I don't want to complain too much... However the booking was for 2 people and the room was only really suitable for one person, in that the only comfortable seating was a desk chair. The sofa substitute was really unsuitable for relaxed sitting and I believe the furnishing of this room was not up to Crowne Plaza standards. In every other respect, the hotel was wonderful and I will definitely return there in the future.
