The absolutely amazing breakfast buffet and the very helpful and attentive staff. We had a bit of an issue with the transport from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night. We, as well as the hotel staff, did our best to find a way to solve the matter. Accepting the slight delay, everything was sorted out and handled excellently!

Smoking in the room results in a fire alarm! Correct action would be to leave the room and the building. This happened twice. The staff are annoyed as well since they have no means to address the problem.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, being very close to the city center and particularly convenient for visiting Alhamra and Alraya Mall. The hotel truly feels like the heart of the city, with everything you need right at your doorstep.

I can't think of anything I didn't like everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and outstanding service.

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was great with many vegetarian options (mostly Indian food) but varied every day. The hotel is well located and very close walking distance to a mall. Everything else was a short ride away with Careem. The staff was all amazing, helped with a lost bag issue and other questions I had. The shower head was very strong and made for a great shower. The staff that cleaned the room changed towels every day and provided bottles of water every day. The room had a working safe, fridge, and outlets. And the working desk was very good for laptop setup. No noise from the streets and good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable.

Some minor issues were that you can hear the neighboring rooms talking, and the shower didn't drain fast enough. But didn't impact my stay much.

The hotel is very well located, close to a shopping mall and to other facilities. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Transport from and to the airport is available at a convenient price. Rooms are clean and have more than space for a single traveller, which was my case. There is also the possibility to dine

The electronic keys kept on demagnetizing and I had to have them renewed several times. The cost of the water at the hotel restaurant is seven times more expensive that at a nearby restaurant. Strongly recommend to ask for tap water.

Good size room, good shower. Very clean and comfortable. High level with great views of the sea was a real bonus. Friendly welcoming staff. We didn't make full use of eating facilities as there were restaurants and shops close by for us, but the food options looked very good.

Cheaper eating options may have tempted us to eat at the hotel. But the room was good value for money. Lived up to the Ibis standard we are familiar with.

How helpful and their staff is specially Mr. ahmed, he is so amazing person. Welcome you with a smile and always available 24/7 for any request. Also they try to do exceptions whenever they can

Room being small but its the standard size all over the hotel, also card configuration issue that started to happen since elevator start to need card to use. On the other hand they done elevator with card for residents’ security. Also configuration process doesn’t take 30 seconds in total.

I had a fantastic experience with my stay at the Hotel Ibis in Kuwait. Choosing the 16th floor was a great decision, as the view was amazing, and the room was exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, which is crucial for me. Special thanks to Mohamed Magdy. He made my stay truly outstanding was the exceptional service. He went out of his way to accommodate my special requests for the room and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. His assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Ibis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay in Kuwait.

I had a major surgical procedure, I cannot thank the staff more for making all necessary efforts to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I have not experienced such care in bigger hotels but lived it because of the dedication of the staff.They arranged wheelchair whenever I needed,they helped me stand, sit, and with every need to move post-surgery.Even push the wheelchair all the way from my room to the car waiting for me at the entrance when going out or coming back in.They provided me with extra pillows and tissue when I needed.Food at the hotel kitchen is amazing and not expensive. Immediate response to fixing any issues in the toilet or any amenities provided.I enjoyed my rest after the surgery and eating the food i ordered from the kitchen in my room.Great staff and very friendly,would greet me every time they see me,and check on my if I need anything like a thousand times.Made me feel home and taken care of very well.If I had difficulty else where in Kuwait,their professionalism and friendliness made it so comforting for me.They have made big impact on putting up such a good image of how staff should be handling guests coming to Kuwait.

The location of the hotel gives access to Assima mall, Al Hamra Shopping Center, Souq Sharq, Mubarkiya souq and other commercial properties within walking distance or 5 minutes drive only. Excellent staff and service provided with highest consistent professionalism from housekeeping to management and willing to go extra mile for the guest. The is Salon available and the booking rates are excellent in the heart of Kuwait city. Booking airport pickup was very easy and smooth, same goes to check in process. The room found very clean and tidy. Excellent space for just 2 persons. Staff were kind and generous to keep my big luggage in their luggage store so I can have all room space for myself. Connected rooms are also available if more than one room required.

Nothing I didn’t like. But, one area of improvement is to make specific special terms more visible and clear to guests especially the ones related to Kuwait and Islam culture and behavior code.

I can’t say good enough things about the ibis team. Not only did they check in on us at 4 AM in the morning when we didn’t respond to our official check in time, after dealing with the process of acquiring a visa on arrival in Kuwait was challenging. They arranged a ride for us and made every bit of our stay enjoyable with unlimited, bottled water and Great customer service.
