Room was really nice with such a beautiful view to river Daugava., SPA was nice as well, and I did like that I could purchase high-quality Latvian products at the SPA .

Food , I expected Latvian style of breakfast - variety of salads, for example, but I was disappointed to have a typical " English Breakfast " hasbrowns ,eggs & sausages... like every other hotel abroad. Nothing special, and I feel like we latvians have such nice food to offer , we don't eat hasbrowns for breakfast 🙄. Why not to offer something more of our traditional food - our brown bread , our "cold" beetroot soup for example , so the guests can have memorable experience? Well, that's just my Latvian opinion ,maybe this is just how it is more cost effective for the hotel 🤷‍♀️

It was a perfect location, we had a really nice big room

I didn’t like spa availability for just 1,5 h per day with request to book a time in advance. Quite difficult with our spontaneous plans. We booked this hotel mostly for spa reason.

Good bed and spacious rooms. All three rooms were quite different, but comfy and clean. Breakfast was better than expected of a Baltic country, with lots of sweets stuff, eggs, yoghurt and different types of bread in a very cool athmosphere. Perfect location and walking distance to basically everything. Can highly recommend the Hotel.

A bit smaller spa then we thought, and Even though we sent email about massage a week before arrival, it was No available sessions so we had to book outside for almost everyone. The receptionist's were very helpful, but here as in rest of Riga - they must learn to smile, look up and be a bit more welcoming :)

I thought the hotel would be good, possibly very good. But it wasn't only efficiently run and maintained - it actually feels like the staff are happy to work there. It was the cheerfulness and humour from the mostly young staff that made the difference. On top of that, the spa was even better than the photos suggested - usually one expects to find a swimming pool the size of a puddle, or a sauna that would fit in a phone box, but in this case the pictures fit reality. And something which is nearly always a catastrophe - a buffet breakfast - was something I genuinely looked forward to.

I think the mattress and pillows were more exhausted than I was.

Hotel was clean. My room was very nice and clean too. The breakfast selection was absolutely great and the staff was very attentive. I loved the location, very closed to all the historic places I wanted to see. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. For those who want to stay in, they also have a nice restaurant that had a great selection of dishes.

No USB Port.

Very modern design also has a lot of plants to fill the environment, room had a big comfortable bed and very clean toilet room. Also very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food to choose from.

When we arrived there were no parking spaces available or anywhere near, had to park around 2 kilometres from the hotel.

Good hotel close to the downtown. Super nice breakfast with a large amount of choises. Nicely equipped rooms.

It seems that the spa is super small, and has therefore limited visit options which needs to be booked before. I could not visit it in a two days period, while I could not book it enough time in advance.

the breakfast could be better in my opinion, also having to pay extra €18 each time you use the spa is a bit of a rip off. i think you should get 1 spa visit within the price of the hotel. For the price I paid for the room, I don’t think it was good value.

Perfect location in the centre,nice breakfast.

All the giests needed to show passports which was a bit too much, as one person still had to do it and provide a credit card number in case something happens. I felt like the personnel was assuming that the majority of the guests like to steal hotel equipment and that made me feel unpleasant.

Very good location, relatively fresh-looking facilities, and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I also enjoyed the treatments in the spa. The room was comfortable and cosy. Generally relatively quiet.

Judging by the price and quality ratio, the hotel is overpriced. The bed and the bedding are not as good as one would expect for such a price. The bathroom was clean but looked very basic and had poor lighting. The hotel breakfast was good, but for instance, there was no proper orange juice, only a sweet orange tasting beverage that is usually offered in cheaper hotels. The cheese and cold cuts selection was not very good (only basic sandwich cheeses). The relatively high price does not include spa access, for which one has to pay extra and the spa is relatively small (just a pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas). The room should include a bathrobe, it would be much more convenient to go to the spa and to get the treatments.
