Good bed and spacious rooms. All three rooms were quite different, but comfy and clean. Breakfast was better than expected of a Baltic country, with lots of sweets stuff, eggs, yoghurt and different types of bread in a very cool athmosphere. Perfect location and walking distance to basically everything. Can highly recommend the Hotel.

A bit smaller spa then we thought, and Even though we sent email about massage a week before arrival, it was No available sessions so we had to book outside for almost everyone. The receptionist's were very helpful, but here as in rest of Riga - they must learn to smile, look up and be a bit more welcoming :)

the breakfast could be better in my opinion, also having to pay extra €18 each time you use the spa is a bit of a rip off. i think you should get 1 spa visit within the price of the hotel. For the price I paid for the room, I don’t think it was good value.

The swimming pool was not free and cost 18 euros a visit. On the website and booking . Com there is a lot of attention on the good SPA facilities… problem is that with 3 of us, it costs 54 euros a day to use them… they are not up front enough about that on the website - if you stay in a 4 star hotel, you do not expect to them pay this extra to use the pool

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the city center , in front of the river and in walking distance from the main attractions in the old town. the breakfast was good. the hotel is located in front of bus no. 22 that can take you to/from the airport in 20 minutes and you can avoid paying 25-30 euro for taxi when you can pay 2 euro for the bus.

The hotel is not replacing / giving coffee capsules and when i finished the capsules they didn't add them and i had to go to the lobby and ask. i think it is unnecessary and they can fill the capsules like they add tea or instant coffee. the bathroom wasn't clean and i found hair from the previous guests (long hair inside the bathroom) we had to pay for the spa center which is ok but they also charged for the swimming pool which to my opinion can be avoided - they could give you the option to use the pool but charge for the other treatments. in the breakfast the tables were clean but also with no cups/spoons/forks/napkins - you had to locate them and take to the table

Perfect location in the centre,nice breakfast.

All the giests needed to show passports which was a bit too much, as one person still had to do it and provide a credit card number in case something happens. I felt like the personnel was assuming that the majority of the guests like to steal hotel equipment and that made me feel unpleasant.

First of all, I'd like to express my gratitude to Inga, the receptionist we had the pleasure to meet. She was not only polite and helpful while assisting us upon check-in, but went an extra mile.. in fact a lot of extra miles. She practically organized the whole stay for us: advised on which walking tour to take, where and what to eat, where to get the best view on the city and even kindly recommended a mini organ concert in the Riga Cathedral which btw was astonishing! Besides this experience, we really enjoyed the size and style of our room, as well as the amenities in it (e.g: you can rarely find shoehorn and douche by the toilet in European hotels). Regarding breakfast, sparkling wine was a nice touch to it. The SPA facilities were also nice, loved the steam room after having walked the whole day in freezing winter temperature.

The room was a few degrees °C colder than we like but given the ongoing circumstances I think that's totally understandable. SPA and wellness facilities are definitely way too expensive. And when it comes to the hotel's bar.. something is not right either with the beer tap or the beer itself as it tasted nasty.

Location for Riga and the quiet comfortable room . Excellent quality gym was inclusive in room rate. Good buffet breakfast

Room's are tidy, staff is friendly, location is perfect.

Need to pay extra 18€(1 person 1.5h) for swimming pool,jacuzzi and 2 saunas. I believe that it's the way too expensive for it.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was super comfy. The room was very clean and the location was perfect, we was able to get into the square by foot and only took a few minutes. Breakfast was really nice, lots to choose from and the food was tasty. The spa was amazing (extra cost but worth it) especially after walking around the square all day. The spa staff was so lovely and have a tour around the place.

The reception staff were quite rude on arrival. I said my name and I was here to book in and their reply was “I need passport” in a rude manner. We was not introduced nicely to the hotel, not even a hello and welcome to Wellton! The staff at reception did not explain the facilities in the hotel, check out times and breakfast times. We basically checked in then was given a room key. They could of been more welcoming and helpful!

The location is great. Also the spa pool was really nice, however the 2 out of 3 saunas were cold. Maybe because it was still early in the morning.

The big negative was check in... It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. At all times there was a long cue of guests and no one was happy. After an hour there was still a long cue and even after that there still was a long cue. At all times 3 attendants worked 3 different stations, but it just took forever to book each client.
