The decoration, facilities and location.

Maybe you could provide more than 2 hanger in the room. No place to hang the towel. And also the bathroom is facing the window. Afraid that other people could see us through the window.

I love that it is so beautiful and aesthethic.

I’ve been bitten by bed bugs to the point its hurt. My back, my leg, hands, neck and face are all been bitten by the bugs. At first i thought it is a mosquito bites so i guess thats why they provide the repelllent. However since today i go to clinic and the doctor said i’ve been bite by the bed bugs, so i guess the bed is actually the problem. So i hope you can tackle this problem and come out with solution so tht other customer won’t experience this again.

I like how absolutely beautiful the room is! The decor is to die for, and if you like vintage, then this is the place for you! There's a water dispenser in the hallway which makes it easier for you to just refill your jug/bottle. Additionally, the iron board and iron are hung on the wall near the bathroom, which is so clever and space saving! I cannot rave enough how comfy the beds are, and how wide and clean the bathroom is. I like how the sink is placed outside across the actual bathroom, it makes it easier for us to wash our hands or do some teeth brushing outside instead of crowding up the bathroom. The wall plug is also equipped with direct USB charger, so you don't necessarily need to bring your brick charger. HOWEVER, one of the wall plugs' direct USB charger is faulty, so that's a bummer.

There is this little sensor on the ceiling light which beeped all night long since we first entered the room, and when I called the operator, the man just said the noise could be from the hallway. I checked and he was wrong. At around 1.00 AM though, the sensor thing suddenly got quiet and it was no longer beeping the entirety of our stay there. Our room also faces the bar across the hotel, and if you are sensitive to noises, then the constant loud, thumping music will definitely turn you off. Occasionally, there were truck sounds doing construction in the middle of the night. The marble counter which had the TV and other stuff placed is pretty dusty.

The location was great, very close to the port, which was nice since we had to take a morning boat to the mainland. The aircon was also of good temperature, and the room was very clean and nice. The toilet was very comfortable ot use too.

There is no lift in the area so we had to carry out stuff up the stairs, so something to note for everyone with heavy lugguage. Furthermore, there was a period of 2 hours of power loss during one of the nights, probably due to the rain. I enquired about it and heard that it is a rare event but also something to take note of.

The room is strategically located. Below is the cafe with great toast, nice interior, comfortable and instagrammable. We waited in the cafe since we arrived sooner than the check in time. Room was soooo nice for us 4, fit for budget, great view, awesome toilet, and clean! Owh, the name of the hotel is hardly to spot on. Watch out for the word 'Reunion'. And the check in/out office is at the opposite building. All in all, we r satisfied!!

The parking space was limited. 1st come 1st serve. But alhamdulillah we've managed to get 1 everytime

I love the bed so much.. they were so comfortable. I like the separation between the bathroom & toilet. I would say that the room provides complete amenities (Kettle, iron, iron board, small space to hang your clothes, towels, TV, numerous plug points in strategic position etc.). I love the fact that I don't need to share the iron & iron board with other guest & can use it in my own room (a bonus point for hijabis like us, haha!) Overall, we had a great time here & would love to stay in this hotel again in the near future.

Limited parking space for hotel guests who travel by their own car. It would be nice if the hotel could provide numerous private parking spaces (with security especially at night).

I like the room size, it's huge and comfortable. There's water dispenser machine and hairdryer provided too! Limited reserved parking available (first come first serve basis) in front of The Kazan cafe.

The shower head is not functioning well for our room. The check-in destination is different from the place that we stayed, that made us confused because it's at another building opposite of the hotel, but is within walking distance. Thanks the receptionist who was patient to guide us the way.

the spacious of the room and it had all we needed without have to ring the front desk. they also have extra pillow at each room

since our sink are outside the toilet maybe can put some air freshner in the room because the room has less ventilation unless you turn on the lights (it relate) of the bathroom or else the room will bit smelly bcs of the dampness

The beds and the room quite comfortable for our family. I love the interior design of the room. The staff response to my request in just a few minutes.

There's no signboard for the hotel. So it's quite hard for me to find this hotel. The toilet door can't be lock. Also the iron not functioning well. Took me 10 minutes just to iron 1 shirt. No complimentary coffee given for 2nd night stay. Need to take it from the reception at the next building.(lazy to go out to take it so i just let it be)
