Location was so nice. Breakfast was relatively fine and staffs were so kind and eager to help. Swimming pool is also well maintained. The seaside view at the poolside was great.

However, even though it is not the fault of the hotel but city view was horrible since there is a building which is under construction. It seems like paused without any activities. Also, some bad smell from street made us feel so bas experience on swimming.

Our arrival process was very smooth and the kind staff helped us with our luggage. Sadly our room was not ready yet when we arrived but it did not matter as we went for a nice lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. The service provided was attentive and professional, exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. The Japanese restaurant was very good for dinner and were happy that we took the moment to do so. Moreover, after having eaten rice for breakfast for the past 2 weeks, I was very pleased to enjoy the intercontinental breakfast at the hotel. There was an abundance of food options which made me very happy and fully satisfied my needs.

Although the room was nice and spacious, you can see the interior has become worn out and thus needs to be refurbished.

We arrived at the hotel a little earlier, but the front desk clerk did not hesitate to respond to our requests and even upgraded us into a stunning sea view room. We had a staff escorting us to the elevator (I wasn't aware that this service still existed). The dining experience at the Nagisa restaurant was also great. The food was mediocre, but the people who serve and respond to our requests were incredibly helpful. Later we even ordered room service and they showed up on time and it was delivered by a friendly room service staff. We had trouble getting the channel we want in the middle of the night. Within minutes, they sent us this incredible technician who immediately knew he had to reprogram the channel. It only took him ten minutes to do his magic. The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast and they have a lot to choose from. The waiting staff were vigilant and will immediately clear the empty plates. Overall, the staff of this property worked in tandem to meet your needs and wants in a surprisingly timely manner. No doubt, an exemplary property that provides Malaysian hospitality at its best!

1) The room is big. 2) The interior design is traditional. 3) The open toilet concept. 4) USB ports are provided for phone charging. 5) The location is very good within walking distance to the seafood restaurants at the waterfront.

1) The TV was so old-fashioned. The TV reception was blurr. It is time to replace the TV with Internet TVs with easy access to YouTube which I watch everyday. 2) Clothes and towel hangers should be provided in the toilet and shower cubical. 3) The design ergonomics of the toilet is lacking. The sink is too high and too forward requiring users to lean forward. The rain shower should be installed nearer the wall to minimise water splashing at the door.

Breakfast was excellent!!!!!

The bathroom was a little outdated with the shower curtain instead of shower screen.

I think the massive desk in the room is not needed even for business mens, a small table would have been sufficient to have more room. We were 3 travelling, and we had to call reception to get another bed ( very quick to organise though) swimming pool beautiful, but we saw a couple of rats running around.... probably because of the food market near by. Still, Hyatt needs to address the problem.

The room is really spacious and the bed is comfortable. I like it that the hotel provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in refillable large bottles rather than small disposable bottles. Definitely more environmentally friendly. The hotel is walking distance to many eating places and a couple of malls. The gym is also well-equipped.

We stayed there for one night at the beginning of our trip and were assigned a room on the 11th floor. We stayed there again at the end of the trip and were given a room on the 3rd floor. We definitely preferred the room on the higher floor as it was quieter.

Solid place to stay, especially if you are on business. Lovely food, and facilities. Few things are a bit outdated, but overall, good quality and freshness of the property. Staff are courteous and always happy to help.

Nothing really, but I have a suggestion for the property not to "charge" a deposit fee to the client, only to have it returned upon checkout and charge the client again. It is confusing, and it took 20 minutes for me to checkout because of this, and I am still not sure exactly how this is going to go.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with supermarkets, fish markets, fruit markets, and other amenities nearby. It is close to the airport and easy to book a Grab. The hotel is relatively clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with elderly people who like to drink tea, and the staff noticed our needs and left a few extra bottles of drinking water for us every day. We are very grateful.

The only drawback is that we had booked a sea view room and a city view room, but when we checked in, we were informed that there were no sea view rooms available. We were assigned two city view rooms instead. The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast for one day to compensate for the price difference. We hope that if the hotel takes note of the guests' preferences, they should reserve the corresponding room types.

We got sea view with Club Access room and surprised to get extra free drinks and lots of yummy pastries and side dishes during evening on 13th floor. it seems like there is additional benefits to Club Access and its quite worth it to be honest. 13th floor Club has it has own dinning room with amazing China sea view. They give you private check in on 13th floor and it could get really crowded in downstairs lobby area due to lots of people check in/out at the same time. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Location is at heart of KK as well.

Overall Rooms are a bit old and furniture is a bit damaged due to long years of use so it needs a renovation
