It’s connected to Suria Sabah Mall, which is very convenient to do late shopping and find food. For those driving with car, parking was easy as the hotel is located on the 7th floor, don’t think it will ran out of parkings. The room was very clean (kudos to the cleaning staff), basic amenities available and aircond is good 👍🏽. Wifi is so-so, I mostly used my 4Gs data while in KK. The breakfast is located a bit away but overall breakfast experience is good, not fancy but good enough and value for money. The hotel staff are great, very friendly, helpful and motivated (keep it up)

nothing major to dislike about the hotel except that the wall insulation between room and corridor are quite bad. You will be able to tell if somenone is walking past your room and I guess vice versa; they can hear you in the room.

Location and cleanliness. It was comfortable and reception service was on point.

Phone and wifi connection in the room was bad. Barely a connection.

Very handy location for shopping and meal options as it is located within the Suria shopping mall. Access to reception (7th floor) is via an internal lift lobby next to McDonalds. I had some issues with the room wi-fi but staff were very quick to help sort it out for me. In general the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Checking in was smooth, they even gave us our keycard eventhough we were a little early. Our room was spacious and clean. I love that they provided large bottles of drinking water, replenished daily. Lighting in the room was nice and bright. Access to and from Suria Mall is convenient. Plenty of parking space available, just get your ticket verified. The restaurant is great. Breakfast buffet and ala carte lunch is very affordable yet delicious with a huge variety of dishes. The hotel is within walking distance to Jesselton Point, Todak waterfront, travel and car rental places etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

My room was at the very end, a bit far to walk. But the size makes up for it.

Location and room well equipped with necessary amenities, shopping mall was a plus!

Booked room with seaview unfortunately the view was totally blocked by the hotel exterior metal beams, what you see online is totally not the real view, this is misleading and paid extra for the seaview too ☹️

I like how near the hotel to the shopping mall. It is very convenient for a family that needs a stay without thinking of going out for other activities. You can just get anything you need at the shopping mall attached to the hotel. Secondly, the breakfast offered never failed to put up a smile of satisfaction on my face. Seldom we see a hotel to offer a free buffet for breakfast with a very fair price of stay in the hotel. This hotel is one of a few that does this. Thumbs up!

Look like the maintenance if the toilet was not carried out timely. The toilet in the room that I stayed in was clogged and it took me almost 2 hours to declogged it..of course the tools needed for the declogging process were purchased at the shopping mall nearby. Well, the toilet issue might be an isolated case..but it did happen to me (us) unfortunately. However, it won't be a reason for us not to come back and stay there anymore.. we will be back for sure. And hopefully no more recurrence of such incident in the future 😅

The room was really modern and comfortable. The bathroom was good- best shower we have had while in Asia. The staff were nice and helped us to book a driver for a trip to Mount Kinabalu. Breakfast was included and had a good variety. We ended up extending our stay here as we were very happy with the hotel. The hotel is in a mall so has everything you need very close by

The walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbours it's not great

Really strategic hotel in a shopping mall. Can go shop anytime I want! Aircond is cold, got android TV which you can watch Youtube 24/7. Hijabi would love this hotel bcs there’s iron & iron board ready in the room. Breakfast is satisfactory.

A bit noisy since this hotel is at the centre of KK City. Carpet in the room is a bit sandy, not vacuumed well enough. The cafe (The Glass)’s floor is oily & slippery. Almost fell.

The staff at the counter and cleaner are very friendly. The breakfast is just ok. Not much choices.

I don't like my room 619 because it is very far from the lift, the ventilation in the room is not fresh because i can smell the cooking air from the kitchen below either through my window panel or through the air conditioner condenser. For safety & health purpose, dont use recycle glass bottle although the bottle lid are sealed with plastic,because i can smell the saliva odour on the top of the glass bottle,some guest before this must have drink direct from the bottle, there are no guarantee that the bottle are wash properly and sterile. I have to buy my own drinking water from the shop nearby.

Staff careless. At the time when checkout, the staff told me 1 towel missing. But i told them i didn't take it. They want me check in my luggage. 2 times go to car searching fot it. At last, the third times i go my self to the room and count the towel. There is no missing towel (5 towel) but at the counter they keep telling that I'm taking their towel. Waa, i was so angry because they staff so careless.
