I used a debit card wile making my reservation and I was charged a hold prior my arrival and to get the money back I need to always reach my bank and takes couple days to see money in my balance back, first time they do this to me as I usually stayed here when come to MX.Booking states that we wont be charged and that we will pay to the property.

Breakfast room on 7th floor but elevator only goes to 6th floor, so no good for wheelchairs, physically challenged etc. Bathroom a little shabby and my room was very cold and no way to regulate the temperature but very warm blanket in the closet.

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, central location, easy to find, very clean. Good wifi signal even so could use it from the restaurant across the street. Top floor had a nice sunrise view. Fine place to crash after a long day out.

Thin walls and single layer windows, ear plugs are a must here. Breakfast hall has only about 12 tables, so peak times might have to wait to be seated. Breakfast menu somewhat very basic. On the last night a strong chemical smell traveled through the ventilation (some sort of paint?) So had to keep the bathroom door shut and window open.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Location was right in the middle of Centro Historico. As a solo traveller I was happy that I could walk out at any time into a safe area. The check in process was simple and friendly.

The shower was very weak and didn't get hot - maybe I should have tried in the afternoon instead of early morning? The room was loud with the club nextdoor but I expected this from other reviews and had no problem with it.

very well located, only one block away from the Zocalo  and the cathedral. Conveniently across the street is the popular restaurant called, El Popular.

The overflow of traffic and tourists and party goers, and other people seeking entertainment, and the occasional presence of political demonstrations, can make it sometimes loud late at night Not the fault of the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper, he might take that into consideration.

Great service, very helpful and nice staff. The hotel is in high standard and with great location- few minutes by foot to Zocalo. Safe was also in the room where you can leave all valuable things.

No air conditioner. Our room windows (6th floor) were just outside of very noisy machines on the roof from other restaurants/hotels which makes it hard to sleep

Everything was awesome. the staff was always willing to help and our room was always clean and the breakfast was awesome. The price unbelievable. Just a few blocks away from the Zocalo and a lot of other turistic places. The restaurant is only open during the morning and We had the chance to order some tacos and eat on our room by night.

the hotel is right next to a club and they stopped all parties until 4am. I had no chance to move to a different room as they said they were full but it was super uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well during all my stay. :(

The Location is excellent! You can easily walk to the main plaza, Bellas Artes, Madero Ave, etc. The price value is excellent, you get what you pay for. It was a great deal. The breakfast was included, it was good but limited to specific dishes. The space was also limited so you had to go with time. Although, there is a juice bar next door which is cheap and delicious. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.

We booked two one king size bed rooms, 403 and 503, the space was very reduced and they were on the corner facing the street, so everyday the club’s next door music could be heard until 2am, so if you have a light sleep avoid rooms facing the street. One of the rooms had no water stop in the shower so all the water would literally be on the whole bathroom floor.

I wanted to prepay, when I booked but I was not allowed, I have to give them my card's number. When I came to the hotel, 2023 03 06, the card has been charged. But next day it was charged again, with just a little bit less amount. Now, three weeks later I did not receive my money back.

The location is excellent! Staff was courteous, helpful and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Our room had a corner shower that developed mold on the joints around the lower part of shower and on the shower head. Not sure if they use Clorox there.
