totally positively surprised about the experience! Considering the overall rating, I was not too confident about staying here but I was VERY positively surprised by the stay. The room in the Altitude tower i great, also the All inclusive very nice. infinity pool only accessible by Altitude guests is real great too.

Only thing I found not so good, was All In dinner in the buffet restaurant (even though the a la carte were really nice). I thought that there was a quite limited selection of food as well as seats available in the restaurant. Same applies to sunbeds, specially on the beach. If you dont get up in the early morning to reserve, you wont get a spot anymore. Beach generally very busy all over, but still enjoyable.

Ocean few room and location in hotel district was great.

The resort have three main restaurants. They failed to disclose that only one restaurant is open a day and that you have to book it at a certain time using there system and hope they can fit you in. The system didn't work for us the first and and by 10:00 when we went downstairs to speak to staff the restaurant was booked. I believe this issue is due to staffing issues. They did have a buffet but the food was only mediocre. We also had an issue getting bar service. They would rarely come around and the drinks had very little alcohol and were served in very small glasses.

Great location. Walking distance from coco bongo (party scene) and the staff were helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Everything closed early. Pools closed at about 8 pm most nights and some bars in the hotel closed at 7pm.

Check in was horrible. My friends and I had to pay additional money or we couldn’t check in. The manager was no help. It was very late and we called booking.com and because we checked in the hotel and manager wouldn’t do anything except make us pay more.

The property was located in the perfect spot. It was just about a 5min walk from the strip! The staff was all super nice, and the room we stayed in was very clean. They definitely tried to keep it interesting by always having some type of event. Excursions were very easy to book through the hotel, and they had very reasonable pricing for them as well. It was our first time staying there, but we will definitely be booking here again!

The check-in took a little too long, and there kept being an issue with whether we were at “Krystal Altitude” or regular “Krystal Grand”. Our bracelets said “Krystal Altitude” but when we’d order room service, they insisted we were at “Krystal Grand”. So little bit of a confusion

We reserved 4 rooms ; Master suite , Corner partial ocean view , corner ocean view , double room interior view. I love the rooms , the food, the service , the staff , the shows , the infinity pool. The location is excellent and close to Coco Bongo , shopping mall, restaurants , bars , supermarket ..

For me was perfect , but I came with my parents who are 74 and 77 and there was no elevator from the tower to main building (buffet restaurant ) which made a very long walk to restaurants . They should have handicap ramps .

The beach was stunning and we were fortunate to have it free of seaweed for the week. The view from the corner suite in the tower was exceptional. Food was fine. Staff went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. Special thanks to Valeria the concierge and Celerino the waiter at the infinity pool.

The noise from a beach club down the beach was quite loud one night but other than that it was a great vacation.

It’s at a great location. Staff is friendly and pleasant to talk to. The room I had was beautiful and bed very comfortable. Great air conditioning system, room was always nice and cool. Enjoyed eating dinner at two of the ala carte restaurants there Risotto and Ayami. You do have to make reservation for them though. Also, I liked very much that when you are on the beach or at the pool you have service for drinks and food if you like. Definitely looking forward to going there again and staying at same hotel.

everything was amazing from the food to the staff. the location and the beach. the room had and great view of the gulf. can't wait to go back with friends and family.

can't say I didn't like anything.
