The hotel is beautiful- the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the pool and beach area. The rooms are also fantastic, incredibly spacious and light, and the views to the sea from all rooms are amazing (we were on one of the lower levels and we loved the view from f the sea). The jacuzzi bath on three balcony is a great addition. The staff are great: Ty, Maria, Terisista, Fernando, Irma, Yoania- all couldn’t help enough. The drinks and service at Coral Level are fantastic, as is the restaurant on site. Some of the restaurants at the main site are great, we enjoyed the Steakhouse, American Bistro and Hibachi restaurant. Room service is included, 24/7. The entertainment team are great at keeping things fun during the day- we especially loved Fernanda.

The only reason I’ve rated 9 instead of ten is that I think their room policy is crazy. We booked a year in advance and requested a king bed (it was Valentines and our wedding anniversary during our trip). I’d also emailed 6 weeks before arriving to remind them we really wanted a king bed. On arrival we were given a twin room as bookings are “subject to availability”. When you’re paying what you’re paying, it’s just not good enough. Thankfully they moved us into a king room on day 2, but it’s totally avoidable if their booking system just allowed you to book available king or twin rooms. It was not a great start to the trip!

The rooms were very nice and the balcony tub was fun. The food was overall very good. The service was good to excellent- in particular, Eli at the main Coral bar and Xitlalli on the beach were terrific. The specialty restaurants were good, but somewhat limited in their menu options. The option for a late checkout was appreciated, although charging for it seemed petty.

The drinks, especially on the beach, were AWEFUL. The service on the beach was hit or miss. It wwas VERY hard to achieve reliable shade on the beach with the available options. The "house" wine was absolutely shameful. The upgraded wine options were WAY overpriced, and of medeocre quality at best. The spa was overpriced. The evening entertainment options were quite lame, although the young man who played the saxophone and sang at the Coral was very talented.

Coral level is the only way to go if you go to this hotel. It is immaculately kept, fantastic location, and has a beautiful beach and pool area. The staff are so accommodating and super friendly.

The only things that are lacking are the nightlife choices and the food is sub par. The choices of restaurants on the property are great. However, the food was just not great. That was very disappointing.

William's Exceptional Service: We can't forget to mention William, the pool manager, whose hard work and dedication were evident as he tirelessly ensured that guests were taken care of. Every time he saw us passing by, he made it a point to check in and ask how our stay was going. His genuine concern and attention to detail made us feel valued and appreciated, adding an extra layer of warmth to our honeymoon experience. Special Message to Alex: Alex, if you're reading this, we want you to know how much we miss you.

Loved everything but it will be great if you can please add Indian cuisine. Since I am planning to visit more and I missed it.

The food choice is amazing, the staff is super hospitable and polite, ready to help at once. The territory is very beautiful, and so many activities that you always have smth new to try. I’ve been to many all inclusive 5 stars, this one really impressed me, I will definitely come back!!

The waves on this side of the hotel zone peninsula are pretty high, which we didnt know about, and it’s not really the hotels issue. It’s just smth to be aware of. We swam with masks(to protect eyes mostly from salty water) in the days with big waves and it was great.

Breakfast and Lunch Service was Fantastic. Joshua our waiter was exceptional. Really outstanding and his level of attention to details was unmatched. Every order was on time and his customer service was great.

Dinner service was average, often took long and staff were not really engaged.

Beautiful resort and extremely clean. Rooms were really nice, especially bathrooms. Best shower ever! Service was so good. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate any need. The food was by far the best of any all inclusive we have stayed at. Fresh seafood every day at lunch and dinner. Buffet was top notch, great selections and high quality. We also ate almost every meal outdoors looking over the pool and beach. Entertainment was also good and one of the entertainment directors Alex was lots of fun and so good at his job. We traveled with 2 other couples and we loved this resort so much we are all returning next year.

Hydrotherapy at spa was not great. Not nearly as good as some other resorts in Cancun and some of the equipment didn’t work.

Very well maintained property. Felt pampered, the service was awesome. The all-inclusive is just amazing...the food, drinks were good quality. We had dinner at the Italian, Hibachi and Mexican restaurants. They were all top-notch.

We had booked a room with king size bed, but were told that only double beds were available. Seems like there is a disconnect between Bookings.com and the property on how rooms are booked. The staff was nice and helped us get a room with king size bed the next day.
