The view was excellent, the beach and service at the beach was great. The service at the front desk was excellent. They helped me with a flight problem I had, that it was not their job to do. Thank you Nancy!

We liked the buffet in general. However, sometimes when we eat late, the food wasn't so good. But the service was still nice and good. After the check-in, we had to talk to a person explaining the hotel facilities, what it was nice. However, we realized it was a set-up for a "business" meeting, that we didn't want to do. The lady was too insisting in it, and made us inconfortable.

The food was buffet style, but delicious!! The staff were so attentive and kind! The beach is kept open late at night. The view from our balcony was nice. There’s a ‘Starbucks’ coffee shop. Lots of great spots to hang out. The beach was clean and long, but sometimes hard to find unclaimed chairs/chairs without towels. The drinks were great please tip your bartenders!

Check in took very long and we didn’t get a tour or explanation of the resort and rules-they just gave us our room keys and sent us off. No entertainment while we were there (Monday to Friday). Pool at night was cold and the hot tub was not that hot. No drink service except in the buffet restaurant, you can ask for a beer with your meal. Otherwise, you have to go to the bar each time (at least with the standard all inclusive package we got)

Lovely hotel, mainly Mexican guests, very authentic. Not smart but charming. On a delightful part of the beach with a lovely grove of palm trees on the sand which the larger smarter hotels either side did not have and which made a big difference. 2 pools, one particularly nice in quiet location next to pizza kitchen and overlooking the beach with lovely views. Good value for money and overall charming experience.

Unfortunately sea too rough to swim for all 4 days of our stay it was red flag on the beach but pool was great.

Very nice location and friendly local staff but language is a barrier if you do not speak Spanish. They take hygiene very seriously during the pandemic which we appreciated. Our room and common areas were cleaned thoroughly every day.

It is all inclusive and very good value for money but as we stayed for a week and open buffet had limited options, we got bored so we tried the other local restaurants in the area a few times.

The food was good, alot of variety, walking distance to alot of nice restaurants, the entire property was very clean.

They do not accept cash which was not listed when I booked, check in and out service was horrible, long lines for both and cannot get proper service from the front desk staff. The swim up bar had poor service, if you don't speak spanish you don't get assistance to order any drinks. A little expensive, not enough value for your money.

Noise at night. People screaming from the pool area till early in the morning. The staff wasn't polite. Didnt really feel welcome at any point. We felt more as an inconvenience than anything.

First and foremost this place is a hidden gem. The lobby area needs upgrading it will disappoint you at first. I wasn’t too impressed when I arrived. Actually was ready to book somewhere else. However, it was super bowl night and I knew I wouldn’t find anything right away. So we stayed. And I’m so glad we did! Once we got pass the lobby situation and headed to our room it was like paradise! We had the Junior Suite swim up room. Amazing! The property is great! The beach and the staff. We had a conceiage named Fabian. He was magnificent! He’s what made our stay amazing! Not to mention we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We did not have to want for anything! If you can get pass the lobby! Don’t let it discourage you. I promise you it will be good!

Some of the staff members not a friendly attitude. The bartender Luis bad attitude. One of the cooks Jaciel bad attitude he’s the one who serves the food or cook on the grill in the buffet area. In fact the buffet area staff attitude not that good along with the food (I guess unless your Mexican). Eat downstairs at the Italian restaurant. I think it’s called Alcatebra.(something like that) the host Davila amazing! Along with the food and wine. The rest of the staff also amazing! Also try the brick pizza very good!

Great value for the price. Hotel is small but has all the needs - clean and big rooms, two swimming pools, access to the lovely beach, pizza restaurant, restaurant a la carte, snack bar, buffet. Buffet is rather small but you can eat well. Hotel is located in the Zona Hotelera with bus stop just in front of. Various choice of cocktails. Staff at both swimming pools are great ! same I can say about reception employees.

Staff at the buffet restaurant did not always provide hot drinks and wine only upon the request and after few reminders. Be prepared that if you get a room in front of main road it might be loud but earplugs are sufficient :) because of air condition in lobby and restaurant my friend got sick.

We really like the hotel location, also the room view. In terms of food they have a good options too.

We didn't like the smell in our bedroom, feels like the room was closed for ages. Also, the could upgrade their showers. Again, the food option was nice but unfortunately you will smell food all the time as the restaurant area has no windows. Also, more than two times we were on the restaurant queue waiting to be seat and people was skipping the queue and not staff to assist plus we could see staff taking care of locals before us even do we were on time for a booking or before on the queue. From drinks options, just beer and pinacolada taste some...all the other drinks feel like water.

I really like our room. We stayed in one of the Jr suites.

Wifi is only available in the lobby. There is no wifi in the actual rooms. I also would've have like the option to purchase all-inclusive day passes. We had tours on most days and spent one to two full days in the hotels. We attempted to purchase all-inclusive passes but were told we had to purchase for the entire week.
