Good position! Not far from supermarkets (Chedraui, Soriana, Fruit market, Costco).

No refrigerator! NO WINDOWS! Very very hot water at the shower for few minutes and after that cold water! You can not take a shower!

Large room for 1 person; comfortable bed, very quiet; very clean; courtesy water bottles; great a/c. The room had no window, which kept the room dark, and enabled me to sleep late without any sunlight coming in.

The sign with the hotel name outside, shared with other businesses, doesn't light up at night. My taxi driver drove around in circles for 20 minutes looking for the place. He claimed that the entrance ramp gate was closed when we first got there. The instructions to enter the hotel were sent to me earlier in the day, but I was on a 10 hour flight from Madrid, so I didn't see them. My telcel sim card had no money on it, and there was no way to reload the sim with more money at the Cancun airport. There was nobody at the hotel when I arrived at 10:30 pm, but I banged on the glass entrance door, and some guests came over to open the door to assist me.

The staff was extremely helpful. Immediately after we booked the stay Monica contacted us. She was very helpful by giving us all the instructions on how to reach the property and explaining all about the access to the building itself. The room was pretty spacious, there were two double beds, a nice counter space, big closet space. There was private parking available at all times. There's a great restaurant right next door "La casa de los abuelos" to have breakfast at a very reasonable price.

No window in the room so no view at all, the door was very thin so you could hear the noise from the hallway

The hotel is very satisfied me and the bus stop is just opposite of hotel. Easy to the beach and down town.Down stair is very nice restaurant. I go there everyday for food. The restaurant food price is cheap than others , many locale peoples to here. The reception is friendly and helpful. The room is very modern and the the bed is super comfort.

I love the fact it is surrounded by many small local businesses, banks, and supermarkets. Ten to 15min from the overpriced tourist area. So very convenient to get to action but can come back to a peace of mind. Restaurant and bilingual church is on the property. The food is very good and reasonable there if you choose to stay in and relax for the day. The room has a very warm feel of home. Everything looks new and modern. Has an apt feel to the room with art displayed in each room. Love the fact that once you hit the lights off in the room whether day or night it gets pitch black so taking a day nap to prepare for night is easy to do. It is on the main road which is very convenient to get a taxi, bus or simply walk the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms very clean.

It does not have a small refrigerator. This would of been perfect.

We needed a cheaper stay for the last night to go airport the next day. The rooms were comfortable and area felt safe, close to many supermarkets and a few restaurants. It was great for what we needed, a quick and easy clean stop.

Clean rooms, easy checkin and checkout, great location (not too far from the Ado station). Fast and reliable internet, desk for remote work.

Very clean rooms, they also have a modern look to it, the receptionist was so helpful even though she couldn’t understand English well she did her best to help she was a lovely lady

Good internet. Close proximity to food and supermarket (Walmart). Local bus 2 mins walk away. Popular parks within 10 - 15 mins walk

I liked the location and ample parking inside the building as well as around the building.

I didn't like that hot water was intermittent. I ended up taking showers with cold water.
