Excellent location, close to the Market 28 and Aki Supermarket. Not too far walking distance from the ADO bus terminal. The breakfast was basic but a nice gesture and better than nothing! Loved the outdoors covered patio space for eating and lounging!

I got a WhatsApp message confirming my check in but it was in Spanish so I didn’t completely understand the instructions. Then when I arrived with the help of google maps, the Villa was not marked on the exterior so I wandered around a while before someone helped me get in touch through WhatsApp. Had I know the procedure it would have gone smoother. Also a bit strange that there are no windows in the room, only a small ventilation window in the bathroom, which opens up to the hallway.

The place is located right across 28 market, downtown in Cancun, from where you could walk to a lot of stores and local parks. The area was quiet at night and there was no noise arround from night clubs or trafic. It was also easy to get from there to walmart, to take the bus to the hotel area. The outside area is nice, comfortable, and all the artwork on the walls is very cute an it brightens the place. The corridors are also nicely decorated. There is a kitchen but you cannot cook anything there because there is no stove and not many utensils. The dishes were mainly made of plastic, so you could'nt really use them in the microwave, so it doesnt really work. But still it is usefull to get some snacks ready, and at the market 28 you can have nice local food for a good price. They also have a water fountain for guests to use, which I really appreciated! The room is the same as seen in the pictures, it is an interior room but the toilet has one window that you can leave open during the day to let the air in. The AC also works very well and the room cools down really fast. The TV has a big screen and I felt thankfull that they have blocked the TV's sound so that you cannot have it too loud and disturbing other guests. The bathroom was the nicest one I have seen in mexico, it was recently renovated and everything was working perfectly. The shower had hot wated and great water pressure, what I felt was not easy to find in other places. The bed was comfortable and overall everything was great. In my opinion this is a great place to stay and a good quality-price ratio, I would stay again there!

I didnt like much that the rooms were left with the door open when ready for guests, because naturally, people arriving were just curiously strolling in to the other rooms to have a look. I think the door could be left closed but not locked. I think that also because of that, there was some dust in the side table and on the fridge. Also the TV's dust needs to be cleaned more often. No big deal but could be sorted easily by dusting the room before the guest's arrival. The area was quiet, as I mentioned, but the rooms had no noise isolation from each other, so you could hear the noise from the room next to you.

The breakfast was minimal, consisting of coffee, banana and donut/rolls. It was available starting at 9am. The room was small but comfortable and the location was great for our planned journey to the ADO Bus Terminal the next morning. GREAT staff and excellent value for the price paid. The location is right next to an AKI supermarket as well as Mercado 28 which is a good last souvenir stop before heading out of Cancun.

There was no sign to indicating the location of this hotel, so it was a bit confusing to figure out if the building was the actual hotel, otherwise everything was near perfect

Great location in front of mercado 28 (best price of quintana roo, 20pesos the wallet), great taquerias at the corner, also a pollo asado and supermarket, banks all around mercado 28. Also there is an awesome italian style pizzeria with basilic Rooms are super clean, hotel looks new. Digit code, late check in. a/c and fridge 5min walk to park las palpas, 10 min to ado or walmart

Located right in front of Mercado 28, so you will have lots of places to have great food options at cheap prices. The place is great and the staff is always attentive and helpful even before you arrive. Special thanks to Julio. Very recommendable place.

Good basic room with ac and a good price.

There no exterior window but with ac it's OK. And there's no sign outside so the place is a little hard to find, luckily the neighbors were outside and could direct me.

Cleanliness. Next to a market and food places. Painting were really nice. Building is nicely secured with an outdoor area. Easy to access with clear instructions.

Quite noisy in the building. TV was not working. Breakfast was a bit poor.

For that price the stay was what I was expecting I stayed only one night and the stay was pleasant. Julio was amazing very informative and helpful.

Hotel is pretty close, with 10-15 mins walking distance of basic necessities and entertainment eg: Walmart, Hong Kong Express, Scotiabank, Mercado 28, Parque de las Palpas... almost everything costs $21 pesos... pretty affordable for drinking and eating wings... The Staff provides excellent recommendations to getting around in Cancún. It's really value for money, have fun during the day visit different places and come home to a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel to sleep ... always rested for another adventure

Improve internet connection the rooms and create separate area for smoking so that you don't have to go on the terrace to get good internet and be in the smoking zone.
