Location was great , a really short walk across the street from the Ultramar ferry boat. The room was very clean and the air conditioner and fan worked great. The little refrigerator in the room was a plus. The people that work at this Hotel are really kind . It takes a minute for the shower to get hot water , but it's no big deal as I stayed on the 3rd floor. Enjoyed the balcony view )) I stayed here 5 days and enjoyed it.

I have no complaints about the hotel or staff or the room. It was enjoyable and I look forward to going back again. I just keep texting how good it was because you should stay here and enjoy a clean room and nice people ))

It doesn't look much from the outside but rooms are great: amazingly friendly receptionists; large, clean room; comfortable bed and pillow; very well equipped; water refill. Great view from the roof, even if it is currently used as a broken furniture store rather than the wonderful roof terrace it could be.

The convenient location directly opposite the ferry terminal means a trade off in terms of noise, both vehicle, people and ferry horns. Light sleepers will need earplugs. Astonishingly given the price, there's only wifi in reception and the seating / eating area on the first floor. There's no in-room wifi and no plans to install it (unless your room is right next to the eating area). The card machine wasn't working either so I had to pay in cash.

Easy location- we asked for and got the room at the top floor with a view of the ferry , sea view across to Cancun, it was perfect in every way as it was right in the town. The room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable - water pressure was an issue at times and the only internet was in the lobby - the staff were so kind and helpful - and there was free coffee in the morning in the kitchen area on the first floor.

Water pressure was an issue sometime as was hot water but we worked around it. No wifi or sceptical in lobby but it seems as if wifi is an issue on the island in general.

Perfect location, just next to the ferry and 5 minutes walk to Playa Norte. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I would strongly recommend small local restaurant for breakfast (Q'Bravo), just 1 minute from the hotel. Very good food with really low prices - you need to be prepared to wait until be seated as it is small and busy - but it is worth to wait. Spacious room, friendly staff

Building is a bit old and the beds could be more comfortable. but considering the price we paid, price/quality ratio is unbeatable

No hot water for showers. Need to climb stairs to the roof and point your phone to the west with you right arm and point your left leg to the east for WIFI reception!

Everything was great, except the water pressure (but that’s to be expected on the island). Frank and his staff were all awesome and very friendly. We had a minor issue with the shower drain but they responded immediately to it and dealt with the issue promptly. Very clean and well worth the price, thanks to you all…we had a great time. Adios until next year.

Location, helpful manager Frank, nice cleaner, the ambience, view on the ferries and easy transport and close to all, restaurant, beaches etc.

The stairs can be difficult for old people. A service to bring luggage upstairs would be useful. It is not a luxury hotel but perfect for a central stay

Right across from the ferry. It is nice and clean with water view. Great for the price. Will stay again.

No wifi in room which I don't understand when the rooms have smart TVs. Come on management. It is 2022. If I have work to do I will have to stay at another hotel next time.

incredibly accesible! right across from ferry landing. near everything! cold a/c! very clean with daily housekeeping. amazing staff!! forgot my apple watch and staff retrieved and saved it for me until I was able to go a couple days later! thank you so much!
