The property’s location is fantastic, right by Playa Norte (the pool is directly next to the beach, the condos themselves are set back behind another hotel but we could see the water from our patio). The property has beautiful landscaping. The condo itself was great and perfect for our family of five (not sure how it supposedly measures only 332 square feet, it seemed much bigger). It had a full size fridge and kitchen with range top and microwave, and the first bedroom had a king size bed, while the second room had I believe a queen and a twin bed. The air conditioner worked very well.

I know it’s not the fault of the property owners but the road to get to the condos is in need of significant repair—it is only half paved and any time it rained it had giant puddles in the dirt that has accumulated over time which you must navigate since there is no sidewalk for the last fifty feet before reaching the property entrance. Some of the ceiling tiles in the condo need to be replaced, especially in the bathroom. The property does not allow non-guests to swim in the pool or even come to your room—the people we traveled with stayed at a different hotel and it was annoying that they could not come to the condo (this seems to be a common policy on the island so beware).

Nautibeach is a great location, the beach is gorgeous and the Mayan Beach Club is great! The unit was well furnished, comfortable and clean and it has great A/C. Exactly like the photos, it is well appointed and comfortable. The wifi was strong, and we would 100% stay in this unit again. The pool is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly- we had a great time.

It can be a bit loud at night (but we were there over New Years)- but nothing some earplugs didn't help. I mention it only so someone would not be surprised, but no fault of the building owners or maintenance.

We loved the location of this place. Beachfront with access to lounge chairs and a very close walk to many restaurants. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. The housekeeping every day was amazing.every staff member we met were very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

The noise on the weekend was very loud because of neighbors (not the fault of this place) on Saturday night we could here club music until 2am. The bathroom was also a little uncomfortable because the size and how wet it would get after each shower.

We've been staying at Nautibeach for over 20 years and have also tried other locations on the island and keep returning to Nautibeach as by far the best place to stay on Isla Mujeres. We love the beachfront location right on Playa Norte and the convenience of having both the beach and pool just steps away. It's an easy walk to dozens of restaurants in Centro and groceries if you want to make some of your own meals and have snacks and drinks on hand in your unit, and just a short taxi ride or golf cart drive to other parts of the island too. We stayed in a garden-view unit that was airy and clean, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, reliable high-speed wifi for any urgent work emails we needed to deal with while away, and a well-outfitted kitchen for anything we wanted to make. The security, garden and office staff were all wonderful, and it's so convenient having the Mayan Beach Club restaurant right on site - and we appreciated the return of the swim-up bar this year. Thank you for another magical stay in paradise!

The staff was very helpful and attentive! We checked in on a Sunday and I requested a better view (I paid for sea view). A nicer view was not available right away. On Tuesday, we got our beautiful sea view room and it was incredible! The condo itself was very nice, well maintained and CLEAN! Everything we needed was included (toiletries, dishes, pans, blender). The pool was lovely and the service was great! Always a place to sit at the pool or the beach. Sunsets were amazing at this location! The Wi-Fi did not work in 2nd room and they promptly tried to fix it. It still didn’t work so they connected us to a different nearby Wi-Fi (still not great).

I paid extra for a “sea view” room and I was very disappointed. The only way to see the sea from our room was to stand at an awkward angle in the corner of the bedroom. Nothing was available at the time but they promised a nice view on Tuesday night when one was available (they delivered). The grounds were mostly nice but there’s a huge courtyard in the middle (had to walk by to get to all units) and it was just awful. Not what I expect or what I’m used to seeing at a nice condo complex. It seemed to be a trash heap and definitely an eye sore that made that specific area look “trashy” (best word I can think of). Cleaning and fixing up this area would go a long way toward improving the overall aesthetics of the place. The only other issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work very well.

I loved the location which was right on the wonderful North Beach. The hotel provides free beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a nice sized pool too. The staff were working hard and always cleaning and taking care of the garden and surrounding areas. The rooms were very roomy and the beds comfortable. The toilets worked and there was no problem with plumbing or drainage.

The bar and restaurant were fairly expensive and the staff at the bar are very demanding and ask for additional tips. The food at the restaurant is pretty mediocre, apart from the very tasty bacon and cheese loaded french fries. The decor of room could be updated and the sofa in the sitting room was uncomfortable.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from the ferry terminal. Going to the hotel we were charged 100 MXN and on the way back 200 MXN. Facilities are really good, pool was very clean and water was warm. Rooms are nicely kept, small kitchen with basic utensils, loved the little porch with view to the pool and ocean. Local market and main street are less than 10 mins walk. Staff at the reception was kind and helpful, he let us kept our luggage there after check out for a couple hours while we had lunch.

Beach club could improve a lot. *Hotel is right on the beach but during our stay nobody cleaned the sargassum that accumulated on the beach. *Staff, unfortunately I don't have the names but the person that was in charge of providing lounge chairs the afternoon of Aug 27-28 was very rude. I asked for 3 chairs right before 5pm to enjoy the afternoon and sunset and he told me it was too late but grumbling provided 2 of the chairs and left (we had to get the other chair). *I had read in the reviews about people putting towels on lounge chairs to block other hotel guest from using them. This is sadly true. I started walking on the beach early in the morning and about 9 am the chair are already "taken" even though nobody is using them. Management should stop this ridiculous practice.

The location is excellent! The beautiful beach is right at the end of the pool. The pool was amazing. The room is great.

The receptionist could have been nicer. He was ok, nothing wrong, just pouty. My son slept on the upper bunk which he normally loves and this time he complained. The floor was always sandy and wet. I would put some washable carpets at the entrance and by the beds to help with that.

Place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fullsize refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, balcony, AC, drinking water, etc.. Bed was comfortable, lighting was great. Pool was perfect and was able to enjoy it with a great view of the beach. You can step right onto to the beach. Perfect location.

As soon as we checked in. We used the restroom and when flushed, the handle fell off. Power went out our first night and the living room AC didn't turn back on due to error message. The bedroom AC worked so we were able to stay cool using the bedroom AC. The power went out 2 more times during our stay but it was the entire island not just our place. On our 2nd day the water stopped/ended. I had shampoo in my hair and water stopped.

Location was great, right on Playa Norte. Staff were helpful, and unit was clean.

Not the property’s fault but a few of the nights during our stay there was really loud music until the early morning hours. Made it hard to sleep, especially for our daughters in the back bedroom.
