all of the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had read some reviews elsewhere about erroneous room charges and an evil ATM machine in the lobby that charged exorbitant fees. I had them print a report of our room charges the night before check out and there were no charges that we hadn’t made. We only used ATMs at banks and once you convert pesos to dollars, the fees were pretty standard. We would stay here again. the rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are really nice.

There were plenty of chairs/recliners at the pool. At the beach, as we are not early risers, we usually couldn’t get a palapa at the beach as they were all taken/had towels on to reserve by the time we wandered over. Not a big deal. if you go around the corner on the beach, there are quite a few beach “clubs” and you can get a set of chairs for about 200 pesos and it includes chair side waiter service. The water is calmer on that side, too.

Everything it was AMAZING !!! loved the staff they made this place even more enjoyable!!! The breakfast buffet was delicious, the beach was stunning the location was fabulous and perfect for exploring the beautiful island. Dani & Antonio at the beach bar were lovely gentleman & service was fantastic. Josè at the reception was such a lovely man and his smile was so welcoming and warm. Rolando at house keeping was so lovely too 😀 Will definitely be back !🫶 well done to your beautiful team !!

Something so small but No Modelo or Corona at the beach bar.

Beach arrangements gave enough shade if needed and glorious sea views. . Pool entertainment (live groups) superb daily room cleaning by Elmer. Buggy arranged by hotel. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly staff. Gym very well maintained and a credit to hotel. Checkout very efficient.

Rooms overlooking town suffer from non stop heavy bass music until 4 a.m. at worst with delivery vans starting outside at 5 - Hotel would only exchange, if at all with US $500 surcharge. Really need some sound proofing - friend ended up with very little sleep which did spoil holiday. Meals other than breakfast were very ordinary e.g. expensive good quality red wine served chilled, lots of staff effort to impress, but....Watch out for very slippery floors after downpours.

It feels magical how attentive and friendly the staff is. The place is clean, in a great location, and has everything you need. The room was spacious with great views (5th floor)

Sometimes hot water was hard to come by. Also the 3 public hot tubs weren't warmer than the pool. The bed was very comfy but the pillows were too thick for my wife

Beautiful facility (loved it last year and booked a longer stay this year). Excellent all-inclusive food and beverage package, exceptionally clean beach with plenty of palapa shaded lounges.

Only one available outlet near the bed; could definitely use lamps or clocks with USB ports.

The hotel room (suite) was nice and clean. Good pool area and especially the beach. Total nice sand and turkish water. So nice and beautiful! The food are very delicious. The entertainment is good. We had just included breakfast except one day we paid for all inclusive. It was a very good relaxing exclusive stay. We can really recommend this hotel.

The price is maybe little expensive and the staff could be better to check the peoples towels at the beach. Some people place it in the morning before breakfast and use it hours later.

We had a view of the pool. We were on the first floor so we could see a little bit of the ocean. I liked that you could access the patio from the room as well as the living room and the size was good

There could have been nicer sheets and they don’t have to have a plastic under sheet (it IS an adults only after all). It made for uncomfortable sleeps. We stayed at a cheap days inn when we got back to our destination that had nicer sheets than this hotel. For this price - that could be upgraded. Also there could be a tea towel in the kitchen

The property and location were amazing. The service and the food were hit or miss. We were surprised by all of the rules. The staff would not allow guests to push chairs together to accommodate large groups on the beach. They would not allow us to eat in the restaurants unless we did the entire meal, not just part. We watched an elderly couple be turned away from a tour of the resort I feel like they could gain more return and future guests if they allowed guests to have a little more freedom to choose off the menu, tour the resort in advance and sit together with their groups. I think it may have been better if they handled each situation graciously. However, they were rude and abrupt towards the guests. It really makes me not want to go back, even though some staff were amazing and the resort itself beautiful. They could use a little training on customer service
