This hotel was the best we had have in Mexico. Our bedroom had two entrance, one facing the terrace and the swimming pool, size and furniture of the Bedroom are amazing and very comfortable for two people. The hotel in general is looking amazing, the staff is super nice and always ready to help and recommend places. We were impressed by the cuisine, we had breakfast and dinner there multiple times. Will definitely go back.

wonderful and comfortable room!

- there was no not or even moderately warm water for shower or bath and we had paid for the gorgeous outdoor tub and shower😘. - there was a fragrance in the reception and all public areas that was kind of sickeningly sweet. I would have ignored that, but it made my asthma kick in! So it was disappointing to pay top dollar due to the above

The property is stunning it reminds me of a Moroccan Ryad. It is so well designed! I loved that from our room we walked out to the roof pool. Staff were super friendly. Our room was gorgeous.

No one working on the roof bar. The pool could use a skimmer net. I would have gladly skimmed it myself. Breakfast was delicious but 8 AM to open is late when your coming from the east coast and it 9:00 in your head & tummy. Bedside table had cords running through its top, not a real cover on the table so things fall through it. Kind of a design fail in my opinion.

A jewel in a box... Everything was perfect, the room was very spacious, enormous bed, a lovely terasse with your own hammac. the garden/swimming pool, everything was the right taste.. The cuisine is totally worth it, a refined mix of local and Mexican cuisine. A must!! The staff was very nice and attentive. From our all trip in Yucatan, this was our most memorable place.

We should have stayed longer..!! The hotel is located in a popular area, but it just adds to the magic of the place.

This hotel is stunning! It has been renovated to the highest standard, with an excellent architect ensuring that it has kept its original style but with all the modern amenities needed. The staff were so welcoming, our bedroom beautiful, the rooftops incredible and the food at breakfast and dinner delicious. Would highly recommend.

It is a little out of town, about 15 minutes walk from the centre but it is so beautiful, that doesn’t really matter. Very happy to do that walk when I am coming back to a place like that!

Beautiful grounds and nice sized room.

1.) bathroom area is very hot as it is exposed to outdoors and if you leave the door between it and the sleeping room it sucks all the air out of the sleeping room making it too warm. needs a ceiling fan in the bathroom. 2.) one day the cleaning staff did not lock our room after they left, so glad we put all our valuables in the safe as we were gone the whole day. management was notified and nothing was taken from the room so everything was good.

Amazingly restored building with awesome details added. The room always felt so fresh, and the whole property actually has a nice scent to it. The restaurant attached has a really good breakfast.

If someone is looking to stay right in the center of the touristy area, the this would not be it. Though you can reach the city center by foot in just about 15 minutes. We enjoyed being in a quieter, less touristy area, and anywhere we chose to go was usually a quick Uber for about 80 MXN.

Super close to the Ado bus station for those travelling around Yacutan. It’s a 7/10 min walk to Centro and all the action. Honestly, so comfortable! We had a pool side room. Food - touch on the fancy side for a couple who after some time travelling around could have welcomed some home comforts (less fancy options - but that was us, not them) Would 100% recommend.

Nothing really - was class

Beautiful, new and tastefully decorated boutique property just outside the main area of Merida. We stayed in a balcony room which was huge and very comfortable. The cocktails and dinner menu (in particular the shrimp tostada) were delicious and well worth the cost. Friendly, helpful staff. It was easy to communicate with the concierge using WhatsApp. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

The location was a little away from the main area (10-15 minute walk) but we didn’t mind and would absolutely stay again. Uber was easy and affordable when we didn’t feel like walking.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a while; great attention to detail, superbly designed, attentive staff. Everything from welcome drink and a welcome house-made icicle to the delicious breakfasts and cocktails to the well-appointed rooms and refreshing pool and lounge areas. A delight.

Nothing we didn’t like. Some may want to be aware that the location is about a 20 minute walk fromt the historical center, or 5 minutes by car/Uber etc.
