beautiful decor, friendly staff, garden and pool area so peaceful and relaxing. good value for the money. parking spots available for free on the street and safe neighborhood.

basic amenities in the room. no mini fridge or coffee machine/electric kettle to make ur coffee or tea or have a snack while relaxing. we wanted to stay/chill by the pool and have something to drink but we had to change and go out since it wasn’t available. basic soap bar and shower amenities. Also have cash for the stay coz the payment was in cash no card available but wasn’t displayed like that when we booked. location about 20-25 min walk to the center.

The decor throughout the property was so gorgeous, the little details of the room and the renovated space were something out of a magazine. Our hosts were so friendly, welcoming and hospitable too. The breakfast was delicious and was cute to have with the other hotel guests round a big table, like family. Would recommend this place!

Slightly out of town. About 30 mins from the ADO bus station and about 15/20 mins into the centre / 30 mins from the Paseo de Montejo. Also only take cash payments which is something to consider.

the pool, the nature surrounding each room and the amazing touch of design style that you can find all over casa Nuik. Breakfast each morning was the best way to start your day, coffe, water, juice home made jam and eggs!!! the staff is out of the world and me and my two friends couldn’t be more happy than that. This was the nicest and best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place was absolutely beautiful, with incredibly comfortable and clean rooms. The courtyard and pool were lovely, as was the dining area. Our host Claudia was excellent and gave us lots of fantastic recommendations for the area too. Definitely the place to stay if visiting Merida.

This is a really special boutique hotel, not too far from the center of Merida. Its beautifully decorated and comfortable and the staff are super welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

A bit far from town (about a 20-30 minute walk), but there are great place for dinner about 10-15 minutes away. Just a thought if traveling with young kids or if mobility is a consideration.

Beautiful and small, enough to meet people at the breakfast table and feel like family. Claudia is probably the best host that you may want. The place has a great vibe and lots of small details will make you smile. Great value for money.

Nothing negative about this stay. Keep in mind is absolutely new and may take some time to fine tune the property little by little.

Claudia, the owner, and all of her team were simply amazing and super friendly from even before we arrived. Beautiful residence and cleverly extended from the original building. Really made us feel more than welcome.

This is an absolute gem in Merida! Such a beautiful, calm and dreamy place. The rooms are gorgeous & big. It is a little paradise with a beautiful swimming pool. The staff (especially Mila) is so kind & friendly. We had a very good breakfast. Would highly recommend!

the stay in nuik casa tropical was one of the nicest of our trip. everything is perfect, the rooms, the communication, the arrival and the welcome. mina was an incredibly warm hostess and she read every wish from our eyes. the pool is ideal for a perfect relaxation in between.

The atmosphere, garden and the pool area are lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is not the best, it's not in the nicest area of town centre.

There isn't much privacy in the rooms with the large windows to the garden with see-through curtains
