Beautifully aged Riad that is very well kept. The building itself was like art and it was a pleasure to live there for a whole week. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had a good breakfast. Everyone in the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Something to keep in mind is that when you stay at a Riad that is located in the Medina it will be hidden in a dark and narrow alleyway. It can initially be scary to walk through those streets but you get used to it quickly. There are cameras in every corner and many tourists moving about. Historically, Riads were built this way and if you want to stay at one you’ll have to accept that you have to walk through dark alleyways.

Beautiful riad, only a few minutes walk from the main square and markets. I mostly enjoyed the quiet and calm on the premises. There were other guests there but we could never hear them because the isolation is very good. The riad is traditional and not as ostentatious as other ones in Marrakech but it surprisingly had more amenities than the more expensive riads such as full size fridge in the room and built in air con. The staff were all lovely and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was quite basic and could have included moroccan delicacies (msemmen, harcha etc) instead of just bread.

Extremely friendly and reliable people. Transfers from and to the airport were arranged easy and at decent cost. The reception guy welcomed us at taxi stop so we don’t get lost in the souks. The location is perfect - really close to the main square but quiet and easy to find. At the same time it was close to the medina gate so quick access with the luggage to the taxis. Spotless clean and the breakfast was awesome - loved the fresh orange juice and mint tea. The rooftop was nothing special but we had no time to hang there anyway.

It was amazing. Nothing to list here. Those with high expectations should know that riads are small guest houses so can’t expect hotel type of experience. And that’s the beauty of it!

The property has an excellent position, halfway through Bab Laksour and Jemaa El Fna square. The riad is amazingly decorated and would deserve the same popularity as similar ‘instagrammable’ riads who catch all the attention on social media. It also has a beautiful terrace to linger in the sun on sunbeds. The staff is very discreet although they are always present 24/7 and very kind. The morning breakfast is excellent and varied. It is also possible to have lunch/dinner in the riad. The riad was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped (with a small fridge and several plugs to recharge your electronic devices, which is not so obvious in many riads). Beds were ultra-comfortable.

We stayed in the room at ground floor which has a bit of smell of humidity.

The Villa is very conveniently located--5 minute walk to entrance to the Medina (old city) and 5 minute walk to the main square, Jemaa al Fnaa. There is currently a construction site next door (or potential?), but no work happening at this moment. The entrance is not imposing, but once you enter, the Villa is beautiful and peaceful. I stayed in two different rooms, a triple and a double; both were lovely. Staff were very helpful--they did our laundry, kept our suitcase while we went trekking, and gave us good advice. Breakfast was served in the main room--bright and cheerful, and food was ample and delicious.

Great location and friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very welcome, the breakfasts were the perfect way to start the day, the riad is beautifully decorated and a very handy location. Our airport transport was sorted through Riad Villa Sidi Baba and I highly recommend doing this- good communication for the pickup, and a staff member met us at the medina gates to walk us to the riad. Cars are not allowed in to the medina, and it would have been a little confusing trying to find the riad on our own in all the alleys. Once we knew where it was we had no problem finding it.

The Riad was beautifully decorated in a typical Moroccan style lay out. The welcome was warm- enjoyed the mint tea! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Aimed gave us ideas for food and places to visit. Our room was a good size and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Excellent location being just a 5 minute walk through the narrow alley-ways (well lit at night) to the main square.

It was shame that the roof terrace didn't have a view, but it was still a lovely place to relax. The safe in our room wasn't secure, so we didn't use it.

I recently had an outstanding experience thanks to the amazingly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality and attention to detail stood out. They assisted with transportation, provided local recommendations, and quickly resolved a heating issue that arose. The housekeeping staff maintained a pristine room. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay.

The breakfast, although excellent, was missing any form of meat. I assume a policy of the hotel. Though something to consider.

The location is convenient and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. Friendly and helpful team during the stay. Nice breakfast every morning.

Communication upon arrival could have been better. After previously confirming arrival time, we could not get a hold of anyone via Booking.com chat or by phone (called by local driver throughout the day) to coordinate luggage assistance to the riad. Fixing that would earn a 10/10 next time

Great staff. Arranged pick up from the airport. Met the car and brought luggage to the Riad. It was very helpful because it’s not easy to navigate the unfamiliar place. It’s construction outside the Riad but once you are in- there is a beautiful place, no noise, great hospitality. Yousuf was available for any help we needed and booked me the hammam visit at last minute. Highly recommend! We stayed one night but would come back. Thank you.
