Everything was excellent. this was the second time i visited within a 4 week period. when i arrived with my spouse for our 7 year anniversary, the room was nicely decorated with petals, however the view i recieved was not up to standard, i spoke with the reception staff who immediately upgraded us to a better view that i had asked for & one of the bigger rooms which i previously stayed in on my last visit. the management & staff were exceptional at keeping us content and happy. I will visit again when the time allows. i have recommended this place to my family and other friends.

Beautiful setting with sunsets over the huge, Atlantic-facing surf beach. Excellent food (and a good range). Fabulous staff - always cleaning and repairing. Our waiter Rida lbrek was amazing. Lovely big bedrooms with huge beds and showers.

The marble floors inside and out are lethal if it’s been raining or they have just been mopped so take care. The hotel says you can’t reserve sunbeds etc but every morning when I headed out for a run along the corniche, guests had draped their towels all over the coveted sea-facing sofas near the beach bar. I think staff should politely remove them and only allow guests to use them when they are properly turning up after breakfast.

Awesome, luxurious resort with great views. All-inclusive food is fantastic, including a great range of dishes, everything is tasty and there's a different menu every day (excl. breakfasts). Staff is nice, friendly and helpful

Beds are not that comfortable as I would expect them to be (mattress is quite hard and thin and pillows are probably made of dense poliester). Swim-up is only 40cm deep so it's closer to a dip-up and the view from swim-up rooms (left side) is directly on a solid fence (there's a swim-up pool, road and a solid fence, so it's like having a view on a wall) - this can't be improved unfortunately since the hotel is already built. There's no private beach with beds for the hotel, the beach next to the hotel is close and full of beds but these are private and non-hotel which means you need to pay for them separately.

Location was amazing: on the beachfront, neither too far nor too close to the bustling city of Agadir. Food was good for the most part, and they genuinely made an effort to have different food every day, and the hotel was extra clean everywhere. Staff was really friendly: it was easy for you to learn their names, and they frequently learned yours too. The hotel also offers a good variety of tours - granted they are more expensive than external operators, but not by a lot and you can't put a price on peace of mind. Out of these, I would like to highlight the camel riding tour with dinner: it's an hour and a half camel ride near Tarrast, on the northern bank of the Suz river, where you can watch the sunset. The guide takes plenty of pictures with your phone, and the dinner is an amazing couscous + bbq experience in a tent. I haven't done the 4x4 quad bike tour myself but I've also heard it's worthwhile. Indoor swimming pool, despite not being huge, was usually empty most of the day, making it very easy to enjoy in privacy and silence.

Variety of food for breakfast and snack bar was not astonishing. Leading up to our check in, communication with the hotel was also not the easiest (had to try several times for them to pick up the phone). And lastly, but perhaps most importantly - if I could change just one thing - the pools were COLD, the jacuzzis were cold, the swim up pools for the rooms were also cold. It was too cold to swim anywhere, except their indoor swimming pool, which unfortunately also doesn't have natural sunlight. They had so many swimming pools, and they were gorgeous too, except you never saw one single soul inside the water.

The resort its self is state of the art, clean very organised the infrastructure, heaven on earth. The staff is superb,they are super friendly and know how to treat guests. Lahcen the guest relations guy good fellow,Laarbi the tea man was superb makes you want pots of Moroccan tea with his warm smile the concierge guy Otmane made life easier veey organised . Then of course the lads and the girls who danced and entertained us we had a ball with them dancing,the man who did the karaoke real talent . The rooms,the pools.were.clean. You never get bored as rhey are so many activities to do ,games to play . We played water polo, darts,table tennis ,even did dance classes . If u are looking for a relaxing,fulfilling time thats your money's worth then go to White beach resort ...oh and the spa .... l love love love the setup, relaxing calming ,the girls oh they are great and its affordable too.

Perfectly set out, beautiful pools, plenty of food choice and the staff were amazing! I was a manager in a hotel in U.K. and I can appreciate the work behind the scenes to put on such a professional front.

I wasn’t keen on the entertainment but that’s a personal preference. Room soundproofing could be better when there’s an interconnecting door.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and chatty. The hotel was constantly being cleaned, maintained and looked after. The food was really good, there was always a good choice and we enjoyed our visit to the Moroccan restaurant. The rooms were a decent size, could always get a sun lounger by the pool even when we had been out on a morning, we could still get a good lounger by the pool. No sunbed wars here! There were some activities on around the pool but nothing too loud or overbearing. The hotel could also organise excursions at an extra cost if you wanted to go out and about which we did a couple of days. We had a sea view room on the right hand side of the property so we could see the sunset every night. The sunsets do not disappoint! If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be.

I thought the all inclusive drinks menu was a little bit limited and the cocktails were very repetitive. We didn't drink a lot so this didn't matter to us too much. Sometimes there was a bit of a strange smell but putting this down to drainage.

We loved the hotel which is very beautiful and spacious and has such a perfect outlook over the sea 🌊 . The staff are a credit to themselves and to the hotel … they work very hard and are unfailingly cheerful and helpful … they are proactive (waiters remembering our drinks, promptly clearing tables, offering coffee at the end of our meal etc) and make the guests feel well cared for. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and we think the housekeeping and maintenance staff should get a special commendation for this … they do such a brilliant job 👏. We enjoyed the fabulous weather and loved that you can still sunbathe at 7.30 pm in the evening! We enjoyed the food and thought it a good combination of local dishes and international favourites. The salad bar was always excellent with a great variety of fresh and well prepared vegetables/cheese/fish etc … we always enjoyed selecting from here! All in all a brilliant stay in a lovely country … just what we needed. THANK YOU 😊

The scenery was fantastic. Friendly staff who were always happy to help. I enjoyed my stay. If I return to Agadir again, most definitely will be staying here.

The room I stayed in had a wierd looking fan. I don't think the room needed it. More food choices from the buffet would be great. Still love the place though.

it’s so clean everywhere - always staff cleaning and tending to gardens. it’s huge so lots of room even if hotel is busy. the staff are very attentive constantly checking if you need anything. Special mentions to Lahcen (who will deal with any issues, and is a very nice fella) Jannat in the entertainment team, and Soufiane who makes the best cocktails!

it’s location isn’t great if you want to go out the resort then it’s a taxi ride to Agidir. (we found a nice little restaurant that had a great Seafood platter down right the beach path then turn left through the barriers on the right) the food was a bit samey and bland sometimes - not a lot of depth to the drinks available either.
