To be honest, If there is any word which can describe - More than expectation and complete package of stay with satisfaction, Would say that for Kathmandu business hotel. Location, property, facility, peace, cleanliness, service, food, everything is excellent I would specially mention about the owner of the property Mr. Suman and staff at the reception, restaurant & bar all of them are so humble, active, co-operative. I shall surely be staying at Kathmandu business hotel next time.Its perfect for business tour, and family trip also.

I am sorry but I really have nothing that I didn't like single thing about the hotel.

Kathmandu Business Hotel exceeded my expectations in all fronts. Rooms are exceptionally clean, have comfortable beds, and are spacious. Staff are very friendly, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is situated in a quiet location away from road noises but close to all amenities. I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to staying again.

There is no thing to say wrong about this place. They help me to get to the prime tourist sites as I was too confused about the local areas. 100% advised for all. good service and food

This hotel is located right in the heart of all things tourist in the city center. The most chaotic portion of the city (nightlife and such) is within minutes of walking but you can walk in the opposite direction to connect to much more family friendly options like the huge street markets, temples, etc. It truly is a perfect location. There are tons of amazing restaurants within minutes walking too! Nearly right across the street there is a travel agency owned by Sunil Tamang. He will handle everything for your adventures and not be pushy. I strongly recommend him. The breakfast and staff were amazing at the hotel! The owner was very available and made sure we were happy! I even got a private tour of the property as they were doing upgrades. I very much recommend the hotel for all aspects: Location, hospitality, food, etc...

We had the apartment that is part of the building (big apartment) but as it was a new acquisition, the owner hadn't been able to do the renovations to it yet. That being said, we also went during monsoon season so when it rained like crazy, water leaked into one portion of the living room. The staff came and mopped up each time it happened but I imagine even as I am writing this, the issue is already fixed anyway. Also, the wifi was in a flux state because they were upgrading so the wifi was quite difficult to deal with as it would sometime be available (slow) and sometimes not at all. Very small issues in the big picture and the rest more than made up for it!! I definitely will stay here during my next stay.

The place is super fabulous and beautiful with great rooftop restaurant and cheerful staff members.They are super friendly and welcoming and they try to go an extra mile to make sure you get the best of your stay.

This is our second stay at this hotel. A very nice, quiet place where you can relax after a long day. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant in the hotel serves very good food. If we are in Kathmandu again, we will definitely stay here.
