Very Nice enjoyable breakfast

Recently decorated. Everything is like new. Location is right in the Thamal center. Good stuff, especially mr. Rojan - always nice and smiling. Do not hesitate to ask him anything! Always very helpful!

Unfortunately I missed my breakfast because I was in a hurry. :)

We love it here, the welcome is always warm, the staff attentive and friendly, David is a wonderful manage. It is well situated, close to many restaurants and shops, but set in a much quieter small street so it is quiet in the evening and ensuring a restful sleep. The rooms are well designed, in modern simple decor and everything works!, and they are kept spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfortable, the linen fresh and water always hot. David and all the staff make sure your every need is met. We keep returning here and highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The staff were amazing. Raj and especially David were a gem. They were willing to help all guests. Especially when guests asked for help on things unreasonable ( not related to us but overheard on a phone call)..We arrived during festival time and so saw them working longer to make up for staff on holiday. The place is a bit cramped but clean, in a quieter part of town and location in Thamel which is close to tourist area without being in it. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Would definitely come back and use them again. The room, location wre good. But the staff made it great.

No breakfast , bit cramped (lobby) . But given that space is a luxury, it was good. There is few eating places just outside.

Lots of things to highlight here. First and foremost, the staff were all very personable, attentive and caring during my 8 night stay at Bodhi Boutique. The two young gentlemen usually on the front desk were highly effective and took care of any request quickly. Next, the hotel cleaning staff kept both the room and the hotel itself spotless. The room was cleaned perfectly every time. The location is also.perfecr, being close enough to the busier areas of Thamel to be quite convenientz but located on a quiet street with little traffic and noise compared to the rest of the area. The breakfast was consistently good, and served in the lovely Bodhi Boutique lobby by the staff.

We stayed in a family room. Room is spacious. It was very clean. AC was working properly and hot water was available 24/7. Bottled water and tea is complementary. All necessities as towels, sheets, covers, shampoo, soap was properly provided. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is great, very close to all central streets but quite enough to have a good night sleep. Also, wi-fi was available in good speed with no additional cost. Our booking was room only. But breakfast is available @ 5$ per person. It was a nice one, so we had breakfast at the hotel; pancakes, fruits, honey, eggs and tea. But there are 3 other options available. Hotel has four floors but no elevator. Though it was not a problem at all. Stairs are easy going. They also offer tours, help for planning, taxi or car rental, exchange... So, it is like a very convenient package where you can get all services from one place with a reasonable price. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Bodhi.

Friendly reception staff, clean room and bathroom and nice quiet part of town. I also liked that they had breakfast + airport shuttles.

No elevator and my room was 4 floors up. It doesn’t sound like much but it actually left me huffing and puffing every time. Also, the airport pick up had me walking up and down a few times waiting and looking while all the other hotels had their guests names on cards — one person asked me if I was from Bodhi and then pointed me to another person who was walking down to the pick up area and told me to follow him. So I didn’t really know if this person was legit or not, wasn’t 100% certain that it was safe, etc. The reception staff did make up for this minor blunder though and didn’t charge me for that shuttle and a room upgrade (I think). They also exchanged money on the hotel which was very helpful.

The best accomodation in Kathmandu!! Really great location on the border of Thamel, very comfy room with such a nice big bed and pillows, really hot strong shower. We even got a free upgrade to a bigger room because of our honeymoon. Very tasty breakfast, jummy banana pancakes! It is such an amazing price quality. But what made our stay incredible is the staff, especially the manager Raj. Big shout out to him!! He really made sure everything was perfect. He gave amazing tips for sightseeing in Kathmandu on day 1 and on day 2 he organized a tour together to some highlights further away making sure that in our limited time we saw the most important things. On top of this he arranged absolutely everything for our trekking and made it so easy, relaxed and smooth for us. He always made sure we were having a good time and keeps really good contact. Altogether this was my 5th or 6th stay at Bodhi Boutique, between 3 trips to Nepal. The fact alone that I keep coming back here tells it all, I think. It started with "only" great service, comfort, clean rooms and a helpful staff (Akash, in 2018), more than sufficient enough. Then it became a place I was constantly returning to, enjoying good talks with Raj, David, and all the others, getting prompt responses to any requests for help when I needed small things. Flexibility, helpfulness, and constant level of service. Homely feeling overall. Oh, and mind you, do enjoy a good breakfast here, either inside or outside to take in the vibe of Thamel. As long as I can keep coming back to Nepal, I will keep coming back to Bodhi. Namaste!

My favorite thing was the breakfast. Very nice options and so tasty. Especially, after the trek it was a blessing. The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s located at nice quiet street. Easy to call a taxi, and it will actually come, unlike other streets. Also very close to everything you need. There’s no elevator but for me it was a bonus, cause I like walking on stairs and exercise. The people working at the hotel are very polite and amazing, especially David at the reception. I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend to friends.
