Excellent Homely & Delicious food esp. Local thakali at lunch. Overall Superb quality.

Traveller suggested to take cab/ taxi to reach for first time or take Airport pickup organized by Hotel Management. Since access road may be confused during first visit in Thamel Kathmandu being vast market area during first visit for new comer traveller's.

The staff were amazing and helpful ++ The Manager/s arranged our transport for a large group on arrival and departure. They also helped arrange transport between Kathmandu and Pokhara, Pokhara to Chitwan. They were very helpful and I can't say how helpful this is when traveling as a group in a foreign country. The Managers even allowed us a few rooms to store luggage in on our last day until our flight departed - this was very appreciated. Thank you! Breakfast had a wide range of foods to choose from and the complimentary barista-made coffee was a great addition!

Bed linen and pillows could be replaced but realise that the past few years have been difficult in Nepal and this is another expense.

Location : fantastic, in Thamel, away from the noise but close enough to not miss the party scene Facilities: The rooms are comfortable and clean, car can get you till the door step, no elevator but thts with most hotel in Kathmandu Be .it money exchange or a cab or breakfast past the time or the mountain flight everything was always taken care Staff : the staff here is wonderful, they made our stay super pleasant and comfy, they are all super friendly and always willing to help, Prajwal was always available and very helpful, Prem is forever smiling and ready to help, Santosh our driver is one person we spend max time with, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every single staff member be it the ppl who did the house keeping to the ppl who served cooked or made coffee and ofcourse the owner who was always ready to help, all of them made our stay absolutely wonderful, we ended up staying here for 5 days instead of 2 thanks to the wonderful customer service and love PS : the food coffee n chai were amazing too :)

Everything was fantastic

Great hospitality by the hotel management and team. Run as a family business, the owner and his sons were most welcoming. Special shouout to Prajwal n his brother for helping me with the transfers from the airport and also on my return trip! The food tasted good too n simple breakfast of local Nepalese food was good enough for me to get the day started !

The air-conditioning wasn't warm enough in the cold of winter. Then again, I come from the tropics... So this was probably warm enough for those who are used to winters.

The airport shuttle was well arranged (even though I arrived way later than indicated). I was very friendly welcomed by the driver and receptionist. The room was spacious, and aligned with my expectations. The breakfast was nice, especially with the barista coffee included. I asked for a last-minute yoga class and was provided with a contact I could reach out to. Roof terrace was nice!

After cleaning the stairs, it was very wet and slippery. A warning sign would be of help!

It’s worth more than I spent. Prime location, pleasant staff and amazing breakfast.

Exceptional location- in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu and very professional and smiling staff!! The front desk has been really helpful especially the manager who was pleasantly available all the time! I’ve been stayed again with a different booking during my holidays! Awesome experience!! I’ll definitely try to stay again in my next visit to Kathmandu.

We got the largest room compared to other hotels we stayed in Nepal. It’s more than we expected for family of five. It had a very strategic location in the middle of Thamel, nearby tourist spots. Breakfast was nice, thumbs up for the potato and omelette. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the arrangement of special dinner with thakali set as well as transportation to go to airport. Overall experience with the hotel was wonderful.

A quiet hotel one block over from the heart of thamel. Comfortable beds hot shower with great water pressure. Staff is helpful with anything and everything you need help with. Beautiful lobby with interesting antiques from store next door.

Everything was great

Our room was on the smaller side but clean and I appreciated the location in a quiet street but still close to many restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was very basic and breakfast could be more varied. I did not see any water provider so that guests could fill up their water bottles instead of having to buy water in plastic bottles. On two out of four mornings, there was not enough food for breakfast but after talking to the friendly staff, they made more so that nobody had to leave hungry.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet street in Thamel! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, and even have heating, which is perfect for winter. Good hot shower, nice sunny terrace to relax and the breakfast is also good (great coffee!) and a lot! We stayed for 6 nights in total and could leave our luggage here when we went on a trekking. The staff is just the best! They helped us with getting from/to the airport and bus station, and when my boyfriend had an accident, they took him to the hospital. I would definitely come back to this place when staying in Thamel again!

Because the beds are so large, it would be good to have bigger blankets and sheets as well, but it’s just a minor thing. Also a curtain for the shower would be helpful!
